If you like Chipotle, you know what you are getting here. This location does have the new chorizo, and it is delicious. I've started to get that over the steak. I've never had an issue with my food or service at this location. Its always been consistently good. The thing that hurts this Chipotle is just how popular it is. I'm not sure what it is about this location that makes it so busy, but if you go in around peak lunch or dinner times, prepare for at least a 15-20 minute wait. The staff always seems to be working their butts off, and I feel bad about dinging them for being popular, but I've started to avoid this location during those peak hours.

Used to be good, not so much any more. We're over this way at least once or twice a month and have noticed that the wait time has been getting worse and worse over the past several visits. We were here on 8/9/15 at approximately 1:00 PM and we're quickly reminded of our visit just two week before. We thought it was just a bad day, but this latest visit proved that it was a trend. The AC was STILL not working correctly and they had fans blowing the 90 degree air around. A line that would take a typical Chipotle 5-10 minutes to clear has taken 20-30 minutes in our past few visits. Once we finally got our food, we found wrong ingredients, overcooked meat, torn foil and a bad wrapping job on a burrito. Not very enjoyable, especially with the hot temperature, messy dining area and sub-par food. I went to try to get an extra piece of foil to take something home with us and waited for several minutes to be noticed standing right by the register. Employees goofing off in the back and just generally bad attitudes. We love Chipotle and have always been happy with the service, environment and food. This is NOT a typical Chipotle and we won't be going back until there is a management / ownership change and a complete overhaul of the staff.

The food is high quality as all Chipotle's are and is consistently tasty. The other constant at this Chipotle is the 20-30 minutes waiting line to get your food. *EVERYTIME* Always a line and always moves slowly. Not sure where the lag is because once you get to the front they seem to put my burrito together in a timely manner. Anyhoo if you are in a hurry skip this place if not, enjoy!

It's Chiptole, so good ingredients. The assembling of said ingredients at this particular branch, not so good. The real problem is customer service. You would think the employees were serving a life sentence. If you don't want to work a fast food job during the summer, go mow lawns or some other outdoor labor which is actually a lot more difficult and physically strenuous than formulaic assemblage of ingredients. Highly recommended if you want to observe the absolute nadir of the service industry.

Plan to wait 20 to 30 minutes to order every time. They are not that busy just that slow.

Been here multiple times and waiting in line is agonizing. Not because there are too many people but because they take so many to go orders that those who are standing in line wait double time. It's frustrating to stand at the front of the line an watch the workers prepare 10 to-go orders before they get to you. Surely they could prioritize the patrons who are actually standing in their establishment. It's not just this location either. This is a systemic problem with Chiplote.

First time at this Chipotle location, and I can say I was impressed. This Chipotle serves the standard food, but is definitely above average in terms of speediness and quality. I went during the lunch hour rush expecting the line to be long and the place to be busy. As I walked inside, the line indeed was very long. And I was afraid that it would take forever to be able to order my food. It only took about 15 minutes or less of waiting until I finally was able to order. I decided to order the chicken burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, medium+mild+corn salsa, cheese, and lettuce. The staff was very quick and very friendly. When they ran out of corn, they were super quick to replace the tub and made sure that I was given the amount that I wanted. I appreciated greatly the fact that they did not skimp on any of the ingredients in my order, making sure to give me a liberal amount of each ingredient and spreading it nicely. This establishment was relatively well-kept and clean inside even though it was quite busy in the lunch hour rush. I did not have trouble finding a place to sit inside. At other locations, I've found myself having to ask for "just a little bit more" of the ingredients while ordering, but here they were very generous on the first try. I was very satisfied with my meal, and I will definitely come back to this location again!

The food is good quality and cooked okay, but the food preparation (burrito in this case) is quite lacking. It fell apart after A few bites. As is the attitude of the person wrapping my burrito, seemed to be extremely put off to be at work. Didn't ask if I was dining in just assumed it was to go (it wasn't). A lot of the tables were dirty. Next time I'll try the mom and pop burrito place across the street.

What can I possibly say about Chipotle that you don't already know! I eat here a couple times a week. I order it for takeout and visit a few different locations and all are the same. I highly recommend.

I say 4 stars for the food and 3 stars for the service, although lately it's been closer to 2 stars. We usually order online, come in and skip the long line, pick up & pay and head home with our grub. The problem is then when they screw up your order like putting the wrong meat on one and NO meat on the other, you're screwed because you don't find out till you get where you're going and open it. If you do carry out, CHECK YOUR FOOD before walking out the door. That way you can ask them to fix it and end up calling the manager frustrated with the wrong thing and not wanting to drive back so they can fix it. Can you tell I get easily irritated when I'm hungry? It's true I admit it. When this happened, I did call the manager and he offered to leave my name in his office and give me my order free when I came back. Not a bad idea cause I know i'll be back. What I like about Chipolte is that the food is fresh. It's not a bad choice for a chain. Plus if you skip the rice, cheese, and sour cream, you can actually have a healthy, quick meal. Which is why I find myself here when I don't want to cook dinner or need to grab lunch. The staff is friendly at this location, but they don't always pay attention to the details, hence our re-occurring incorrect orders. But I'll learn fron their mistakes and I'll still come back.

I hadn't had this in years! My best friend and I were deciding between this or Red Robin. I ordered the chicken crispy tacos and my friend had a chicken burrito bowl. I usually order the steak, but I didn't feel like waiting as they were in the process of cooking more. This didn't bother me much though. I love how they don't skimp on the guac and it's always delicious! It was a nice surprise to see that they now served brown rice as well - I told you, it really has been that long. Anyways, Chipotle never fails to satisfy my burrito craving so I'm sure I'll be back very soon!

If your looking for the normal succulent chipotle burrito you've been craving after a hrs day at work, don't come here. They screw you so hard on meat and rice.. The people that work here are rude. Screw 154th go to 135th and metcalf. It worth the drive.

This Chipotle has it's good and bad days. Which is typical of all of them. I go to this one more often than others because it's close to home. I have both ordered online, carryout, and dined in. If you need special instructions for your order, just go there and order it. That goes for mostly all of them. The staff never seems to read all the ticket of the online ordering. They assume everyone wants rice and/or beans. Nope, not I. What's sad is that this fast food eatery is more Mexican than a lot of so called "Mexican" restaurants. I'm sorry, if there is not one leafy cilantro anywhere in your food, you need to be stripped of the Mexican title! This place has the typical Mexican meats, salsa, and fixins. You pick which ones and what kind of container you want to hold it in (tacos, bol, buritto) I've heard that some places will make a quesdilla if you ask them, but it's not on the menu. I like to get more for my money. Now, being that my roomie knows Spanish, and most of the people that work at Chipotle are Hispanic. I usually have my roomie order with her native language so we can get more food. Which is alright, because she tends to want Chipotle more often than I do. On the rare instants where I am by myself ordering, even I will throw a couple Spanish words out there. It doesn't get nearly as much as when I am with her, but it still helps.

I don't even want to give them 1 star but I have to. I came to pick up my order about maybe 3 weeks ago and my food wasn't ready and the guy was RUDE! I wouldn't mind if they were REALLY busy and my food wasn't ready but there was nobody in line that night. I thought ok maybe that guy was having a bad day so I decided to go back today. I went up to the front to pick up my order. The same guy helped the 2 guys in front of me. He saw that I was waiting in back of them but never acknowledge me at all. I stood there waiting and waiting he knew I was there but walked around back and forth behind the register. I stood there thinking ok they were super busy today so I will just wait. No one said a word to me or said to wait a moment. I got nothing! I stood there waiting like a fool! So I will NEVER step foot in this chipotle ever again. They are so rude especially that guy. He needs to learn some customer service skills.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
