I must admit, I don't go here for the coffee. Not that it's bad, but I actually have never even tried their coffee, smoothies or any other drink they make. It is pretty tough to compete with a Starbucks across the street, but because I typically make my own coffee since I make it the exact way I want it and fresh every time for a fraction of the cost of any coffee shop. The owner did say they take call ahead coffee orders, which is something I personally have never heard of before, but thought was a good idea for the work rush crowd. What I consistently go here for is the "Rollover" sandwich. I was introduced to this spectacular delight by the owner and his wife, which are both always very friendly every time I have gone in. The Rollover is no ordinary egg salad sandwich. The fresh (literally just made) egg salad is piled high on top of a warm layer of ham with a uniquely addicting sauce/spice all between two tasty slices of an asiago cheese bagel. Side note; the owners consistently make this sandwich perfect, but the other employees aren't very consistent, just fyi. The lunch deal comes with chips and an admittedly weak side salad that comes with some of the same spice as the sandwich sprinkled on top and two cherry tomatoes and chopped onions so don't expect much more. It does not come with dressing, which disappoints me. Sometimes they'll have other dressing options, just ask. My rating shouldn't necessarily represent the rest of their food or drinks as I have never tried them, but the couple that owns this place are extremely nice and make one mean egg salad sandwich. I would probably give an overall 3 star rating for the lack of salad options and lack of consistency among other employees, but will give a 4 to boost the ratings on this quaint little cafe. If it were based solely upon the Rollover sandwich, I'd give it a 5!

Not consistent in the coffee drinks. Would love to support the small business owner, but I'd rather pay a little more @ starbucks and know I get the same drink each time.

I love coming here for little play dates with my 2 year old. Coffee is delicious, love the muffins. I don't know where they come from though. I've also had the frozen coffee drinks and they put the coffee chain next door that starts with a, "S" to shame! I love country club cafe and love the fact it's right around the corner.

I was looking for a new place to try today and this was the first place I drove by that wasn't a "chain", so I stopped in for a late lunch. There were only 2 other people there and the owner was having a long conversation with them. I waited for a few minutes and finally the owner told the girl behind the counter to wait on me (she was standing 2 feet away from me, but needed this coaching). I asked her to recommend from two sandwiches I was interested in...she had not tried one of my choices, but said that the Country Club was very popular and good. I went with that choice. It took about 15 minutes for her to make the sandwich, which was a bit frustrating, but I didn't really have anything else to do today. While I waited, a person from the bank (in the same building) came in to order a Rollover. She said it was the most awesome sandwich. The owner said it is also her favorite. I was mesmerized by the thought of their Red Bull Smoothie, but not a fan of Red Bull... still seems very interesting although scary. I took my sandwich to go. It was a little pricey, but good quality and came with a small salad (kind of supposed to be topping for the sandwich I think) and a bag of chips. The salad had some kind of seasoning sprinkled on it that was really yummy. I had them grill the sandwich and it could have used longer time on the panini press because it was warm, but not really melty and crunchy, but still good. This is a really small place and they have to buy stuff in small quantity. They use canned chicken for their chicken salad and stuff like that because they don't have a kitchen at all, but they seem to purchase good-quality product for their menu offerings. They have some comfy easy chairs but the diner chairs are plastic patio chairs, so I would probably always do take out... I'm not much for rickety plastic chairs. I will definitely go back to try the Rollover someday!

I went in for a quick bite to eat. The food isn't impressive, but also isn't expensive. It was just a sandwich. What I wasn't impressed with was all the churchy stuff all over the place...its obviously a Christian Owned Business.....fine for whomever, but I dont give my money to churches. So I wont go again.

Fantastic service, and the knee owners have really taken this place to a new level. The Chipotle Griller sandwich is a must try and they have delicious coffee that gives Starbucks a run for their money.

The "Roll-over" is the best! A MUST try, for any newbie.... I'm addicted. Quite place, never crazy busy and a super friendly staff. Support your small, locally owned, non-chain business.

Visited on a Thursday in the late morning. This place is within a stones throw of Starbucks, but significantly better in many ways. Country Club Cafe has a breakfast sandwich called a 'roller'. I can't figure out the name, but it was a delicious combination of egg salad, ham with some other goodies on an asiago bagel. It doesn't sound like something I would enjoy, but it was very fresh and delicious. The coffee was very good, but by late morning their more speciality brews were running low and were not re-made while I was there. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I saw them go above and beyond for many patrons. Especially to one mother with an energetic toddler; the woman behind the counter brought out some dinosaur toys that distracted the kiddo for as long as is possible for a toddler. Really well done. They also double checked that I enjoyed their suggestion of the 'roller' sammy after I was skeptical at the counter. The only downside is that they don't seem to sell their own beans or the beans they use (like my favorite places in town for coffee. The food was very good, the atmosphere was, fine and the coffee was better than most. I will be back.

I've been going to the Country Club Cafe for a couple of years now, a very quiet place that I can get work done, have a very good latte and every now and then, grab a sandwich. Their staff is very considerate and the sandwiches are first rate. Would definitely recommend them for a quick lunch, small business discussion, or just a cup of coffee. :)

I have been going here for years. Service is perfect everytime. Tons of choices for food and drinks. The rollover sandwich is a must try. Atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. Perfect place to meet people or sit alone and catch up on emails or a book.

We go there for one reason. The breakfast rollover. Freakin awesome. Asiago bagel, excellent egg salad, slice of Colby jack, ham with chipotle sauce. It's an excellent value and really good. Coffee is less expensive than Starbucks next door.
