I think it was OK overall. Friendly employees & Okay Food... I came in & no one was there, walked right up and ordered a Verde Pork burrito. At first I loved the size of the thing... Then they couldn't wrap it so at the end it sat there for a couple seconds after I paid, the cashier went to wash her hands and put gloves on and the lady who couldn't wrap it just abandoned it and walked down and started helping the customers that just walked in. Once the cashier had gloves on she came over, opened up the burrito, put a new tortilla on it that wasn't heated/steamed, flipped the burrito over (it lost 1/2 the toppings) then wrapped it and said here you go. Now it was 1/2 the size. I cried while eating it. Not really but it was kind of disappointing. I thought in comparison to other Qdoba's I've eaten at, this pork was really tough like it hadn't been cooked long enough or it was overcooked and dried out. I didn't really enjoy the burrito.

The staff here is so helpful! I've twice placed a not quite catering order and everyone was so helpful getting me the things I needed and providing several options. The food was great too. Everything was hot and yummy!

Outstanding food and service. This was my very first visit and I have to say.....wow! If you like Chipotle, you will LOVE this place. Better value, more choices, and employees who are friendly and helpful. I think I found a new favorite spot.

I haven't been in a while but their quesadillas and burritos are usually real good. They watch too much Fox News though.

The food was good but really??? Half scoop of rice and barely any meat. I won't be going back again. With better choices like Hot Head with better portions. I will not be back

It's just like every other qdoba if that tells you anything. Actually this one has a lot of local specials.

Definitely good, but it's essentially a less-tasteful knock off of Chipotle. You'd be better off driving a little bit further down Mall Road and getting the real deal. The chips and queso are really good, but the burritos just aren't the same.

When it comes to burritos and upscale Mexican fast food Qdoba does it right. If you like Chipotle or Hot Heads I think this is the place for you. I'm not sure about Hot Heads (I've only been there once), but Qdoba has more of a menu selection and a better selection at that than Chipotle. I tend to most of the time get a burrito bowl and most of the time have to get a lid to take half of it home. I've never had stale chips from this restaurant, which seems to be the case every time I get Chipotle. All-in-all, if you're wanting a burrito, bowl, tacos, or a quesadilla check this place out. Believe me you won't be disappointed!

I know it's a Mexican restaurant but I didn't expect to have to speak Spanish to get my order across. I thought it was going to be a sit down place but it's actually a Mexican Subway! I was not too impressed with the food, as it was ordinary Mexican fare. I'd have rather went to an actaul Mexican restaurant for the money!

I love this place. I work very close by and for awhile was going there 5 days a week for lunch. I've had to cut back to save some money, but the staff still remembers me when I come in. The burritos are great. They're usually stuffed so full that I can't finish it all in one sitting. I would recommend Qdoba to anyone.

It had been a long time since I'd been to Qdoba (I'd been going to Chipotle instead) so one summer day, I decided to give it another try. The folks working the line were friendly and helpful, especially when I said it had been several years since I had been in there to eat. They pointed out it was Taco Tuesday so I got a couple of different ones to try. Annoyance - Fox News on both TVs. Luckily, the sound was down. I bit into the first taco. I couldn't tell by taste which one it was. Literally, I had to open up all the tacos to try to figure out which was which. They were all pretty bland. Now, the chips were really good with lots of lime flavor. One of the employees had given me a taste of the Ancho Chile BBQ sauce and that went great with the chips. If you like mild Mexican food, this is the place for you. If you actually want some flavor in your counter service Mexican food, go to Chipotle.

I love to eat outside when its warm. This visit - it was not. I always order the same thing - The Chicken Taco Salad in a crunchy flour tortilla bowl, with some chips and salsa, just because. I usually eat the lime and kosher salt chips more than the flour bowl. I love the chicken and sour cream. There is always a bunch of lettuce left because you get a nice portion. It's quick, it's good, it's reasonable, it's good.

I like Qdoba. They've got great food and healthy choices. Moe's is about as close as it gets to this place. They have the best quesadilla I've ever had. Mine was a chicken with pico de gallo, along with some chips and salsa. I've gotta try Chipotle so I can compare, never been there but everybody tells me it's good. Moe's is really great too. On a whole, this place as fantastic food at a good price. Muy bien!

I like Qdoba. I think it's pretty hard to screw up a burrito though lol. I like their fajita ranchero burrito, the last time i went my husband got some type of burrito with cheese in it which was really good. I like Chipotle the best, but one thing I like about this burrito joint over others is that I get a lot of coupons from them. It's always nice to get a free burrito.

A typical Qdoba, with friendly staff and good customer service. It's right across the street from Chipotle (and not much different, to be honest), but if you're looking for fast food Mexican that's slightly more upscale than Taco Bell, then this is it.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
