Got a free breakfast coupon in the mail because it was my birthday. After I ordered and ate the waitress came over and told me that they must refuse this coupon. I asked to talk to the manager and since he doesn't understand or speak English very well all he would do is shake his head and say no. The staff then watched my every move like I was going to make a bolt for the door without paying their cheap meal. Needless to say I won't be going back or taking my family there again. I e-mailed the home office and they replied that they are taking me off the birthday list! Like that solves anything.

Very clean and spacious. This makes the IHOPs in New Jersey look like jail mess halls. The service is fast and good. Pancakes are perfectly cooked as are the eggs. No complaints and you can order pretty much any combination of items and keep it under $10.

The wife and I eat here often on the weekends. The service is hit and miss. Mostly a hit. Of course we get here before 9am. I have found thatcis the key. The food is always fresh and hot. The kids like it too. I have been stopping during the week and the service is great. It's not too busy at 7 am. The food is spot on.

Came here for a last breakfast before leaving to Seattle. OMG. Horrible. The blond girl never came to see if we were ok. I had to call her for water and instead of pouring coffee in our cups just place the pot of coffee on the table. Charged normal when my parents asked for senior prices. Food to other large party came before us even when we came first. They could care less. Never again . Blah.

I have had IHOP in many states/ towns late at night. This was the worst experience. I have to agree with the other reviewer. The service is .... Well let's just say no service!!! Water never refilled, waiter only came to take order and drop food off. Asked for ketchup and tobassco sauce, did not get it. I had to get up and get it my self. The restaurant was not even busy. Probably about 30% full. The dinner took 40 mins to come. We were on the verge of walking out when it came. Our kids fell asleep waiting for the food. Had to wait 10 mins to get the bill. In the end I just walked to the counter to pay! Never will I visit this IHOP location. I McDonald's down the road is 24/7!

Went this evening for dinner with my family. We went in, and they were not busy, but no one was up front to seat us. My wife had to use the restroom so she went ahead and went in. Still, no one came to seat us. I saw a waitress with dark curly hair come out of the back, see us waiting to be seated, and she just kept walking. So when my wife got out of the restroom 5 minutes later and still no one had acknowledged us, we left and had dinner at Chipotle instead.

service was terrible all the waitresses and cooks where smoking when we showed up. the food was dry and some of it was overcooked don't think i will ever go back there again big waste of money.

Pretty standard quality for what you expect at an I-hop. You don't come here because it is a 5 star restaurant, you just want some cheap and quick-ish breakfast food! I had the Rooty Tooty Fresh N Fruity breakfast special. I got the blueberry pancakes. Just a heads up-- they are not blueberry pancakes per say. You actually get traditional pancakes with a chunky blueberry syrup. Pretty good, but a little bit too sweet for my preference. Also got bacon and some eggs with this. Pretty good value for what you pay. Our waitress was very attentive, checked back regularly and was especially quick with our check. Overall, good experience. Can't give it a 5 star because its just not worth it! But I would recommend stopping here for your breakfast fix.

gave this place many chances but they always either forget my order all together or forget something in my order. will not step foot here again. bad customer service! the gitl even answered the phone with just a hello? i wasnt sure if i called ihop or not or someones home. to bad i can't give them a zero. because that is what they deserve.

I wanted to write this review only to say I will never eat at another ihop again. Theres just so many other options in the world, why would you eat here. We were convinced to go to meet some family here so we did. next time ill go local on my own. for an ihop this was seemed clean

I love going to Ihop when I am craving pancakes. The only place I can blend the strawberry and boysenberry syrups on my cakes. Being said, this Ihop is getting a low rating. When it comes to Ihop, I am not a difficult orderer. I just find something on the menu and go with it. At most I might ask to leave one item off. However, at this establishment, they always, always get something wrong. Doesn't matter what time of day/night or having a different server every time. So if you don't mine having to wait for a corrected order then this is your place. I suppose they figure it's open 24/7 they got all day. I'm sorry, I don't. I'll go the distance to the one on 119th. Which I think nearly everyone else does too. I never see this one as packed as the 119th.
