The family and I have recently spent 4 Wednesdays eating at this Boston Market and I have to say it is much improved compared to our previous experiences. Food is very good (I love their carver sandwiches) and the service is definitely much better. The only thing that would make Boston Market perfect now would be bringing back their beef roast option. Nice going, guys.

I like the food here. You can actually have a healthy fast food meal here with rotisserie chicken and sides of mixed veggies and green beans. Of course, I never do with comfort food sides like loaded mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The thing about this location is that I always see new people here and that means inconsistent service at times. Whenever you order a big family meal here, you have to watch that you get the right sides and that you get all of the chicken that you ordered. I recommend that if you order a family meal here, you tell them not to cut up the chicken so that you know that you get a whole chicken. If you get another half-chicken with that family order, make sure they give you a half, not a quarter piece, which they've done to me before. One thing I would like to mention about the rotisserie chicken here is that I love how moist and juicy it is. My wife and I once ate a dry and tasteless roasted chicken dish at this overated place in Brookside by some famous chef (the place starts with a "J") and I still remember my wife saying she would rather eat some Boston Market chicken then eat at that place again. That's why I come back here, even if the service can get ridiculously terrible.

Oh man. Where to begin. This was my first time here and I will probably never be back. I almost feel like I should have known better, but I was craving comfort food and didn't feel like cooking so had to try it once. What a mistake. I had the rotisserie chicken sandwich which had way too much (hard, inedible) bread. What?? I love bread! Not this bread. I ended up taking the top off and just trying to eat the sandwich on the bottom half, but it had no flavor & I didn't finish it. My husband wanted pot pie but also really wanted to try the rotisserie chicken because it was supposedly their specialty. He was trying to ask the cashier for her advice/a budget friendly way to get both. She had no idea what she was doing and had to get the shift manager, who was friendly but still no help. Finally we decided to just each order a meal, and then order a whole chicken to go that we could eat later. When we went to pay we were impressed that all that including sides was only $30. Then, as the manager handed us our food we asked where our chicken was. She claimed we never ordered it, and that they in fact didn't even have any chickens ready at that time but if we wanted to order one it could be ready in half an hour. We told her we had ordered one to go, and that we could see 2 chickens right there on the rotisserie. She argued with us saying we had never ordered the chicken, only the sandwich and the pot pie, and that the chickens on the rotisserie were for other orders. In my opinion, she acted totally unprofessionally, and should have done whatever she could to remedy the situation. So we ended up leaving without the chicken, and then were appalled when we realized we had paid $30 for just the sandwich and the pot pie (which I forgot to mention was also awful).

The food is good here, but I feel like it's too expensive. Also, the orders seem to be inconsistent. You never know quite how your food is going to be given to you.

went in and not an employee in sight . stood there a min and decided to leave . went outside got almost to the car and an employee came outside to our vehicle to find out why we left and tried to get us to come back in . very unprofessional .

I just went there to get a family meal for 3. I wanted their loaded mashed potatoes, their chicken, the creamed spinach and then their mac n cheese. They were out of the chicken.....out of the spinach...and out of the potatoes. Yes, they got swamped because of a coupon -- but they should have been prepared for this.
