My husband and I love ice cream and real fruit slush from Sonic, we live around this Sonic we just move and start going for icream but our experiences are really bad, not with the food but with the SERVICE the drive thru girl that's taking the order at night/afternoon shift its terrible, she never hear, you have to repeat your order three or four times, always forget to give us spoons, charging incorrect, aweful service and just because she's always texting in her phone! She's really slow for being the cashier maybe they should move her to the kitchen or somewhere else she can make her job right!

TERRIBLE!!!!! These are all stupid high school kids that work here and don't care about your order. About every time I come here they screw something up. They have no clue how to run a drive thru. I mean one car at the window and I'm at the speaker and I have to wait 10 min every time till they get done taking care of that person at the window till I can even take my order. They seriously need New management. I'm mean working at fast food isn't that hard. I did it for several years in high school. NOT HARD!!!

I usually only order a route 44 ice tea at Sonic, yet you wouldn't believe the diference in quality from location to location. Here, the quality is good, but I waited so long for my tea, that I finally pushed the intercom again, only to hear, "oh yeah, we forgot." Seriously.........

I live around the corner. I have been here, only when all else fails, and each time the experience gets worse. I am 48, have 3 kids, been all over. This is easily the worst Sonic I have been to, out of the several dozen I have been to over the years. This place is so bad that each time I go, it gets comical. I am at a complete loss as to how this place is open. The company should be alerted to the condition of the store, but they probably do not care. Tonight, somebody needed dinner. It was late, 9:30. I am not a great parent, but I was at another kid's practice. I went to get a couple of cheeseburgers. I wish I filmed what happened. It was so bad, that it was funny. I would not recommend this place unless you want your order messed up, credit card dropped into a shake, order not complete, regular drink instead of diet (for a diabetic), EXTREMELY long wait times, a guy with tattoos who is RUDE, and a completely crappy food experience. It is like they throw away the application of anyone who is nice, or has a brain. I doubt anyone cares, which is the worst part. I really wish this place was not the worst. But, it is.

This place sucks, your order takes forever..... The guy with tattoos that works there yells at people. Plus half their car hops don't work.

I am a regular at various Sonic Drive In locations, but this one in particular because it is right on my way to work the night shift, and unlike most other fast food stops, it is still open at 10 PM. The location of this Sonic (obviously for me) is pretty decent. Just a few blocks north of I-435, and a few blocks from 95th and Quivira Road makes it centrally located for travelers, and Oak Park Mall shoppers. This Sonic is fairly large, boasting two car parks for "parking" diners. It also has a drive through, of course, and an outdoor seating area as well. They have great hours for people like me, who dine late like myself. They also have the typical Sonic "happy hour" which is where most drinks are half price from 2 PM to 4 PM. Even at 10 PM when I usually go through, this Sonic is hopping. (No pun intended.) So, they definitely see a lot of business. I am a VERY particular diner at Sonic. I am addicted to the DrPepper blended floats. If you have never had a blended float, I highly recommend them. They are delicious! But since I work in a very dirty environment, I don't like the new "shake/float" cups Sonic is using. It boasts an OPEN top and a shiny silver cup (as opposed to the old stryofoam style). The cups sweat like CRAZY and don't seem to be as well insulated. And for me, an open top cup is absolutely NOT a good idea, unless of course, I decide I LIKE pet hair and dirt in my shakes. I have had some difficulty at this location getting the servers/car hops to understand that I can't use the open top cups. Sometimes it actually takes two or three attempts to get the drink correct. This also can lead to watered down, melted ice cream, which is NOT something I enjoy. So, this is why this location gets three stars instead of four or five. I usually only have 10 minutes to get to work with my food, and it's the only meal I get for 12 hours, so when my float isn't right, it's really a disappointment. But, really other than that, I have been happy here.

Terrible experience...waited forever! Wow... Ownership is certainly not paying attention to this place. I would certainly recommend not ever visiting this location. Wish I would have read the reviews before pulling in. Buyer beware!

Slowest sonic on the planet. Must be poorly managed there's two cars in the stalls a two in the drive thru and it takes 30 mins to get my food in the drive thru..... Ridiculous.

It's Sonic - still kind of a novelty for a guy from Jersey even though I know we've got a few now. I love their cherry lime-ades. That's my thing there. Service was fast and friendly. The parking area looked very clean and well lit. This spot is up on a hill and not to eay to see from the street. Pull in like you're going to the Target or Chick Fil-a and it's right there.
