Amazing wings, burgers and steaks. Ribs are also great, I love how you can get any sauce from the wings on your ribs. Fun place and great service. Bob and his team rock.

Visited on bike night at the Harley store. Food was pretty good, but it was extremely noisy in there. It was crowded, but the music was also loud making it hard to hold a conversation. The service was great!

Cool Decor and great size inside of the restaurant. I always keep thinking that this place is called Quicky Lube not realizing it's called Quaker Steak & Lube. I really liking coming here for the atmosphere. I've eaten here serval times. I usually come here for the wings, it much better the Apple Dump. I like eating the hot boned wings. The Asian boned wings was a little garlicky. I like you get a choice of carrots or celery, I prefer the carrots and blue cheese. The $2 for 16 draft is not to bad of a deal. I like coming here for the basketball/football/baseball games.

Great place for wings! Plenty of TVs to watch games. I like the fun and open atmosphere here. Haven't had a bad experience here and I go here often. Prices are reasonable and the food is of good quality. Definitely a must destination for wing lovers!

This place is poorly run. No management or oversight. Hostess on duty on 12/3/14 poorly trained if at all. More important to talk to dishwasher in lobby than work. Waitstaff should go back Dream Street or rehab. Such a poor staff in place.

Quaker Steak has the best wings. Period. Way better than B-dubs and don't even mention Hooters as a quality food joint. As far as Wing flavor, I have won the atomic challenge (not triple though) but for best....just go with classic hot. With bleu cheese. Don't be a Ranch weirdo

Hope this motorcycle doesn't fall on my head. lol We had a fun time. My boyfriend decided to eat 5 Atomic Wings, followed by 6 Triple Atomic Wings, and topped off with a Dusted Mango Habanero, to get his name put on the Wall of Flame. He did it too! (Although they don't actually write the names until once per month). You can buy the shirt for $5.99. I had a blast watching him take his time and be cool about the whole thing. He may make a comment here and there like "just smelling it makes my nose burn". The Server, the Chef, and the Manager's reactions were equally hilarious. He had to sign a waiver and your supposed to wear rubber gloves as well. I tried the Ranch Wings and The Boom Boom Wings - both very good. The place is decorated very cool!

Great early Saturday dinner for four-a planned surprise for one spouse! Ribs were excellent for two diners, with shrimp basket and fish & chips for the others. Food was served quickly by the best waitress on duty ( Vic ) and she took care of our "special needs" situation like the pro that she is! As Tim says......good times, good food and good friends. Thanks, Vic.

Really good food. I did boneless wings that were great. We also did the Phili Cheese stake and that was one of the best I've had. Highly recommended.

I have eaten at several other locations. They have consistantly good wings and great sauces. This location was more of what I have come to expect. Wings were tasty, staff was friendly, overall really good... as always.

Well worth coming to. The place is like a museum of race cars and bikes. Food was so so I had an Gyro it was just ok. Tried the wings they were good. If you take someone here they will be impressed with the decor. If your a biker you will love it.

Absolutely outstanding!! The food here is amazing and the service is the best in town. Bike night is always a cool and happening treat. Great selection on beer and they offer a happy hour deal during the week. Kelsey is the bomb! She's pleasant and friendly and makes you feel right at home. Nick was the manager on duty tonight and he stopped by several times to make sure we were having a great time. I've never seen such great customer service. Well done!

The service has always been good here. I've never been when it's super crowded or anything, but even with a decent sized crowd, you can get seated and served pretty quickly. The wings are pretty good, and there are lots of sauces to choose from as well as lots of other menu options that can satisfy a big party.

alot of fun to be had every Thursday night. bike night is always full of fun people, live music and plenty to eat n drink. sometimes hard to get a table if you don't come early. I just wish it were bigger and served a cheese n fruit plate. ")

My husband and I really enjoyed our eating experience there today. From the decor to the friendly servers and manager, but mostly the really good food. We had a great steak and yummy ribs, also try those fresh onion rings! Highly recomend.

Every Sunday this place is worsening. Good quality, service, and lack of management are all failing. Tonight I stood at the bar for 20 minutes waiting on the slowest bartender in history, food was burnt, manager could care less as he was chatting with friends for over an hour. Eat someplace else if you have the opportunity.

I may have found my new favorite wings in Northern Kentucky! That title used to go Buffalo Bob's, but the wings at Quaker Steak are larger, the sauce clings better (and they're not swimming in a pool of it), and sauce choices are more plentiful. The prices are a bit high though. My 15 wings cost right around $15. I guess for the size (these are seriously the biggest wings I've ever eaten), the value is OK. I decided to go with regular hot sauce and blue cheese, since I'm a purist. There are tons more options though, and I may try another, spicier sauce in the future. The hot had a little tingle, but to me, they were more of a medium. For an appetizer, my coworker and I split a small order of onion rings. This is definitely enough for two people. We're big guys, and we had trouble finishing it. The rings are huge, and the dipping sauce they come with is very unique. It's kind of sweet and spicy, and had a flavor I just couldn't put my finger on. I enjoyed it very much though. Our service was only ok. They weren't very busy, yet I still had to wave my server down just to get a water refill or some extra Bleu Cheese. The food more than makes up for it though. I'll be back for sure, as I'll be craving those wings again in no time!

All you can eat wings sound fantastic till about the 20th wing. Then blah lol. Great food and great people I always enjoy this place.

I gave this a try based on Yelp reviews and was not impressed. If I had paid attention to Four Square reviews, I would have avoided it. My husband's breaded, boneless wings were essentially chicken nuggets. My grilled, boneless chicken tenders were definitely tender, but the medium sauce was watered down. There was no kick to it at all! I asked for a cup of hot sauce--it had a slight kick. I also tried the macaroni and cheese that others have raved about; it was okay. The sauces at BWW far surpass those at this place. Service was good, but that was about it.

The food wasn't good. Slightly feel like we were overcharged for something. I will not not be returning and definitely would not recommend.

We went there on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy. We were planning on ordering lunch, but after the hassle of getting the appetizer, we decided to go someplace else. It was the first time here for either of us. My husband compared the food to Hooters. It was expensive. We didn't see anything for lunch under $10. The food itself wasn't anything special. Combine that with the service not being very good. For example, the server gave us our appetizers and then took 10 minutes to get plates to put our appetizers on. Thus, the 2 stars. Keep in mind that we went in when it was new. It might take time to work out the kinks, but right now, I would not recommend this place.

Don't know what I expected, but this was really bad. Had to wait to be greeted by a host. Server frequently disappeared and a manager had to go find her once. Food was mediocre at best. Won't be going back.

Is it pathetic that I have already made the trip to Quaker Steak & Lube four times since it opened? The Florence QS&L isn't the first QS&L that I have eaten at, but having one so close to home makes this wing nut very happy. As far as casual restaurants go, Florence, KY has a ton of them, but you will be hard pressed to find a place with better wings, atmosphere, and beers as big as Quaker Steak & Lube. This is a motorsports themed restaurant that has motorcycles and race cars that dangle above your head, while big Screen TV's grace the walls. It is the wings and other menu items that keeps me coming back. The Mac & Cheese (made with beer cheese) is excellent, the appetizers are great, and the wings are second to none (just be careful as the Atomic and Triple Atomic are too hot for the normal wing fan). There are a lot of menu options for the non wing eating folks including a bunch of big burgers, steaks etc. The kitchen is open until 1 A.M. on the weekends so you can eat great, even late! There is outdoor seating which will be quite popular when the weather is warm. QS&L sometimes has live music as well. Love this place!!

I was really excited to head to Quaker Steak & Lube. I've heard great things about the food, the atmosphere and the overall experience. Unfortunately, it was wayyyy oversold. First, there was over an hour wait. Okay - it was a Friday night, so I shouldn't have been surprised, but I was hungry. The other thing that annoyed me is the fact that people who came in after us were seated before us - and it was the same # of people, same request for seating. Grr. Next - I didn't really want a burger and I heard they had good wings. So I did the meal option that gave me an appetizer and wings. The Mac & Cheese was good, but a little too cheesy (and that's really saying something because I could live on cheese). The wings were awful. I opted for Ranch and it was really just grease. I couldn't taste any trace of ranch and actually was only able to eat one full wing before the grease was just too much. The atmosphere was cool and our server was super nice, though slow and more attentive to other tables. I may go back during a less crowded time and try something else, but I don't plan on making this a regular hangout.

The wings are ok. The mango salmon was good. The decor is like a refugee camp for gear heads but the staff is friendly and you can make a good time out of it. A little pricy but a visit every here and there will do.

My son & his girlfriend really wanted to try Quaker Steak & Lube so we went on a Monday night about 7 p.m. The told us the wait would be 25 minutes but we actually waited about 12, so that was great! I expected to wait longer since there are a gazillion tvs and it was a football tv night. I ordered shrimp, my son & his girlfriend got hot wings. I LOVE that they don't charge extra for ranch, carrots, and celery. The wings were great, the pretzels were great, and the shrimp was excellent. The service was great and the atmosphere extremely fun! We definitely will go back again and again and again when we want wings! It was terrific!

if you're in florence and you want a steak this is the place to go. if you want wings, go here or bdubs. Quaker steak is like an Applebee's, except car themed and with better food and faster service.

If you have ever been to a Quaker Steak then you know what to expect here. The service is good and food is always of the same quality. I go here for the wings, they are at the top of the list for chain restaurants and with an extremely large offering of sauces you can find something you will like. I am a big fan of the sauces on the hotter side of the scale as they have great flavor along with a lot of heat. It is always a fun experience to see all of the "decorations" - motorcycles, race cars and everything in between. If you are looking for good chicken wings and cold beer, this is a great place to stop. Since it is so new they are still really busy during prime times, try off times for a shorter wait.

This food was amazing. First time ever going to any quakers and I will be returning again. I had some boneless wings and my girlfriend got a Philly cheese steak burger. We split the our meals in half for we both can try each others food. The wings was OK, but i really enjoyed the burger and fries. I know next time i go, try different burgers because i really enjoyed the one i had that was different then any normal burger.

Went to dinner a couple of weeks ago (after the Mainstrasse Wine Fest) with a group of friends. Place was very busy...so busy we had to park in the mall lot. We waited for about 45 minutes, although the wait wasn't that bad since we sat a the bar and had some beers. Have to say they have a nice selection of draft beers, but the sweet mixed drinks in the mason jars are a little overpriced IMO. The food was good...what you would expect for bar food. A couple of people had the Philly Steak, some had wings and there were a couple of burgers as well. All of the food was delicious and seemed reasonably priced. We started with boom boom shrimp and some onion rings. Both were very good. For dinner, I just had an order of the SuperCharged wings (3rd hottest from the top). I had no problem eating them although I had expected them to be hotter. Guess next time I will go up a notch and see what happens! :o)
