Our favorite Chinese spot for quick takeout. The food is consistently good and the service is quick. Recommend the chicken egg foo young, sesame shrimp, sesame chicken or hunan chicken and the spring rolls are always on-point. Not ideal for a place to dine in on a night out but for really good Chinese takeout on a Friday night, you can't go wrong.

Been here many times. Food is good. Everything is made to order. This is pretty much a carryout restaurant, but they also have a nice dining area. My kids love this place.

I have my dishes that I like ere. I have been eating here ever since I moved to Olathe 2003. Everything is made to order. So it is best to call in orders to limit wait time. I wasn't until a year ago did they add delivery service. It is good convenient chinese food.

We hosted a 12/25 dinner and decided to pick up China One for ourselves and the family. The eight of us each ordered our own entree and we ordered several appetizers, and the total cost ended up being around $100 - for eight of us! I can't say I tasted every dish we ordered, but nobody was complaining about the food, and I can certainly vouch for any of the dishes I did taste. I focused my efforts mainly on Beef with snow peas - it doesn't normally come hot so I asked for a bit of extra spice (mild) and they obliged - it was perfectly mild but not bland. Yes Bruce, I'd recommend it.

We've only done take out from this place and it was pretty good. It's pretty much your typical Chinese restaurant. The portions are good size. My husband and I weren't very hungry so we shared the Dinner size General Tso's chicken. It had a good kick to it and was very tasty. We also ordered spring rolls which were good too and not too greasy. Overall I this place is pretty typical in what it offers, but it's also pretty good. I wouldn't drive across town for it, but for us it's not too far to go when I'm too lazy to cook.

We always get our take out or delivery here. Neighborhood place, food is consistently good and fast, even delivery. When you order take or delivery over $25 gets FREE crab ragoon! Better than Panda Express across the street. Great experience, we decided in eat in this past Sunday night and what a pleasant surprise. This is a counter takeout place but when we sat down to eat in they tried their best to make it a table service which is not their thing, that is fine. They served the food on actual real plates! Plating was beautiful with fresh garnish ginger roses and large portions so we were able to eat family style and enjoyed it immensely. That night we had Sesame Chicken, Vegetable Lo Mein, steamed dumplings and for a first time for my diet Steamed shrimp and vegetables and it was the freshest and tastiest dish. All the ingredients were spot on. I don't think I ever seen broccoli that green before! The sauce is on the side so you can control you sodium intake yet still get some flavor. Excited I don't have to give up my weekly Chinese fix!

The food was average chinese food, but great prices and sizes for their lunch menu! I would go back again, but maybe get to go. We ate in and there wasn't much to brag about.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
