The classic Panera baguette replaced by a lowly dinner roll = a lot of dinner rolls in the trash and curious customers as to why the sudden change. Curious.

I know they are a chain but they are so good!!!!! I love the fresh baked bread and the bagels are to die for. My favorite two sandwiches are the Bacon Turkey Bravo with crispy bacon on the Tomato Basil Bread and the Tuna Fish Sandwich. Can't beat either one. The staff is always friendly and helpfully. It does get crowded at lunch and sometimes hard to find a table. The staff that buses the tables are clean and efficient. They will even ask you if you want refills and go get them for you. I think this is awesome service.

This location has turned into a total dive. We have been coming to this Panera twice a month for five years. I can't believe how dirty and run down it has gotten. If the front of the house is dirty you know the kitchen is worse. We haven't had a complete order in six months! It's become a joke with my kids. "What are they going to mess up this time, the soup, or Mom's dressing?" We obviously like the food so we will be going to another Panera that is a little further away. I hope they can clean things up.

Okay. I have some pros and cons with this place. I used to think that Panera is a kind of place that everyone could go to and enjoy themselves. I have no issue with the food, but on the other hand, this chain is very expensive for what you're getting. C'mon people; it's bread. In order for me and another person to get food, I'm spending close to $20. One time, my wife got a bread bowl and a sandwich (1/2 of one, mind you) while I ended up getting a little serving of soup. Bill turned up to be $21.78. This is ridiculous. Everything turned out fine, staff is pretty friendly, and I didn't have to wait long. Now for the one thing that really gets to me (especially with this location), the monsters that you call people walking into this chain of restaurants. Remember that soup I got earlier? To my knowledge, soup is hot and shouldn't be eaten right away without letting it cool down a little. I have methuselah staring at me while I'm stirring my soup. Bitch, it's hot!!! Now earlier while getting my stuff, I'm standing in line waiting for tweedle-dee and tweedle-dum to decide on what kind of TEA to order. I understand some people are picky about tea. I get that, but it shouldn't take 10 minutes. That's right, TEN WHOLE MINUTES. "Does that tea have artificial sweetener? If I get a flavor, can I get it without the sugar?" Dude, just get your stuff and go. The world cannot be waiting on stupid, arbitrary inquiries. The people that go to these chains do it as some sort of status symbol, because it seems like every housewife and old fuck comes to this place. Everybody is quick to judge you whether you be young, not dolled up to have the privilege of being in their "presence", or being annoyed by having their children running around, being unattended, and you being pissed off by them being offended that you can't agree with their parenting. I know this sounds like a minor complaint, but seriously people, if this is suppose to be a high-end place to go to, behave like a real adult. You can't control you, your smug sense of self-satisfaction, or your children? I suggest getting a membership where you pay to be a dick. This is the reason why I give this place a 3/5. Would be higher, but I could not believe what this chain has done to people.

I remember liking Panera Bread at some point, but the last few times I've been disappointed. I guess it's a decent choice for a somewhat healthy option, although it seems rather expensive for what you get. All I ask is that when I order the tuna sandwich I get some tuna on it. The last three times I've been to a Panera Bread they have skimped and skimped on the main ingredient of the sandwich. It's rather pathetic considering they're at least $6.00 sandwiches. I'm not really speaking about one specific location because I've experienced what I am talking about at most of the ones I've been to. There's not much to talk about in the way of service because you order at one counter and pick up your food at another. The staff was friendly enough, I guess. I have to say that I probably won't be rushing out to go to Panera Bread anytime soon.

I ordered a whole Greek shrimp salad when I got home noticed there was no shrimp on my salad. I called panera bread and I was impressed by the service I received. The fact that they didn't make a big deal out of it or ask me to provide the receipt. I went there they gave me a new salad and on top of that offered to give me a free pastry for my trouble. I can't rate the food because it was for my wife and I didn't eat it but the service was excellent and I'd go back.
