I agree with Tiger, not one of the better Starbucks. I need some friendliness with my drink please. Actually, this is probably what most people that don't like Starbucks think they all are like. NOT TRUE! Don't let this one ruin you. There are better ones.

If you're looking for great drinks served by friendly baristas take your business elsewhere. One morning I sat at the coffee bar and listened to a barista tell a customer how awful it was to work for Starbucks. She must have been trained at the store at 75th and Quivira.

I don't understand the comments about the Baristas from previous raters. Every single one of them has been very nice (at worst) to extremely friendly, kind and thoughtful. They always get my order right, they offer suggestions for things for my wife to try, and they have a good selection of pastries. I agree that the parking lot can be a challenge, but I find this Starbucks to be a very friendly local coffee shop.

I stopped at this location on my way back to Texas from Kansas City. Horrible customer service and poor drink delivery. I ordered my usual drink that is always made perfectly at my local Starbucks. It was disgusting from this place and the baristas did not greet me when I came in and didn't say thank you when I left out. Everything is better in Texas. So glad I moved from KC. The mood was also depressing in this place

I love this Starbucks !!!! As a customer for years, and now a barista, We have had so many new and improved changes over the past year at this location, it would be super wonderful to give this cafe a try. I think you will be very pleased

The store is clean, my order is always prepared correctly and even when there's a line, I seem to get through fairly quickly. The baristas are ok, not over-the-top friendly, but polite. It kind of irritates me that the grande cup only seems to get filled to "tall" levels and this parking lot is a pain in the butt to get in and out of.

My wife and i love going to this Starbucks. They always know what they are talking about and are really nice. They do have some odd hours and close at 9:30 during the week and I believe 10 on Friday and Saturday. Not what you are looking for when you are wanting to get a late evening cup of coffee.

This Starbucks is just okay. I go in here occasionally and never am impressed with the customer service. I'm usually greeted with a wave or nod or maybe a hello. Never hi, how are you doing? Tonight when I went in I was the first person in line and the girl at the cash register took my order. As she was taking my order a second person behind the counter got off work, and ran around the counter with her drink to meet her boyfriend as he walked in the door to pick her up. He proceeded to get in line behind me, as well as three other people. The phone rang and the third person behind the counter as she finished making another person's drink, answered the phone and said it's for you and handed the phone to the person taking my order. The person taking my order asked if she could take a message or tell the person she would be with them in a minute. The girl put the phone on the counter and walked away. The cashier looked at me, gave me my change, turned to the other girl and said how about you help these other people while I make her drinks and answer the phone. The one that answered the phone seemed put off but proceeded to take the orders behind me. The one that helped me originally was now talking on the phone and trying to make the drinks I had ordered. When she called them out she called them out incorrectly and I asked her to say it again to make sure they were correct, and quizzed her on them. She did make them properly and then proceeded to apologize for being on the phone. Over all the drinks are fine here but the customer service needs an adjustment.

I'm kind of surprised that some people have said that the employees at this starbucks aren't friendly. My office is right down the street and I go here quite often. Out of the 3 or 4 locations that I hit over the course of a month I'm always most pleased with this location. I also really like that there isn't a drive through at this location (as odd as that may sound). Whenever I go to any type of place that has a drive through the priority and service always seems to be on getting people through the drive through as quickly as possible. For me, that's not what I'm looking for when I get coffee. Not really their fault, but the only thing I can complain about at this location is the parking lot. It's an accident waiting to happen. It's extremely tight and very difficult to navigate around all the SUVs coming in and out.

Ordered a white chocolate frap and they messed up my order twice. Customer service was exceptional but would rather go to a Starbucks with a drive thru.
