Pour Coffeehouse is a great option for a cup when you are deep in the heart of Northwest Olathe. It's a little off the beaten path for my travels, but still a good tasting brew using Broadway Roasting's beans. It really doesn't look like a coffee shop when you enter, rather more like a Crabtree and Evelyn shop at the mall. The food and coffee behind the counter, however, make up for middle aged lady's soap dish boutique. Muffins are larger than life and granola bars were moist and filling. Both my drip coffee and my wife's latte were brewed with care and served hot and tasty. I'll be back when in the area, but can't pass up my other favorites when I'm on the way there.

This review is based on one visit; your mileage may vary. The coffee was hot and fresh. The gluten-free donut was wonderful! The seating area was clean and the room temperature good. The location is in a newer part of the Kansas KC suburbs, the building was new. Overall, a pleasant place to recharge.

the lady in the hat sat in the back room on her phone, only to begrudgingly come out when her coworker was getting swamped with orders. She made the drinks fast, but mine honestly sucked. i ordered iced and got a hot drink, no big deal, except its obvious lack of flavor replaced by a burnt espresso taste. Not to mention my drink was overpriced just because i wanted almond milk. Could of gotten better coffee at QT for a fraction of the price.

Cute little coffeehouse with delicious cookies and refreshing iced teas and coffees. Clean restroom. Friendly barista. I will be back.

So happy I found this place! It's so comfy and welcoming! Love the atmosphere and decorations and even better is the coffee and food offerings. Love this place!

I went to this place for a latte based on the Yelp review. I would like to like it because the shop was attractive, a small business and apparently worked by the business owner. The latte I got was awful. Worst latte I've had in years.

Nice, quiet little place to hang out and get some work done. Unique food items and drinks too!

I want to give this 4 stars because the coffee and food is great (but cold burritos) but the customer service is very poor. The baristas move at the speed of molasses and have zero personality. If I'm in a hurry I know not to come here. Also, if you order food, the length of time it takes them to get your food ready is excruciating. I just want to jump back there and light a fire under them. This is no joke - if you're the owner of this shop, you need to address the speed and level of customer service your staff provide. I have yet to receive a hi or thank you from the majority of this staff. They look like they'd rather be getting root canals. It just took me 9 minutes to get a latte and there was one person in front of me. Oh, and no hi and thank you from the girl taking my order. The best part is the program they use to pay asking me if I want to tip every single transaction. No thank you. And this review is why.

Great food and great people! I wish we still had more restaurants like this in De Soto! This is north northwest Olathe FYI

I don't live in Olathe but my parents live nearby and we stumbled across POUR on a lazy Sunday. The atmosphere of the coffee house was so inviting and aesthetically pleasing. It smelled lovely, was very clean, and the service was friendly. I had an iced chai tea latte and it was simply superb. I also had a pumpkin spice cookie sandwich and it was delicious! My mom sampled the special toast with ricotta & apricot and was super impressed. I am so glad I found this pretty little coffee shop. I plan on returning every time I visit my parents. It was a treat and the prices were competitive to other coffee shops. I thought for the price I would preferably visit a locally owned business opposed to a chain, any day.

PERFECT! Perfect coffee, pastries, chocolates, sandwiches, gifts and more!! And the perfect place to meet with friends. The owners have created the perfect atmosphere to escape the busy world. Congrats!!!

Atmosphere was nice. Spendy prices and muffins were so-so. Coffee was good, but again, spendy.

Super cute coffeehouse! The decor is fun and funky. I ordered an iced chai latte and it was perfect. Just the right amount of chai spice. They had a large selection of baked goods (cookies, cupcakes, pastries) and both indoor and outdoor seating. This is the perfect coffee shop for Olathe!

I really wanted to like this place. I gave it 3 opportunities but was disappointed each time. Although their coffee is wonderful and the atmosphere is charming, the customer service could use a lot of work. Online it says that there are always snacks available when a customer arrives, on my first visit I was surprised to find no snacks of my liking. Not extremely disappointing at the time because i figured I had just come after the lunch rush and they hadn't had time to restock. On my second visit I had rushed over after work and walked into a very crowded Pour Coffee House where upon entering was rudely shouted at that the establishment was closed. I hadn't even had a foot in the doorway before one of the baristas shouted from behind the counter that they were closed. I expected at least an apology but there was none, she seemed annoyed that I had dared entered even though the place had groups of customers still sitting around. At that moment I didn't want to go back, but I decided that the drink I had the first time I went was so worth it that I would have to try again! The third time I went in early so I could get food and a drink before work. I asked for my drink and what I wanted to eat, from then on the baristas gossiped with hushed tones about what was going on with their personal lives as I waited 15 minutes for the cup of tea I ordered. 15 minutes!!! I was not very happy because it wasn't a very complicated drink to make, it was tea for God sake. They weren't paying attention to the customer (one was on their phone and the other was gossiping) and they took 15 minutes to make a subpar cup of tea which Starbucks can make better and 13 times faster. I am very sorry to say that I will not be back to this establishment and it 100% has to do with their customer service.

Very good coffee with fun flavors. I like the vanilla honey & lavender honey lattes. They have a snow day hot chocolate that looks really good for the kids. I really like their selection of gluten free products, especially the donuts. You have to get there early to get one, though. They carry Christopher Elbow chocolates & Nutty girl sandwiches too. The decor is super cute & atmosphere relaxed. Definitely a great place.

These guys are great! Good coffee, PT's brand are great beans and they incorporate them well in their beverages. Only thing that I didn't like was that the baristas never made eye contact with me. Other than that, amazing!

This place is in the perfect spot! Absolutely loved it! I also love that it is about 5 minutes from home and locally owned. It's got a great vibe, but could definitely use some couches or lounge chairs. I didn't think it was any more expensive than a Starbucks...and the coffee was great! Plus, GF options for snacks? Yes, please! I love it! I'll be back:)

This place sucks. Coffee was bad and service was worse. It will be closed in 6 months.

I was thrilled that a locally owned coffee shop was opening in my area, and I'm even more thrilled that it's awesome! This has become by go-to place for my weekend grading and lesson planning. The coffee is delicious, people are friendly, the ambiance is nice and they have fresh baked goods delivered daily. What a nice little gem in NW Olathe!
