Well, if you know me, you know I LOVE chipotle. This location is no exception. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and super fast service!!! Awesome location in the middle of Aggieville and really cool vibe! Another Chipotle in the books!

This is absolutely the best Mexican restaurant with burrito, taco, burrito bowl in town and even in the U.S. Every time I don't know what to eat when I am travel in the U.S. . I always choose Chipotle. I always have burrito, with white rice, black bean, pepper and onion, corn, salsa, cheese, lettuce, medium spicy sauce. Its great!

This is a typical Chipotles, food wise. The people behind the counter are extremely fast. Theres usually a line, but you get thru pretty quickly. Lots of indoor seating and even some outdoor seating. It has its own parking lot, which is quite something for Aggieville.

My favorite burrito place! I particularly order their steak burrito and their burrito salad. The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious! The staffs are friendly as well. The food portions are huge! The prices are reasonable. I just wish they would build one here in junction city.

I have actually been meaning to comment about my experience at the Chipotle in Manhattan. Parking is terrible not to mention it is in Aggieville. Walking in the tables are normaly dirty and not clean (I used to go all the time). I ordered my burrito and was in uniform (I rarely enter Aggieville in military uniform as they arent soldier friendly). The guy making my burrito made sure to remind me why...He gave me less meat and toppings then anyone else, the people to my left and right recieved a whole lot more and didnt order double poritons nor ask for additional toppings. I was extremely dissapointed when I tried to speak to the manager and got blow off so they could go speak to their friends (I am sorry I am not 19, petite, blonde, and flirting with you). It would take a lot to make me trust Chipolte again. I no longer frequent them and even if I am in Manhattan always make the trip to JC so I can visit the other fast/fresh mexcian place.

Like said above, typical Chipotle. The line does get very long at times but the crew is always on top of it getting customers through quickly. Never had a problem here.

Its Chipotle. Best burrito place around. Just like the others. If you go to this location, note that the line gets very long at 11:30 and 12:30. This is due to the classes ending and this is only a block away from campus. You might be wise to stay away from here at those times specifically. The line dies out roughly 20 min later though.

Was very disappointed in this store. I love chipotle but I went and ordered tacos when it wasn't busy and there was hardly any meat in the tacos! I challenged them before I paid and they said there was plenty. See attached photo to see how ridiculous it was!

not consistent with their burrito making. I waited in a line that literally went out the door to get a tiny ass burrito! The college freshmen working in line actually gave me attitude when I asked them to beef it up, do your job right the first time and I won't ask you to do it again with a line full of people behind me. It would have been okay if that was the first time but it seems to happen all the time.

I like the steak or pork burrito. The wife goes for the steak hard tacos. The burritos will fill you up but they're not grease balls either. They are eco-friendly too. While the menu is kept relatively simple, there are plenty of choices for salsa depending on how hot you want it. I like the mild red salsa and the medium corn salsa on my burrito and sometimes go with black and pinto beans. My first Chipotle experience was in Lawrence 5 years ago or so and I've been a huge fan ever since so having one closer in Manhattan is even better. Topeka has one now too.

Love to eat at chipotle... Except at this location, for the main reason of their baby scoop servings. Even when requesting double meat portions it comes out as a regular portion from any other locations. I hope management can change their policy on serving sizes, besides that the food is delicious, even if it is a tiny baby serving size.

This is one of the few places which has my comfort food. Ever since I first discovered Chipotle in Chicago, IL, I have been quite addicted to their burrito bol concept. Burritos are plain messy to eat, and I think it's a really smart thing that Chipotle has the bol option. I'm glad that the many times I've been there, parking hasn't been an issue. If and when it gets crowded, the line would move fast too. Not to sound racist, but I'd always keep my fingers cross for the Hispanic staff to be the one helping me. Why? I always ask for extra rice and no beans with the hope that instead of the big gloppy dollop of beans on my rice, I'd get more rice of the same amount. I've noticed that if helped by the Caucasian staff, I would have to keep insisting that they give me 'extra rice'. I wish they can understand what a big deal rice is to an Asian such as myself. All would usually end well because the staff are always nice and friendly. (I didn't have the same 'problem' in Chicago, though.) The rice is TO DIE for. Paired with chicken/ or any other meat, a mix of the hot and medium sauce or the pico de gallo, corn, and lettuce makes it divine. Sometimes, I'd get two orders of the same thing because I know I'd be wanting a second helping. A small dollop of guacamole is also good. I always skip the cheese and cream because that's not how I usually eat my rice dish. I've had my order to go many times and even on freezing, cold winter days, I'd get home with my food still quite warm. I think they did a great job with their to-go plate style because it sure is easy to microwave! I've gone back many times.

Big tasty burritos, fast, and reasonably priced is all you need to know.

Chipotle is awesome. Don't be afraid of the long during busy hours. It moves very fast. Finding a place to park, however, can be a pain.

The food tastes good but they have been decreasing their portion sizes over the years. Today we had tacos where they filled half a serving spoon with barbacoa beef, took a tiny pinch to put in each taco and had meat left over on the spoon, which they put back in their container. It was maybe 2 ounces of meat spread over three tacos. Husband's chicken tacos had four pieces of chicken each. I asked for more meat and was ignored but my husband got more chicken when he asked. (I'm a short female while my husband is a very tall, muscular man, and you can tell when it comes to customer service - people will rush to help him almost like they're scared, while I get deliberately ignored. This doesn't happen only at Chipotle, is what I'm saying.) While we ate there two people at other tables went up to the counter to show their burritos and complain there was almost no meat in them. It was crazy. The prices are outrageous -- we could have gotten three times the food of better quality plus unlimited chips at the east side Mexican place for LESS than Chipotle cost. I suppose if you're in Aggieville and want Mexican this is the place to go, but with a few other fast food joints nearby I don't know why you'd even bother with Chipotle. A couple of years ago we had no problems, but every time we've gone since it just gets worse and worse.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
