Can't go wrong here ever. Weekly froyo flavors and good selection of toppings. Thus far, my favorites include: wedding cake birthday cake banana pineapple/coconut swirl This place is great plus the free rewards card lets you stack up points to go toward more froyo in the future.

I'm an avid Orange Leafer, but this was my first time at this location, and I probably won't choose this one again. The outside of the building is just dirty and unkempt looking. Inside we searched all over for sample cups and couldn't find them. We also couldn't find a store employee, and in a small store, that's a problem. I used the restroom, and while I was in there, the employee made her appearance. My friends asked about the sample cups, and she said it was a corporate policy that the store employees have to fill the cups. I've been to numerous Orange Leafs and have never been told this, and with how small the sample cups are, I was a little worried there might be some physical contact between her ungloved hand and my froyo. Additionally, she acted very put out that we wanted to get some samples, but sorry - if I've never had a flavor before I'm not going to buy a full serving without tasting first. Some of the toppings didn't seem very fresh, and they also didn't have the classic tart flavor, which I thought all locations served. It just did not have the same great friendly atmosphere as the other Orange Leaf locations around here.

Finally got to create my own sweet dessert after hearing all the combinations my friends have tried. I put cheesecake yogurt, strawberries, white chocolate morsels, and sprinkles of heath candy bar on top. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM good. It's just plain fun to pick and choose, sprinkle and drop. You will leave there taking note of what you will have to try next time. There were about 8 different yogurts to choose from and then a bazillion toppings (well, close to it). The only negative was the seats weren't comfy, but they did look very cool. Next time I will try out the couches or the outside patio area. I love the bright colors, they just make you feel happy. So does the yogurt nutrition sheet they post. 48 calories an oz. I'm guessing I had an oz.

Terribly disappointed! Will not be coming back. The only thing tart was the personalities of the staff! See what I did there! But seriously bad!

it just opened and ive been here twice. I love Frozen Yogurt so I will go here a bunch more. However, I will share some issues as well as some "rules" for "Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt". The main issue is, I like associating frozen yogurt with healthy. I like the upper-scale places like Yagoot or Pinkberry where they have fruit and nuts as toppings. This place mostly has candy as toppings. They had 4 types of fruit last time I was there, strawberries, pineapple, bananas & cherries. No blueberries or raspberries? I dont care if its frozen, it should be standard. I didnt see any nuts. They had cheesecake bites, brownies, cookie dough, twix, snickers, reese's, cookie crisp, jelly beans, variety of syrups, and pretty much any candy you can imagine. Why not have some pecans or almonds or walnuts? I want this for a lunch, not a dessert! Now its time for the rules. This place charges by the ounce, so naturally, the smallest size is still a bucket. Even though most people could tell its large, it still is even larger than you think it is. Also, when you pull the lever for the frozen yogurt, that shit comes out FAST! they arent playing games. So you need to learn how to serve yourself so you dont end up paying $6 for a stupid frozen yogurt that you can only eat half of (like i did the first time). Basically, I developed the "once around" rule. Take the small bucket that is their small size and just try to wrap the soft-serve completely around the outer-edge of the bowl once. That will be enough. Trust me. It's plenty. Even though its not even half-full, its all you need. You'll be glad you did In summation, I'm glad there is a frozen yogurt place in Florence. I will go here a lot, probably every week. Therefore, welcome "Orange Leaf", enjoy my money. However, in a perfect world i would rather have a Yagoot or a Pinkberry here. Still, better than nothing!

I've been to this Orange Leaf when it opened & it was really good. Good flavors & fresh fruit toppings. hadn't been back for about a year & thought we'd stop for a treat. So disappointing!! I like the fruit flavors so I decided to get peach, & orange. The peach did not taste like peach at all & they had no fruit toppings to go with the orange & peach. Hubby had the BDay cake & cotton candy. He also was disappointed as you couldn't distinguish between the two flavors. For the price you pay for froyo you should be able to taste the different flavors.

What a brilliant concept. Make your own dessert. You pick the flavor of yogurt and the toppings. price is by the pound. The marketing genius is they give you a bucket to put it ALL in. Kids will fill it up too. so did I and It taste great too.

Love this place. With all the yummy froyo flavors and toppings, the bowl can cost up to $6-$7. Although, they offer a "rewards card". Your points add up pretty fast if you use it every visit religiously. After about 5 visits I was able to get my Froyo virtually free. My only complaint is that their is almost always a line out the door and setting can be limited. But the line moves relatively quick.

I love fro-yo. Sometimes I love it a little too much, which is why I'm happy that Orange Leaf has finally opened in Florence! (Now I can get my fix during my lunch break at work!) I've been to pretty much every frozen yogurt chain that exists in the US - even the family-owned ones in California, which are the source of my love for this confection. What sets Orange Leaf in the four-star category for me is two things: the abundance of toppings choices that are all very well-kept and fresh, and the nutrition information on each of the fro-yo spouts. They also have a frequent-diner card that you get points on, redeemable for freebies and discounts. The interior of this place is similar to an Ikea kitchen: bright plastic furniture among a very sterile, white backdrop. Odd, but I guess it makes it modern and clean-looking! Overall, this place is great, but finding it among the strip mall parking lot is a bit difficult.

Frozen yogurt is Frozen Yogurt .. this was a fails to meet expectations compared with similar businesses. In terms of cleanliness -- One girl was wiping the floor boards with a wet towel and using the SAME TOWEL to wipe the spigot area of the frozen yogurt machines. YUCK! I just think that they lack appropriate leadership from the owner / management. Of greater concern was their e-mail opt-in to receive local promotions. They don't keep your email private. Instead of doing individual BCC, they put everyone's email address in the send line and everyone in Florence on the list, gets your e-mail address. Removal from the list was an even bigger fiasco. And forget about customer service. Check out this response I received from the Florence, KY location: Orange Leaf Florence bailey.orangeleaf@yahoo.… Subject: Re: REMOVE FROM MAILING Date: September 24, 2014 11:37:56 AM EDT To: XXX Reply-To: Orange Leaf Florence bailey.orangeleaf@yahoo.… Ok DUMB ASS!!!! You signed up for the mailing list. It's not like I forced you to do it and I never said it would be private. Never. (I'm sure that others who signed up for the list are just dying to get to all of your information by hacking into your computer and finding out as much information about you as possible, being the celebrity that you are.) You did not have it fill out the paper that was YOUR decision. Next time think before you decide to put your information on a piece of public paper sitting on the counter of a store. You call me dumb? Who's the dumb one? I did not put your name there, YOU did that all by yourself. I simply took the information given to me BY YOU and entered it into a database, exactly as I said, nothing more nothing less. Sorry but you need to read what you sign up for before you do it and then get mad at me for doing exactly as I said I would do, enter it onto a database for in-store emails and discounts. My email address is not on there and never will be because I bother to think before I put my personal information on a public piece of paper that sits on a counter all day. I will remove you today and you have a LOVELY DAY!!!!:):) P.S. I think the Chamber of Commerce and the BBB have better things to do with their time than to listen to you complain about something that YOU did. I attempted to contact their corporate offices in Oklahoma and share my concern, but they didn't answer the phone (at least three separate attempts). CONSUMER BEWARE!

Oh the wonderful random selections of sugary goodness! The first time I came where I was so scatter brained and confused as to what I actually wanted. Yet my crazy concoction was delicious and worth every scoop and drizzle! My son also overwhelmed with so many amazing and interesting things to choose from enjoys coming here. I wouldn't go here if your watching what you intake lol. It's definately worth every penny so Fun and unique of a place. The staff is usually so busy there isn't anyone necessarily there to guide and direct you but that's okay:) love them anyway. In my experience the cashier gals are very nice. Only downfall is it's a bit over priced for a cup of sugar lol! Try it tho you will be happy you did your thighs will not tho haha!

It's all about the Spoonberry my friends. It's all about the Spoonberry. If they have this flavor when you go, don't pass it up. It's basically Fruity Pebbles fro yo, and if that concept alone blew your mind, just wait until you taste it. Unreal.

I didn't know what to expect when I first went there because I had never had frozen yogurt. I was very surprised to see all the flavors and the selection of toppings! Everytime I have been there I have almost always gotten the same thing lol just because it's so good! The cheesecake and strawberry together is out of this world!!! I have tried many other flavors too that were good as well! The only complaint I have is what other reviewers have said as well and that is the line is always crazy and they need to get a bigger space!

We love Orange Leaf! Yeah, it can get a bit pricey...but if you stay away from the heavy toppings that add the weight (and calories), it's not that bad. I love to mix several flavors in the cup. They have good non-fat offerings and the flavors seem to change fairly regularly. Who doesn't like froyo??

Good place always a line and the cashiers aren't very friendly, but the yogurt is always good.

This place is an amazing experience! Great tasting yogurt, cool decor, awesome selections on yogurt and toppings, very fast service, and friendly staff. Oh, and let me say a couple more things. They have Captain Crunch as an available topping and the spoons look like little shovels...enough said. Come check this place out, you won't be disappointed!

It's awesome froyo mixed with a copious selection of toppings, what's not to love? The only difficult thing is deciding what to get! My favorite froyo flavors are cheesecake, peanut butter, and birthday cake. I like to pair fresh fruit with the cheesecake, peanut butter cups and Reece's pieces with the peanut butter, and sprinkles and Swedish Fish with the birthday cake. Yes, they have Swedish Fish, the best candy ever! They'll get you a sample if you'd like to try some of the flavors beforehand. I really wish they would just leave the sample cups out though, instead of the employees having to go get you a couple, then pour you up some samples. It seems very inefficient. Oh well, it's still super delicious, and the price isn't bad either. With the summer coming up, this place is going to be constantly packed. Enjoy!

I've been on an Orange Leaf kick lately, and was excited to take my friends to the Florence location (I usually eat at the Downtown store.) On our way there, I couldn't stop talking about all the amazing things at Orange Leaf... until we arrived and found them missing. No self-serve sample cups. Of our group of eight, only two of us had eaten at a self-serve fro yo before. I asked a clerk if we could have some for tastes. She brought the cups out, then asked, "Which flavor do you want?" She proceeded to pump the taste into the cup for me. "What next?" Considering how tiny the cup is, this just seemed unsanitary. I'd rather do it myself. I've never had a clerk serve me the samples before, at an Orange Leaf or other fro yo store. My friends skipped the tastes and just took a chance filling their bowl. I noticed that the pumps of fro yo didn't exactly match up so that you could swirl the two flavors together. For example, Mango and Coffee were in the same unit. Doesn't that sound delicious? Also, Florence had fewer toppings than Downtown and was missing my favorite: the cheesecake cubes and crushed graham crackers. On the plus side, Florence did have some different fro yo flavors than Downtown, like Key Lime Pie, Cotton Candy, and Wedding Cake. Those were pretty delicious. While this Orange Leaf has its differences from Downtown, it seems to be a hit in the neighborhood. At 10:00pm, the store was packed to the brim with late-night sweet tooths. Price per person: $5.00

I've been driving to the Orange Leaf up in Kenwood since it opened so I was super pumped about one opening here on the other side of the river. They have a great selection of delicious flavors of frozen yogurt and tons toppings! Yum! How it works is you grab one of the cups right by the door, fill it up with as much frozen yogurt as you want, put whatever toppings on it, put it on the scale, pay by the ounce and enjoy! It's $.49 an ounce, which seems affordable but adds up pretty quick. Plan on spending around $6 a person even with only moderately filled cups. Some toppings are pretty heavy also, so you might want to think twice about which ones you get. This location is small and the layout is kind of poorly thought out (only one trash can and you have to swim through people to get to it, the bathroom and the door out). Also, their parking lot is tiny so if you come when it's busy plan to park in the TJ Maxx parking lot. Turning around in their parking lot is really tight if you decide to chance finding a spot.
