This store has amazing customer service. Very friendly and attentive. I was actually shocked that a fast food chain would behave so well. My food was great.... I'd very very quickly choose this over McDonald's or Burger king any day!!!!

Visit today was my first ever at this location, 2nd overall. I must say I expected much better tasting food for the premium they charge. The Backyard burger was boring and not very warm, just as the waffle fry's were. I left not needing a return visit which does not speak well. Not Impressed.

i got curious where this "brick yard" burger place near blankenbaker parkway. i've heard great hype about their burgers and the sweet tea. i must have been smoking or drinking something because it's not BRICK YARD but it's BACK YARD burgers. anyway, what i liked about the burger was the fixing. it's not overwhelming. the burger patty of course had that charbroiled taste no way near burger king, carls jr or hardees. it was a nice burger. i enjoyed it very much with the option waffle fries. i don't remember when the last time i had waffle fries. as for the special sweet tea. i laugh because it was LIPTON tea. i've tasted better sweet teas and LIPTON isn't that special to me but it complemented my burger :) good satisfying meal after all.

I have to say I think they have the better options when it comes to the "fast food" burgers. The patties actual resembles REAL hamburger & not some odd shaped, mystery patty! They are good sized & best of all, is the charbroiled flavor!! Much better than Burger King! They also have a variety of choices, including a turkey burger, Pepperjack cheese & your choice of seasoned fried or waffle. And for those like me who stop thru on your lunch hour, they are super duper fast!! Two thumbs up!

Ate here for the first time today. Service was great. Food was great. Will definitely be back. My only suggestion would be to update that dinning room decor. Looks so out of place it's kind of comical. Like these banging burgers, fries, and shakes being served in a Denny's lol

They produce made-to-order burgers in quick fashion. Though I was a little disappointed because I didn't realize that the place was a chain. The burger was ok. It was nothing special or remarkable. What was special was the super-fast service with-a-smile. Because I am not a burger person, (I only ate here because the friend I was with wanted to), I probably will not return, but my experience was a good one.

First of all, I want to say I went to the location on Bluegrass Parkway. I love trying new places when I'm out of town. The burgers were very good, much better than I ever expected. The waffle fries were awful! Deep fried in heavy oil and inedible. Don't order them. The clerk wasn't playing with a full deck. I ordered a single burger but was charged for a combo....my mistake for not catching it as she rang it up. Overall, would return for the burger and maybe a different side.

Definitely, definitely not. Our hotel was RIGHT by this place, so we needed something quick to eat before swimming so that we could wait an hour before swimming. Kidding, kidding, total Old Wives Tale ;) So we got two hot dog kid's meals with fries. I got the chili cheese fries AND the BBQ Bacon burger as well as the waffle fries. What can I say, I'm a sucker for a good waffle fry! My husband got a hot dog. After we returned to the hotel, we discovered their first mistake: they didn't put ANY condiments on my burger. Whaaaaat? But the biggest eye opener was the color of the hot dogs. ALL.THREE.OF.THEM.WERE.GREY. A color you should never, ever see on a hot dog. The kids didn't even want them, so I just had them eat their fries. So disappointing and a total waste of money.

First time trying Back Yard burgers . Good burger , fries also very good and had a lemonade ! Manager not dressed professional , staff very slow and no energy in the service area . Just focus on the counter and your sales will improve folks !

Normally I wouldn't brag about any fast food place, but this was different. Their char-broiled burgers knock Burger King out of the park. I had the black jack burger with waffle fries and lemonade. I don't normally eat fries a lot, but I admit to having a weakness for waffle fries and these were on point. Not to mention they offer a variety of sauces for your fries including some of the best honey mustard I've ever had. The burger was thick, juicy, and flavorful. Think of a Hardee's Thickburger with more flavor. I'd strongly suggest trying this place next time you're about to eat at McDonald's or BK
