    When I rate this 5 stars, it is purely by Taco Bell standards. I just have to state that in the beginning because on Yelp I'm rating gourmet restaurants and amazing bars/clubs/etc. But in my hungry little universe, Taco Bell does rank up there with Jeff Ruby's, so I'm trying not to be biased here and remember that not everyone considers Taco Bell a delicacy. Now I would rate Taco Bell in general a 3 or 4 based on the accuracy of my orders and the amount of times it actually makes me sick. But the Covington Taco Bell really is the best one. I have never waited in the drive-thru for more than 10 minutes. Usually it's 5 minutes and I'm out of there. Even though it's speedy, my order has always been correct and has been hot and tasty. I've never had a bad order from this location. Really, I can't tell you how often I go to a Taco Bell and end up with a completely different or made up menu item (which I eat anyway, because you could pretty much smash any of their ingredients into a tortilla and I would eat it) but this one always puts the right stuff into my order. For a Taco Bell connoisseur such as I (I can name every menu item, combo, price, and ingredient) this really is the best I've found in my country-wide search for the perfect Taco Bell. Hmmm...now I'm getting that 4th meal crave...

The GM is rude her name Robin and wouldn't give me no other info than her name. They messed my order up and I live 30 miles away and saying there's nothing they can do about it. Called me a liar and was real disrespectful.

    Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Hands down. The person at the register inside was dirty and sweaty. Bajablast was out. Waited for close to 20 minutes for 2 effing chicken quesadillas. Finally got them and they didn't have any sauce and were dry and partially burned. Avoid this place at all costs, driving a little farther is worth it so you don't have to deal with the disappointment of this absolutely horrible place.

    I like my drunk Taco Bell. However this Taco Bell said no more than 1 order per car.. No problem except that when we ordered more than 1 of a particular item they questioned us why. Uh duh! Because we weren't allowed to have multiple orders per car! Wish the service would have been better.. But what can you do

    This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area.... You ask for xtra cheese or lettuce.... forget about it... the tacos come to you half full and the drive thru takes forever. Its unfortunate since I like taco bell and i work 2 blocks down the street but i refuse to eat at this one again. I've said that before and gone back thinking something will change but it just seems to get worse each time. I've also had time to sit in the drive thru for atleast 5 mins and contemplate why it takes so long to get food when there is only 1 car in front of you. This happens every time.... only eat here if your having some drinks down at main strauss and dgaf.

    At one time this was a decent Taco Bell. Went there today and was accosted by a thug. Apparently the place is closed for business and they hired the Mafia to renovate the place. Went up the street to Popeyes. Much better service, much better food, and no thugs!!!!

    Average for a Taco Bell. The staff is good, not great, and the food is done quickly. The clientele are awful, though, which makes me never even want to set foot in this place again. If you want a place to satisfy a craving at 2am for very little money, this is probably your best bet in Covington.
