The service here can be spotty. Some nights you'll get a good waitress who's attentive, other nights you'll get stuck with someone who clearly resents being there and will be MIA for long periods of time. Usually they have pretty decent drink specials too. I will say that I am a pretty big fan of their Tiger Shrimp and the Wagon Wheel burger. Both are always delicious when I get them!

I'm sorry, but only two stars from me. Only went once and was on a Sunday for the nfl games and it was packed. So I get that they can't help that, but it was so congested, like I couldn't move without touching the guy at the table next to me! It was just a terrible set up for anyone to be comfortable in.

We had a nice time. LOTS of TVS... All playing sports. Great liquor and beer selections. There is one pool table. A few dart games. Great prices on the Abita beer we were drinking. The server was attentive and friendly. We didn't eat, so can't say anything about the food.

I believe that this attitude right here is the reason why your other business closed. If all your servers feel that they can and should be rude to customers, it is no wonder you couldn't stay open. This is a message I received from your ex-waitress Morgan this morning because I left a review LAST YEAR about her terrible service and attitude. Anyone who knows me, knows that I would never not tip a server, or be rude to a server, or even take the time to write a review unless her attitude deserved it. As you can see below, I think I was justified in writing my review the first time. "as a server i have always wanted to give a piece of my mind to the people that decide to tip shitty or talk shit and i just love that i found your hateful review on yelp 11 months later. how about being respectful since you have been in the restaurant business for 7 years and you out of all people should know to do so. calling someone out by name on yelp because you went to a bar on a saturday night and got bad service? bitch this is topeka kansas and it was bullfrogs live. get off your high horse and tell me where in this day and age you can go somewhere with 15+ people and not have gratuity added to your check? and i was only being rude because a) the people you were with were most likely assholes and i more than likely had more than one table and was probably in the weeds b) if you and your party are shitty people i will add gratuity and i wont feel bad about it c) its a god damn bar i can be as rude to you are to me. and if you dont like it, either go up to the bar yourself or fucking go somewhere else. my bartender didnt give a shit about your complaint. we joked and laughed about your stupidity thinking we actually cared. fuck off with your yelp reviews and stay at home and serve yourself, asshole." Best wings in Topeka. I love the wings and the spinach and artichoke dip is great. Great place to watch a game. Bullfrogs has great daily beer specials and wing specials on Wednesday.

It was a weekday - I found myself again in Topeka when there was a Champions League game on. I ducked into this very-not-built-for-soccer-watching-bar and yet managed to find a TV in an area of the bar I wanted, where the game I wanted was put on and a box was brought to my table where I could "tune in" to the audio. The quality wasn't spectacular, and because it was transmitting on an in-house signal, the coverage went in and out, but the main thing was that I had a cheap lunch, was mostly undisturbed, and got to watch Arsenal play soccer. I'm a happy camper.

I had not been to Bullfrogs in years when I was invited to the bar over Christmas weekend. First I have to say I do not like Jeremiah Bullfrogs' sister bar, Bullfrogs Live but this review is not about them. Even though the bar was jam packed I was really impressed with the servers and bartenders. Tons of Topeka's coolest and attractive people were enjoying drinks. The place was packed because a lot of the customers were like me and in town for the weekend. I've always enjoyed the place and will put it back on my joints to patron if I'm back in Topeka

This is a fun joint, I find myself coming back to it whenever I'm in Topeka. It maintains the ballance of having enough TVs to satisfy the sports fans yet keeping them out of the way enough that you could maintain a conversation if you want to. Very good service at the bar (haven't sat anywhere else). Food has typically been above average, always with fresh ingridients and some bold moves, such as truly spicy soups and chili. Very respectable beer and good liquor selection. Tasty $5 dollar fruity drinks specials. Free wi-fi that actually works. They also have triva wars on Sundays - don't forget your netbook or be trumpled by local "braniacs".
