Over charged on sales tax. Tried to add another 30% on to a discounted meal. Dumplings tasted rotten. Meat pie was listed as chicken & beef but contained ham, as well. Hot mustard was weak. No red pepper sauce, only sriacha. Not impressed. The management behaved like a corrupt cartel.

I go to this restaurant every time I go to Topeka. They offered massive varieties of foods in their buffet at a very affordable price. I always go there during dinner time because that's when they serve sea food, they have big shrimp, clamps... all those good stuffs.

Good food. Servers need more training. Don't me tell how much I owe. Leave the check and wait. Don't stand there waiting me to pay. Other than that I would give 5 stars

Very rude service. The food isn't the greatest. And they stand by the table to see if we left a tip and I forgot to sign my receipt, so she threw it at me. Then she walked away and they all were staring and talking about us. I don't recommend going here. They deserve a zero.

At the suggestion of a family member we went to Chow Time Buffet for lunch. They offer a huge buffet which included a Chinese, American, Sushi, a hibachi grill and dessert bar. The food was plenty, hot and tasty. Our waiter was a young guy who was friendly, frequently in the area to refill our drinks. Nice atmosphere and clean. I'm not from Kansas but will stop in again when I'm back in the area.

We've had lunch here twice. The first time, shortly after they opened, I felt the food tasted better. Selection and variety of sushi rolls were definitely better. Second time, food was just okay. Nothing special. We had a large party and no one really ate that much. We basically ate enough to not be hungry, but no one really wanted to go back to trying more things or get seconds. We won't be back.

Its predecessors weren't great and unfortunately, this isn't either. Typical Chinese buffet variety with sushi and a stir-fry bar. The food itself is okay, but there are far better Chinese spots worth visiting. The best part of this place? They have a good selection of ice creams for dessert. Seriously! That was the best/most memorable part of the meal!

The first time I came here for dinner, the waiter very warm, very care of my kids. Food is also very good, very fresh sushi, I will dine here as my first choice. We recommend that every day is perfect crab legs

Went for lunch on a weekday. Was really great...but they didn't have anyone running the hibachi grill.
