I go to a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants and this one by far is the worst I have ever seen. The service is sub-par at best. I mean you have to be kidding me. 10 mins to get menu's and we had to ask for them 3 times while sitting at the bar. Unacceptable! Then we watch the General Manager come to the bar to pick up some drinks and saw a flat beer. Instead of telling them to remake it he just stirred it with a straw. To top it all off I have yet to see a single person smile. What a bummer.

This place is hands down pathetic!!!! Manager Mark Alvado only cares about old fat guys who sit at his bar & hit on bartenders! Myself & boyfriend are regular customers who were kicked out bc we were not "high rolling customers!" I will never be back to this location & if they're nice it's only fake!!! We have spent several hundreds of dollars here & they kick us out over one old fat, unhappy asshole of a guy looking for a cheap thrill! Bad rap for Bdubs across the area!! Very sad!! New management needed at this location!!!!

Extremely drunken clientele, rude bartenders, and a cloud of lung cake hangs over the entire place. This place should be condemned. I can't give a negative rating, so it gets one star purely for the fact that it has beer.

Pretty good, not my first BW3 visit. Standard BW3 here, which is a good thing. Big wings, always leave sweating on my forehead. Also the sale on summer shandy is nice. Good review because they keep me coming back!

This place has been here for years. The only difference here is it is a bit smaller than newer franchises. The location is ok but no outdoor area. Service is friendly and prompt.

I managed to scoot through university by only going to a BWW once. This trip, I was told there was Friday night karaoke. Intrigued, I ventured out with friends to the Florence location. First of all: smoking. The cloud of tobacco is pretty thick in this restaurant; it had my eyes watering and throat scratching. Hailing from Ohio, where smoking is not allowed in restaurants, this was quite an unpleasant change. As our group was seated, no sooner did my bum touch the chair the waitress yelled in my ear, "What do you want?" She was referring to a beverage, but came across as brusque. Feeling rushed, I flipped through the menu looking for something alcoholic. I ordered a mango lemonade with gin. What arrived was a pint of mango lemonade with a shot of gin on the side. Wow. I tried to send it back and the waitress insisted there "wasn't a button for what you ordered, so this is how it was made." Double wow. My friend ordered a Long Island, which the menu listed came with BWW's top shelf liquors: Beef Eater, Jose Cuervo, and Smirnoff. I laughed. Perhaps I spend too much time in OTR bars, but these brands I would consider house liquors, not top shelf. When it was time to go, I had to walk up to our waitress and ask for the check. My bill arrived, but my dining companions' did not. We had to hunt her down again and she delivered another check. Two out of four of us now had bills... why not bring them all together!? We flagged her down a third time, got the rest of the checks, and paid. It took twenty minutes just to cash out. My non-alcoholic drink (with the side of gin) totaled $7.00. They charged me $4.00 for the shot of Beefeater, which is almost the price of an entire bottle and the liquor store. The lackluster service, poorly made drinks, and intense smoking environment reminded me why I stay away from BWWs.

Small party to send off a friend who will be leaving for the Army. The tables easily convert to group together. You get to pick your sauce on the wings and the dipping sauce. I went mild and ranch. AWESOME! I see why they are famous. I do wish they had Happy Hour prices on drinks like Mojitos ($6 glass). Servers did a good job too.

Not a place to bring children. The whole place reeks of cigarets, even in the non-smoking section. The few minutes I was at the restaurant, I felt I needed to change my clothes and my throat was irritated.

We travel a lot and B'Dubs is one of our favorites. But this one is super smokey, even in the no smoking section. My jacket stunk for days.

Eat some wings. Drink some beer. Watch some sports. What else do you want?

Think I had the best burger ever at this store. A burger topped with BBQ. Yeah it was goooood!

Just your average B-Dubs. Nothing more, nothing less. Standard menu, lots of TVs, handful of video games. Good for watching a big game and hanging out. Nothing that exciting but you won't be disappointed either.

been going to BW3 since it started on OSU's campus. Things have gone down hill horribly. I appreciate decent to good beer. This BW3 has not only done away with Killians, they now have done away with Shiner AND they even did away with SAM ADAMS SEASONAL? If there is no Octoberfest this season there are a MULTITUDE of options--Hooters, Quaker Steak, Tilted Kilt, etc. It's a shame but if they don't want my money somebody else will.....

I would call myself a regular here yet no one really cares. My service is always poor but the food is good. If it wasn't for the great game day experience I wouldn't go back. I always get the boneless chicken with medium sauce.

Big chain, big disappointment. I have been to this location a couple of times, both times were after work happy hours, with the location chosen mostly to appease the smokers in the group. If I go back again, it will probably be for that same reason, there are too many other options around town to put up with smoke and a bad beer selection. I have no complaints with the food, it is standard sports bar fare and does nothing to stand out from other similar places. They seem to draw more people than they have parking for, at least during happy hour periods it can be difficult to find a parking spot. Maybe I have become spoiled on a couple of counts, having grown up in Wisconsin, there was always smoking in bars and restaurants, but after 4 years of smoke free public areas in Florida and now the same in Ohio, I find that I do not want to subject myself to smoke. Now maybe there is a "non-smoking" section inside and we just were not in it, due to the smokers in the group, but the whole non-smoking section thing is a fallacy anyway. However, this location is in Kentucky, where smoking is allowed, so enough whining about that. Now on to whining about something much closer to my heart: the beer selection here is very disappointing. When Guinness is the exotic choice on the beer menu, something is lacking. I understand carry the mainstream Miller and Budweiser brands, but there is such a rich beer tradition in this area and you have no Morlein, Rivertown, Mt Carmel or even Hudy options, shame on you. I was encouraged to see one of my favorites, Wisconsin brewed, Leinenkugel's Classic Amber on the menu, but when I asked for a pint, was told, "Uh, I don't think we have that, what is your second choice?" Well BW3, you are my second choice, to whatever other option is offered.

This BWWs is one of the best I've been to in the NKY/Cincinnati area. We did our Fantasy Football draft at the Florence BWW's this year and we were treated very well, the service was fast, and the noise level was pretty decent for such a restaurant. Overall, I've been to much, much worse locations of this chain restaurant, so I consider this location to always be a delicious option for lunch, dinner, or football-watching!

This Florence location has really gone downhill. I work nearby, so my coworkers and I order takeout lunch at least once a month from this location. The last few times, the traditional wings have been horrendous! I've never had chewy wings from bdubs in all my life, but somehow it's happened the last three times in a row. It's always a Tuesday and it's always lunchtime. I'm thinking they need a new cook.
