You have to know when you're coming to Cafe 360 that you won't necessarily get 5 star food. We struck out on our restaurant selection this morning because the first 3 places we walked up to were closed. We were starving so we just went to Cafe 360 and sat on the patio. We both ordered their gyro special, after seeing it on their street sign, with a side of fries. Overall, for being slightly hungover, the food was satisfying. However, it wasn't the best gyro ever. There were a lot of onions on it, the tzatziki sauce was very thin and drippy, and the fries weren't seasoned in any way. At least our server was super friendly, and the food wasn't over priced for the quality. If you want a gyro, I wouldn't go to Cafe 360. Try falafel house instead!

Service is consistently horrible, and it's dirty. A couple food items are decent (samosas) but most are really bad. I would never eat here by choice.

The service is slow and the place is kind of dirty, but 6 dollars for a fried chicken sandwich and fries at 1am is decent. I'd recommend it if you happen to find yourself at this fine establishment. Good for being 24 hours and cheap. I'd probably stick to more simple items and not things like a hot brown or eggs Benedict.

Chicken tikka was amazing I even tried Chole Bhature,Pao Bhaji,Chicken Biryani,Potato Wedges,Onion Rings.EveryThing was DELICIOUS!! I went in a group of 4 and the quantity was really good! Would recommend everyone to give it a try....trust me its worth!

I think the food is pretty great from what I've tried. When I go there I usually get their Indian inspired dishes. I've had their nachos too though and they were awesome. Prices can't be beaten, you get a huge portion for what you pay. HOWEVER I found four fruit flies in the bottom of my drink once when I went there and that makes me afraid to go back especially after reading on here (Alexx A.'s review) that this happened to another customer. It makes me think this restaurant has some cleanliness issues, and that my negative experience wasn't a one-off.

Me and my roommates went here when we first moved because it was so close. Going in, I was very put off by the decor. Everything was very visually loud and busy, and just looked dirty. The art on the walls were really kitschy. We were some of the only people in the restaurant; otherwise it was barren. Our server, an older woman, was incredibly rude to us and seemed to hate the concept of existence itself. The food took much longer to get out than it should have, seeing as the place was all but barren. I had the breakfast burrito, which I couldn't finish because it was so gritty. Needless to say I wasn't feeling too great afterwards. My roommate found several dead fruit flies sitting at the bottom of his cup of water, and the server just dumped it and repoured more water instead of giving him a new cup. Even if you are with friends, if you don't order a paid menu item you are kicked out, which is ridiculous. Between the food quality, the service, and the cleanliness, I'd advise to try one of the other restaurants in this area; pretty much everything near Cafe 360 is better than Cafe 360.

This place has a bad rap. Sure....j used to think the only reason this place existed was for vegan breakfast food after a late note at the bars (and a place where you might snatch an extra drink). Yet...I've been here during the day the last few visits and am surprised by the change in ambience. Its not that loud and crowded smoky place when you go for dinner or lunch. I have to preclude any newbies going by "we are going for price. The place is a pit-hole..." But the food is definitely more than worth what they're charging. My friend had this chicken sammich. I swear it was twice as big as her head....and was $6. I'm am Indiana fanatic so I go for the chole natura ($8 for 2 meals).

I've been to Cafe 360 a few times. It is right in my favorite part of town. First of all, when you walk in, there is smoke everywhere. I don't smoke and even though it's only hookah, it's still nasty and gives me a headache. I don't like smoke around my food. Secondly, the place is really dirty. My dad used to be friends with the owner and has been in the kitchen. It's gross. The tables and dining area is also dirty. I've ordered the Chicken Herb sandwich and it was always bland and dried out with a soggy bun. The fries are ok. The service is mediocre, which means it's the best part of cafe 360 overall. I would actually rate a 1.5 if I could, but decided to give them a 2 instead of a 1.

Went with a group after work and ordered the chicken & waffles which was a surprisingly huge portion for the price ($6.29) and also very delicious. The downside was the waiter/owner was very condescending when a friend of ours wanted to substitute a side for something else, and even ordered him (our friend) to "hurry up" when making his selection. In fact his condescension was made known to everyone at the table. He also seemed to not comprehend that we wanted our checks separate and had to reprint them all, which normally wouldn't be a big deal but in this case however was a rotten cherry atop the freezer burnt sundae. Great food but poor service holds this establishment back from being something great.

I am currently laying in bed with food poisoning. I ordered the breakfast burrito to go around 1130am. I live three blocks away and went home to Put it in my fridge until after I could put my little one down for a nap. Took it out heated it up in the microwave. Sat down to watch a move and eat. About halfway through I felt like the burrito wasn't very good so looked down and took a good look and noticed the eggs where green. Opened up the rest of the burrito and they were a mix of green and grey. I'll never go back.

Hookah and food is not the best in town. I went there one night with a couple friends and ordered a beer I had never tried before. When the waiter brought me the beer I ended up not liking it. I asked him if I could order a new one. Confused he told me no. I made him aware that I would pay for a new drink and he still continued to tell me no. It's overpriced and I absolutely am not a fan of this place. Too bad it not very good because the location is amazing.

I don't know why this place gets such bad reviews - I think it's a gem. I ate here 2 years ago during a roadtrip, and I just remembered that I never gave it the review it deserved, though I promised myself I would. Without further ado, here's why this place is awesome: 1) Everything I tried here was delicious. 2) The portions are huge and inexpensive. 3) The menu has an impressive selection of ethnic food from all over the world, and they add their own twist to the recipes - there is nothing generic about the food here! 4) The staff is very friendly. 5) The ambiance and decorations are unique and I had fun just looking around. There's something pleasantly quirky about this place. 6) This is a great place to people-watch - lots of interesting characters and cute girls. Even my wife agrees! 7) The shisha is made properly, it lasted a good hour, and it was the least expensive I've ever seen. This place alone makes me wish I lived in Louiseville. Please come to Boston area!

Recently on a beautiful afternoon my daughter and I ventured here to dine outside. I especially enjoyed drinking my cocktail selection. The Green pearl was described as Midori, pineapple juice and vodka. For my food selection, I munched on a BLT and fries. I must say, the sandwich was really nothing special though I did enjoy the basil mayo which gave the otherwise stale bread a tasty element. There is not much on the menu that would entice me to give the food a second try however I would come here to order a drink and sit outside for a prime people watching adventure.

Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. A longtime Highlands resident, I decided to try this very Highlands place for brunch. It's dingy when you walk in, but it IS a hookah bar right? The biscuits were stale. The 'hash browns' were a square puck of grease straight out of McDonalds drive thru. The eggs were over medium as ordered. The server was a little overwhelmed, and as a result a little in attentive. Once is enough for this joint.

Ate there last night. Great corner to sit out and people watch. It was a busy Thursday night but they were empty inside and only 3 tables of patrons outside. Waitress and other guy (owner, manager?) seem to think it's ok to smoke right at the door in between serving guest. It's outside but still annoying within 4' and I don't like see the folks handling my food smoking. Wife wanted wine...which in fairness this is not the kinda place i'd order wine. Dude said they had white wine, she asked what kind-a Riesling, sweet wine etcetera. He didn't know, left without a word and came back with a glass of white wine she didn't order. She got the hot brown. Worst hot brown ever. No flavor, mushy and she got sick later in the evening. I had the Reuben, My sandwich litmus test of any deli type restaurant. It was ok...But Arby's Reuben is better. Didn't go in expecting fine cuisine but did expect something befitting Highlands character or uniqueness. Not there. Slow unfriendly service. Won't be back.

I have consistently heard not great things about Cafe 360. And my visit didn't necessarily change my personal opinion about it. Service was meh. And the food was meh. I got the greek scramble with no tomatoes. The artichoke hearts tasted really funky. And when the menu says it some with "sour cream and sour cream" they really do seem to mean two servings of sour cream. Which is about 4x as much sour cream as you could ever need for anything ever. They also have hookah/shisha. Which is better than at other places, but I was surprised to see the hookahs being served with no disposable mouthpiece. My visit to here only happened because I was meeting some other people who wanted to come here. The have decent seating outdoors and serve breakfast all day long. And they are open 24/7, I believe. Those are it's positives. But the overall experience was pretty meh.

I love the character that comes with this place. It is very vibrant, eye-catching, and in a great location. It is also nice to have a 24 hr hookah bar in your town- if such a need or desire arises. The food is actually pretty decent for a place of it's kind- pleasant suprise! However every good comment I can muster doesn't save this place from the absolutely horrible service I experience every single time. I rarely go there for this reason. It simply takes too long to accomplish anything. So, if you have the time and the patience, give it a go and you'll probably enjoy it- just do yourself a favor and keep your pocket watch out out sight.

I'm not sure if some of these people reviewing have been there lately but I love going to Cafe 360! Food: My friends and myself have never had a problem with the food. In fact for the price I really enjoy the food there. We have never waited more than 10-15 minutes for the food. Also, there menu is huge! Service: Again, I have never had a problem with the service. When they are packed, understandably the service isn't nearly as good as when there aren't many people there. But again, I have never had a problem. Hookah: I am someone who smokes hookah a lot and would consider myself very knowledgeable and experienced on the subject. The hookahs that Cafe 360 has, while not very visually appealing, are very nice. It is guaranteed to be one of the smoothest hookahs you will ever smoke! You are given individually sealed plastic pieces to add to the end of the hose for all of the germaphobes out there. Overall I am never worried about the cleanliness of the hookahs and I completely trust them. Overall: The food is great, the atmosphere is good, and the older style hookahs they have are amazing! I don't know why people bash this place. I go there regularly and absolutely love it!

I wish I could give zero stars. My friend and I left the other night after being flat-out ignored for 22 minutes after we sat down. The clueless girl working our section acted way more stressed about her workload than she should have. the other two guys working the room couldn't be bothered to pitch in and help. Our server deliberately ignored my attempts at eye contact. Finally we left after I decided that when she eventually graced us with her presence, I could not possibly be polite enough to have a positive interaction with her. We hopped back in the car, went a few minutes down the road and were promptly helped by a very friendly server. Reading the other reviews, my experience is apparently not unique. Actually it looks like we got off easy by cutting and running, based on other reviews. I know they're one of the few late-night places, and they do hookahs, but how does the owner/manager seemingly tolerate such inept service?? This place blows. Stay away.

I am currently at cafe 360, and the server doesn't look very happy. She's not upbeat and really doesn't care about working here. The service is very slow, but the food is good. I would recommend cafe 360 if you have the patience to wait over 15 minutes and don't care about great service .

I guess they did something right when I went. I honestly didn't have any of the problems other reviewers had. But ordered the quesodilla and it was fantastic and fresh. The burgers here are also great. The hookahs not to much. They hardly clean them is why so you end up with a ashy taste. The bathrooms are also in need of a major clean. But otherwise I would rate this place as good not out of this world but I do not rate it with as much contempt as other reviewers. It is a local staple. Go for the food not the hookahs.

This place is completely unacceptable in every way. To start, the decor is a poorly executed, do it yourself, bourgeois mess. Yeah they have hookah, I rest my case. Then the staff. For the sake of word economy I'll narrow it down to one. Burnouts! Then The food. It all comes from a can or a bag. It's Sysco stuff. Salty, sweet, bland. You name it they do it wrong. I was served a vegetable cup side that had BLACK baby corn. Yes black, as in rotted out to the core. And grey to black broccoli. I'm serious, the stuff was rotting into liquid in some parts. I had french fries that were 1. burnt 2.raw 3.oily 4. freezer burned 5.served both warm and cold on the same plate Needless to say I have a problem with all this, maybe it's just me.

This is probably my least favorite place in all of Louisville. I've been a couple of times and everything here is just awful. It's not a real hookah bar. Or, technically, it is, there are hookahs. But it isn't traditional, it's like a bunch of stoners bought some hookahs and said, "Let's start a restaurant." And it functions like that. (No offense stoners, I still love you guys). The service is some of the slowest I have ever, ever seen. It takes hours to eat here and everyone is always kind of aloof and rude. People talk about hipsters here in Chicago but in Louisville? There is a distinct air of better-than-you at this place. They also screw around with their menu to save time or money and then don't update it or inform you. On one of my early visits, back in the day, I ordered a paneer dish. It came out with tofu. I asked the server and she said, "Oh, yeah, we use tofu in that dish now," and I informed her that paneer was an Indian cheese, not a soy product and this wasn't at all what I'd ordered but they no longer used paneer in their PANEER KABOB. That doesn't even make sense, but there you have it. Paneer IS a very expensive cheese and not easy to come by in Louisville, but just call it a tofu kabob if that's what it is, don't try and trick me into thinking tofu is the same as cheese.

I've been a huge fan of this establishment for years. The vegetarian options are unique and plentiful and they'll substitute tofu in place of meat in almost every dish. I would highly recommend the spaghetti without meat or the Philly sandwich with tofu. I bartended and served my way through college and tend to be hypercritical of my service and I honestly don't understand why everyone complains about this place. It's a little slow, but my food always comes out precisely how I ordered it, the portions are giant and it is stupid cheap.

Mediocre. Not bad, not good. My mom's ravioli dish was pretty tasty, my breakfast dish had one of those hash browns like from McDonalds. Location is good, service was okay. Reminded me a lot of a cross between a San Francisco diner on Haight and a Thai backpacker hangout on Khao San Road. Two stars for location, good people watching, and okay food.

Interesting place to go. They are located on the Bardstown Road and Alta, where I have seen restaurants open and close in a matter of moths. I think that staying open 24 hours has saved them from the demise of others that have been in this spot before. There is definately a variety of different foods on the menu that you will find. Since there is a connection with Kashmir and Cafe 360, you find similar Indian Items on the menu. The food isn't bad. It's not anything to go jump up and down about. Most of the time, it takes forever for the food to come out...even when it's slow. I could take or leave the Hookah smoking. In tradition of keeping Bardstown original and following "Keep Louisville Weird" slogan, I am glad they are there.. keeping the dwindling Bardstown Road character alive.

I have complained many times for Yelp's lack of a half star system, I'll also complain for having to give any stars. We were there with a rowdy group for the Derby on our first night in town (the joint was walking distance from the house we rented). I can honestly say I will actually remember this place for giving me the worst meal of my life. Every single thing that came to the table was awful. Being in the "spirit", and because the waitress recommended it, a few guys at the table ordered the "Kentucky Hot Brown". Now, you can say we are a-holes for even ordering something like that, but to see it is almost worth ordering it. It is that bad. Horrible, horrible, horrible place. Awful, terrible, g*d-awful. And the service sucked just to top it off.

EDIT: Against my better judgement, I went with some friends over the weekend. My impressions have not changed. I really don't like giving negative reviews, but I'm hoping this will serve either as a warning to potential patrons, or as a suggestion for improvement to the owner. If things change, I'll be happy to eat my words and edit this review. After all the other restaurants close, this is one of the few that's open, and it's very popular for reasons I've yet to figure out. Maybe it's the hookahs, or maybe because it gives hipsters something else to overvalue, along with plaid shirts, fixed gear bikes, and a gross misunderstanding of irony. The one consistent feature of Cafe 360 is that service is slow, slow, slow. The shortest interval between placing my order and getting food was an hour, and the place was only half-full. This wouldn't bother me so much if it was really great food, but the food there isn't that complicated; it's sandwiches, chicken tenders, etc. There is nothing transformational about chicken and waffles, they've been around for a long time, and other places make it way better, so you can stop pretending that putting breakfast and dinner on the same plate is a unique dining experience. If you want a drink refill, you're going to have to track down your server when he or she comes out of the kitchen, which can often be a good 10-20 minutes. This isn't hyperbole. There have been times where I have simply gotten up, driven 20 minutes to get home, prepared, and eaten my own food before my friends at 360 have gotten their menu orders. The food is fine most of the time, as long as you don't make any special requests or omissions. If you don't like sour cream on your quesadilla, you're just gonna have to scrape it off when you get it, because they're going to forget you asked them to leave it off. If you're just there for drinks and hookahs and you have absolutely no place to be for the next 2-3 hours, then yeah, I can see why you'd want to go here, but if you want food late at night, I'd go with Spinelli's Pizza, or even grab something from a Steak 'n' Shake or a 24-hour Kroger. Even though the food is relatively cheap, it's just not worth it for the privilege of sitting in a cramped, smoke-filled room for two hours to eat so-so food you could just as easily make yourself.

I was really excited to see a 24 hour hookah bar right down the street when I moved to the Highlands. Unfortunately that excitement wore down quickly. It is a great location and a fun spot - if you have 4 hours to kill for what should take an hour. The worst service I've had in Louisville hands down. And that was all 3 times I've been! On the flip side, there are lots of really fun flavors and I did find it really neat that they offer so many combinations of flavors like the Strawberry Shortcake. Potential: 9, Follow Through: 4

I go to this Cafe for a few drinks, an occasional hookah and some good 'ol Indian dishes, mind you they are pretty tasty. So when I'm there although I seem very calm about everything, I would prefer better service. You really don't want to order a drink and then keep looking out for the waiter to remind him/her about your drink. They are just very understaffed, they are always bustling with activity, so why not get a few more pair of hands to steady this ship. I won't stop going there coz i so damn like being there in the midst of all of this, just hoping to be served a little early the next time. :))

Although there are a few nice paintings on the walls, the service here is the worst I have ever experienced in over 40 years as a Louisville resident. They refuse to hire anyone who is not a bitter, slump-backed teenage a-hole. I will never set foot in this place again. Sorry, I'm just trying to save you money and time, folks. Don't do it.

This was about the 3rd or 4th time I have been to Cafe 360 in the last 5 years. I live in Evansville so when my boyfriend, who's never really spent any time in Louisville, and I were coming to town, we popped on over. We got there mid-afternoon and aside from two people outside smoking, there were no customers inside. I recalled the place looking very colorful and kitschy. I guess that was a long time ago because now it just looks sad. If you can get past the incredibly worn floors, tables, and chairs (some with holes in the seats), then you won't be disappointed. I had the chicken biryani which was good but I should have asked for it mild. My boyfriend had fried chicken (which was hand-battered and boneless) with a sweet baked potato. He said he liked it so that's good. I had sweet tea which I think was made the previous day or it was insanely strong, I couldn't decide which. Service was fast since we were the only customers. We both spent about $12 on our lunches total which isn't *too* terribly awful. While the food wasn't bad, we may try the Fleur-de-Lis or Avalon next time we're in town.

I have been to this place twice and both times I was disappointed. I got some kind of grilled chicken sandwich the first time I went to this place. Of course the "grilled" chicken was cold. How do you mess up grilled chicken? The service was also super slow. Against my better judgment I went to this place a second time. This time my friend and I both got the hot brown. When they came out, you could barely even tell that they were the same entree. My hot brown tasted terrible and again the service was super slow. I bet my friend the food would not be out for 45 minutes after we ordered. Guess who won that bet? If you want to smoke hookah then go to this place. I do not smoke so I will never be going back to this place again.

Wandered in here after checking out Pita Hut for lunch and the man behind the counter said, "Hope you find some place cheaper." Cafe 360 is cheaper and I enjoyed the food, too. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry, which is a no no here (read other reviews)! This is the first time in a long time I've seen a Monte Cristo on a menu, so even though the 24/7 breakfast menu (burrito) looked appetizing, I had to see how their MC measured up to my mom's. Quite delicious, and of course I asked for syrup to eat with it. Doubt this place will be my hangout, though. Not the best atmosphere and booth conditions are ratty. The restroom smelled nasty.

People are such haters. I found the food to be totally adequate, served quick enough, big portions and reasonably tasty. And cheap, what else you want?

Considering the wide spread of the menu, everything I have tried there is really good. I initially went for the hookah, but the food is surprisingly good. The place looks like a dump inside, so accept that, especially if you're going in the daylight. If they had Wi-Fi, I'd be there all the time to do my school work.

It was super loud and crowded in there. The varied aromas of the hookas around the room was nice even though I don't smoke. The draft beers were $3 a pint, which was reasonable. My friends are regulars and always go on about the great times they have. I had a pretty good time, but was neither hungry nor fully awake, so I might not have appreciated it as much as I might have under other conditions.

We went here during Lebowskifest weekend mainly because we'd been once before on a previous trip and there were outside tables. Here's a tip - if you are interested in eating and are starving, do not sit outside. Our server tipped us off that the inside tables get priority over the outside tables, so you will wait for an eternity. We did. It bit. The food is an eclectic mix of Indian and diner food, pretty affordable overall. I am kicking myself for not having Indian since everyone says its so good, but what we had was pretty unremarkable - Veggie Clubs and fries. We devoured everything because we were starving when we got there and then waited on top of that. 24 Hour availability is a serious draw, though, and in a pinch I'd probably end up here again.

Didn't get a chance to try a hookah, food, or even any beer due to the poor customer service. I've driven by quite a few times, but never had the opportunity to check it out until 2 nights ago. My girlfriend and I decided to stop at the bar and grab a drink. We were the only people at the bar. The bartender didn't say one word, but she continued to make drinks and fill other orders. Now, it wasn't crowded, and there definitely wasn't anyone at the bar except the two of us. We literally sat immediately in front of the bartender who didn't acknowledge that we were even there for at least 5 minutes. I have to admit, it was uncomfortable - I didn't get upset, I just figured she was swamped. After a weird, uncomfortable silence with our bartender standing right there, not having said one word to one another - she finally took two menus and literally tossed them at us as she walked off into the kitchen. I figured I was being polite and not being a difficult customer up until that point, but that did piss me off. Now, just to make clear - we are NOT high maintenance people who need to be waited on hand and foot immediately. I understand a restaurant is busy, and it's not easy work. My rule of thumb at any restaurant is to put myself in their shoes first before I start ragging on them with complaints. A simple, "hello, I'll be with you in a sec - I'm a little swamped..." goes a long way. Not saying anything at all simply makes you feel unimportant and unwanted in the establishment. Take care of your customers, and they will take care of you.

This was seriously the worst service of my life. I waited TWO HOURS just to pay the bill - ontop of the hour and a half it took to just GET the food. And the waitstaff was unapologetic and even rude about the wait. The food was also terrible. And when the bill finally DID come, I found out the server added in his own gratuity... as if some how it was earned. Seriously, terrible. Never, ever again.

360 has to be one of the worst restaurants in Louisville. Never have I been so unhappy with a place before. I actually returned a couple more times because friends encouraged me to give it a second shot. But even after three visits, I have to say it only has two things going for it: booze and hookah. The RESTAURANT part of 360, from the abysmal food to the terrible service is so sub-par it's embarrassing. The food is always and consistently disgusting. I could never finish my plate there, not because their portions are huge, but because the food is hard to stomach. I was literally ready to vomit. The service doesn't help either, especially when they're throwing plates or rolling their eyes. That's if you can get their attention long enough. You'll be lucky if you see your server more than twice. Overall if you have to eat late night in the Highlands, go to another, better place. Go to a local bar. Go home and eat. Anything to avoid this travesty.

  • Christine H.

If you come during the day its not bad. At night its hopping and packed. 360 is an experience, its kind of janky, but it gives it its bohemian charm. But the service and food can be really good or really bad.

How do you rate some place after you were wasted when you ate there? I s'ppose it'll have to be a delirious drift of a review-- similar to my state of mind when visiting Cafe 360. Picture this: It's Halloween night. I've been out at a concert drinking Kentucky bourbon. I'm dressed as Indiana Jones, the female version. We order a hookah with vanilla/strawberry combo. I don't know why I ever smoke the hookahs...'specially after drinking bourbon all night. It made me feel even sicker. Ordered a couple of the vegetarian items: *grilled veggie sandwich (was O.K., save for the PROVEL cheese they poured over the top of it) *Can't remember the other one. *All I know is that the sandwich came with fried green tomatoes, and even though I'm not from the south, my home cooked fried green tomatoes are better than these. They tasted like poor little overcooked hockey pucks. They had a trivia contest while we were there and gave away free shit from the menu (that was pretty cool). They have a rockabilly feel (that's pretty cool too)

I am from Cincinnati, and maybe it's because the Hookah bars we have are that much better, or Cafe360 is just that bad. My experiences have been horrid there. I understand the smoking law in Louisville, and I get the whole must purchase a food item along with the hookah, but still... Essentially what I'm getting at is, here in Cincinnati, 4 people to a Hookah, okay, free coals until the tobacco runs out, then refills are available. At 360 you have to pay for a new hookah every time your coal runs out, AND it is expensive. My friend and I went and both spend about $14 because we also had to tip. As opposed to the $8 each of us could have paid in Cincinnati with a tip included. By the way, the place is TINY, and is always packed, so wait forever, be cramped, spend a fortune. Not my cup of tea.

I couldn't categorize Cafe 360 because their menu is so eclectic. They try to summon an India-esque ambiance inside with music and a few knickknacks, but the truly hideous paintings on the wall and the not-kitschy, just-gross tables destroy any attempt at atmosphere. However: it is open 24 hours a day, and conveniently located in the Highlands, so it has become a reliable 4:30 am stop once the bars close. The food is hit or miss, but there's a pretty easy heuristic to follow if you want someting good: eat the Indian food. The samosas are delicious and the Kathi rolls are dreamy. Bypass anything in the way of a diner standard like grilled cheese, fries, or mac 'n' cheese--they are subpar. (Hit up Twig 'n' Leaf or Barbara Lee's if that need strikes in the middle of the night.) The fried green tomatoes were unexpectedly delightful, though. The huge, huge downside of this place is that it is part hookah lounge, which essentially means you have to enjoy your food next to a bunch of high schoolers thinking they're getting high off tobacco flavored with things more appropriately found in a bag of Skittles. Grape or strawberry, delish. It is kind of funny watching the kids hold it in and inevitably burst into a coughing fit.

The food? Fantastic. Veggie chili and veggie sandwich were so satisfying. The waitress asked us how everything was/if she could do anything else for us about 30 minutes after she dropped off the food, without all the silverware we needed. Me +1 were the only customers in the building. And, they wheeled out a dirty men's toilet that didn't work anymore - through the dining room. Swat away the flies and prepare for completely indifferent/poor service, but stay for the awesome food.

Cafe 360 is one of those places that's not as good as it sounds at first--unless you're in the 0400 breakfast set. Which is cool for a town to have and essential to having a scene I'm more than too old to be in, smile. However, the hookah smoking doesn't match well with the food. I had a couple good breakfasts here when the smokers were all asleep.

This place stank to high heaven when I went in there. The bathroom stunk like rotten piss. My wife said the womens bathroom stunk too. My sense of this place is that it is a rowdy party place and people have puked everywhere and they get so drunk they just piss all over the bathroom rather than being bothered with the toilet. Given the lack of sanitation I wouldnt eat there.....I couldnt comment on the food, but when you get to work and the place stinks, you need to handle it.

Well, it is always open, it has a huge menu, it has lots of vegetarian options and I really like the veggie club. Those are the pros. As for everything else- the service is typically awful, like really awful. The decor is aggressively ugly. Most of the food is on the so-so to bad range. Basically a step up from Denny's if you are hungry at midnight.

I do not understand why others had such an awful experience there. Every time I have went it has been phenomenal. The food is absolutely delicious, the hookahs are clean and or always gotten disposable mouth pieces, the service is really good too. Te service could be better if they could expand and not have the tables so close together, but that is not on the waitresses and waiters. I always prefer Cafe 360 for a date over an expensive restaurant, cause I know I'll have good service, tasty food, and you cannot beat hookah. Went there for valentines day and taking my boyfriend there for his birthday. We are there for hours aside the hookah lasts so incredibly long. I recommend Cafe to anyone who wants to have a good time and enjoy themselves.

I had breakfast here once, and the pancake was not the best. I think it's the batter they use, tasted like wheat flour, I'm not sure what it was. But other than that, the restaurant itself looks artsy. and the location is pretty nice, at the center of Bardstown Rd. One thing I do love is that breakfast is served at any time.

Extremely slow service. Monday night with only two tables per server and we manage to wait close to an hour for anybody to take our order. But they did have time to take 3 smoke breaks each about 5 feet from our table. The food is definitely not worth this kind of service

If you want the hookah herpies then smoke hookah at Cafe 360, otherwise go elsewhere. On the other hand the food is pretty good. I know it's tempting to smoke hookah here as well as eat. But I promise you it's not worth it. The hookah is way over priced and awful. It'll last 30 minutes tops because you only get one coal. The restaurant itself it disgusting, it smells like feet and the restrooms are appalling. If you choose to go here, sit outside where you can breathe.

Stay away.

I frequently visit this restaurant, but very strategically! I go at 5 AM when I get off work and the crowd is gone, or I call in a carry-out order. The staff isn't the most efficient, focused group, but consistently friendly, and the food is almost always great. If you choose to go in for a meal with friends dusting moderate-to-busy hours, don't schedule anything soon after. If you are with fun people and have nowhere to be soon, you won't mind the 2-hour commitment you've made by sitting down, but expect it and prepare for it. Also, if you are starving before you arrive, order an appetizer with your drinks. They come to your table fairly quickly, and after the drinks are ordered, the servers aren't always the easiest to track down. Another benefit: If I have $10 to spend and my friends want to splurge on an expensive entree, there is a decent range in filling, tasty menu options with varying prices. If I drink water, ten dollars will easily fill me up and leave enough change for a good tip (this is important... As is the case in any restaurant, good tippers are remembered, and your next visit will be noticeably more enjoyable if you've tipped well on the first visit!). All things considered, there are plenty of reasons I continue to eat here so often!

Been going here for at least 4 years. Service has always been lackluster but now it's just downright awful. You have to wait 45 min to even be recognized. One time I was prompted to sign a paper to be waited on. The old lady behind the counter pointed at a wall full of papers and said "sign that" I asked her which one and she proceeded to call me an idiot because I didn't know. There have been many horror stories about this place. The food is sub par, the pipes are held together by tape, and the space is cramped. If you ask me your money is best spent on crack pipes and old prostitutes because you'll get the same exp if you go to cafe 360 but without the horrible service.

Considering the wide spread of the menu, everything I have tried there is really good. I initially went for the hookah, but the food is surprisingly good.

Good laid back atmosphere. I love the Garden Green Omelet in the morning. This is also a great after hours spot as well with its hookah choices, full bar and full menu. Gets crowded around then though. Ask for Casey in the mornings.

Considering the wide spread of the menu, everything I have tried there is really good. I initially went for the hookah, but the food is surprisingly good. The place looks like a dump inside, so accept that, especially if you're going in the daylight. If they had Wi-Fi, I'd be there all the time to do my school work.

  • Alex H.

Pros: open 24 hours. Cons: VERY loud, and less than mediocre service. I have been here twice, and each time was "meh". I waited around 10 minutes to be acknowledged. The food was good, but my sandwich was tiny. When I went with a friend, we had to tell to hear each other. I probably won't return here unless its my only option late at night.

  • Lindsey W.

Extremely slow service. Monday night with only two tables per server and we manage to wait close to an hour for anybody to take our order. But they did have time to take 3 smoke breaks each about 5 feet from our table. The food is definitely not worth this kind of service

  • Apollo J.

Although it's obviously pub food, the food is great!
