The servers are always friendly and on their game. For a chain restaurant, the food is always consistent and good. The wait to get a table is usually rather long. They should consider more seating for those who wait, one bench is not enough.

I don't like seafood at all, so for me to rate this place a three is a big deal. I went here for my friend Zack's birthday. I was worried because I usually don't even like the smell of fish, but since it was his birthday I figured I'd just deal with it. I worried for nothing, this place smells amazing! I ordered the Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo, chicken at a seafood restaurant (I'm weird, I know.) This was really delicious chicken though! And reasonably priced for 13.99. The best part though, was the cheddar biscuits. Yummy! I definitely wouldn't mind to go again for the chicken, and I even bet the fish wouldn't be bad based on the smell alone. I won't be willing to find out though due to previous experiences with fish, and the texture just seems odd to me. I would recommend this place to anyone, even if it's just for the cheddar biscuits!

We were at this restaurant January 15 and it was the third time we have eaten there. This location is always busy, but never a problem getting seated in a reasonable time. The service is great, the atmosphere is always enjoyable and the food has always been very good. We look forward to having a meal at Red Lobster anytime we are in the Florence, KY area.

Red lobster is the popular chain restaurant that overs seafood and once in a while endless shrimp deals, but you will find yourself waiting for a table for quite a while, even during the week. Service is so so and the food is usually good but in my opinion, seafood is better at joes crab shack in Newport.

I don't eat seafood at all - so I never look forward to coming here personally. My wife and family love it though. They do have amazing cheddar biscuits that come complimentary. They don't have a great selection of non-sea food items but they do have just enough to make it passable. The restaurant is nice though and the waitstaff does a good job.

I have to only give it 3 stars due to the fact that the scrumptious crab legs I planned on having, were non existent here tonight. They brought them out after about 25 min. wait only to serve them to me cold and many of them were 'empty' shells/legs. I never understood where the crab meat goes when the leg is in tact but no meat?! I told the waitress (Shelia) that they were cold when she hovered for the 5th time and she went into a schpeal about how there are hundreds of microscopic pores on the crab legs which let out alot of heat. Err ok? But when she brought our check she'd taken off $6 bucks so I really can't complain too much there. My husband had the lobster tail which was kinda small but he enjoyed it, and the shrimp scampi was to die for. Will I go back? Of course I will,I can't let one bad time out of several hundred ruin it for me now can I? Nope! Also if you go on a Monday night like we did, go about 7:30 because there were hardly any customers in there. Oh and don't forget to indulge in the Key Lime Cheese cake, It's phenomenal. Enjoy everyone. :0)

I have been to many Red Lobsters throughout the US and this one did not live up to the name. Hubby and I ate on a Thursday night at 5: 00. My salad arrived lukewarm and wilted. There was a strange smell (I believe it was bagged lettuce) to the salad as well. I had to ask if catfish was available as it no longer shows on the menu. The fish had a very strong fishy smell, which indicated that it was not fresh. My baked potato was about the size of a golf ball and was very hard. I was quite disappointed in my meal. I will say that our server was very attentive. Hubby and I could barely hear each other speak secondary to the music which was much too loud. We asked that it be turned down but it never was. The couple across the aisle also commented about the loud music. I doubt I will return to this establishment.

They brought us three different kinds of napkins, which felt a bit overwhelming. Obviously, the cloth ones were high quality. The 2nd variety of napkin reminded us of bathroom paper towels, which we did not like and the quality was poor (very thin). The third came with the cheesy biscuits and was all buttery. *UPDATE the napkins that looked like the came from the bathroom were identical to the ones in the bathroom.

Friendly service, delicious food, quick payment. This chain always makes me feel like I'm eating at an elegant dining cuisine. One of my favorite chains.

I came into red lobster for a late lunch because I had a craving for some lobster tacos. The food was alright but the service was outstanding! Stephen was my server and was completely on point. He had my drink refill at the exact moment, checked up on me when my mouth wasn't full, and knew exactly what I needed without me having to ask. I eat out pretty frequently and he was one of the best servers I've had in awhile. I'll definitely be back, if only to request him.

I can't really review this Red Lobster on their food, but I am giving them a 1 star for their service. My family and I had been traveling all day, and we decided to stop for dinner here. We got into the restaurant at 9pm, a full hour before closing. My brother even went in and asked them because we had a party of 10 (6 kids). They begrudgingly agreed after complaining, "Party of 10! Ugh..." We went in, and saw several of their staff openly complain about our party coming in. We decided to leave and the HOSTESS, whom we CLEARLY saw her being the main complainer, come up and try to save face and deny what we all saw. We decided to not give our business to a place that clearly didn't want to accommodate us...We did realize it was later than normal, but it was a full hour before closing time. The issue was the open complaining by their entire staff. My suggestion to this staff is to learn how to accommodate people without grumbling and openly complaining and then denying it to our face. **Also, my nephew did hear the hostess LIE to her manager that she didn't know why we had left, after we clearly told her why we were leaving. So, I hope he manager reads this and realizes he has a dishonest employee as well.

They don't take reservations really. They do call ahead seating for parties of 6 and under only. You can only call a hour in advance Place is always busy and there is a long wait usually. Food is the standard red lobster menu.

Service was good, food was just typical Red Lobster--not really fresh but not frozen tasting. Would recommend if you are a Red Lobster fan. But if you are looking for Sea Food wait until you are on vacation.

Very long wait and shorter parties get right through barely accommodating. While they try, the just prove it is a moving assembly line.

You can't get better quality than Red Lobster! No restaurant has the quality control standards than this one does I promise you. My favorite is crab Alfredo! Good company, excellent quality!

If you dine here, I have to guess you know what you are walking into... well established brand of mediocre seafood. Its like walking the plank only the seafood will be far less fresh. Unless you specified otherwise, your dish will be drowned in butter or sauce. Fresh, worthwhile seafood can almost stand on its own, so I can only assume there is lipstick on a pig effect in place for untrained palates. Highlight for most will be the cheesy biscuits which isn't seafood. For a little more dinero, eat at Mitchell's Fish Market. Trust me.

Some things just aren't as good as you remember. Nostalgia. There is a serious dearth of chain restaurants in LA, so I like to visit them when I'm back home. The memories of the Red Lob don't hold up. Even the heralded cheese biscuits aren't as good as I remember. Shrimp was mushy and clearly not fresh. Caesar salad was watery. My niece's crab legs looked gray and puny. I know it's a chain... I know I shouldn't expect much. But let's just say my "longing" for the Red Lobster has been satiated.

My family and I went to Red Lobster for the first time in years at 4:30 on a Sunday evening and had about a 20 minute wait! They are doing a great business despite the hard economy. Had a drink at the bar while we waited for a table. They give you one of those light-up boxes that talk when your table is ready! The bar was hoping and the sole barmaid did a wonderful job of taking care of the patrons. Upon seating , we were warmly greeted by the waitstaff. I ordered stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. Nothing special there but we all love the Cheddar Bay biscuits they bring by the basket! I ordered their new wood-fired lobster and shrimp, which was scampi and a grilled lobster tail with steamed broccoli and a baked potato. The lobster tail was rather small and wasn't as good as I had hoped, but the shrimp was delicious, I wouldn't opt for the lobster again because the size doesn't justify the marketprice, which was around $25. My wife had the coconut shrimp, which was very tasty. I didn't care for the pepper/salt mills you have to turn, which don't work all that well at all! Overall, we had a good meal and the staff was very pleasant. We will return to eat another round of seafood.

Red Lobster for a chain company, is always consistent on the seafood quality. I have eaten at Red Lobster for years, never had any issues with service, quality and quantity. I love when they have the seafood feast...yummy all you can eat. Love there buttered biscuits.

Shrimp, Shrimp, Shrimp, Shrimp...Endless Shrimp, YES! Who needs the salad, mashed potatoes, and cheese biscuit, just give me shrimp and I'll be happy. You get to pick two styles of shrimp and then when they bring your order, go on and choose another kind. I tried Garlic Shrimp Scampi and Parmesan Shrimp, but then I tried the Coconut Shrimp and OMG! A little spicy, a little sweet, a little crunchy, a little warm, a little cool. Yes, it hit all kinds of places in my mouth. I'm talking about the coconut shrimp and the dip that goes with it. The dip had coconut, pineapple, and piña colada mix. It was perfect to eat last since it was better than dessert. One other thing I like about this location is the art on the walls. They have lighthouse pics that took me back to Maine...and that's a great place to be.

Went to have a relaxing time with friends and experience was under par at best. Our waitress started off really good like any other place. She came back when we was ready to order and we all ordered our food. We waited for 15 minutes for our biscuits and they came after our salads and which my salad was skimped on volume. My friend ordered her salad and the waitress said, 'oh, you want a middle school salad'? That was very unprofessional and to me, would make me really uncomfortable. I ordered the salmon, skewered shrimp and lobster tail. She came back and said they were out of salmon and asked if I wanted to substitute it for talapia. I asked her if I would get a discount on it and she said no, they are the same price. Everyone knows that's not true. Talapia is $4 a pound as salmon is $14. That's like asking me to pay that price for a common pond catfish. After I asked her that, her mood instantly did a 360 and she became very short with us. I'm sorry, I'm not paying $30 for a piece of talapia. When she would bring refills and take plates away, she would reach across our plates and that's a no no in anyone's book. That allows stuff to fall off her clothes into our food. Needless to say, I won't be coming back due to the unprofessionalism of the staff.

Hey Toto, I'm not in Detroit, where's my perch?? Stopped here because the roads in the area are absolutely horrible. Cincinnati has set a record for snowfall. No place close to drive, what to do? Stayed at the Holiday Inn down the street, it was late, and close and OPEN. When in a seafood restaurant check out the perch. WHAT!!! No perch! Now what? I opted for the old stand by, New York Strip. OK, situation, bad snow, not enough employees to take our order, forever to get the bisquits and the drinks. Oh boy, my steak will be just delicious. Guess what, it was. It had to be the best steak EVER from a seafood restaurant and even beat out some steak joints. The food actually arrived pretty fast, must have had the cook in on time for such a bad night. A couple of drinks later and a full stomach, ahh relaxin'.
