High Cholesterol at Whataburger

Calorie intake is the main concern for people with high cholesterol while dining at a fast-food restaurant like Whataburger. Well, you can always try the Lighter & Smaller options from the menu to cut down your fat intake. Opting for grilled sandwich or burgers are preferred compared to double meat or triple meat cheesy burgers which contain high cholesterol.

Foods to Avoid at Whataburger for High Cholesterol

Cut down on your meat intake to control your high cholesterol. You must skip Double Meat Whataburger and Triple Meat Whataburger at all costs. Sweat & Spicy Bacon Burger will add extra 1080 calories in your diet so skip that as well. Whatacatch Dinner may sound tempting but the famous fish sandwich is also full of calories and unhealthy fat. Lastly, avoid French Fries and Onion Rings at Whataburger if you are already ordering a burger or any other heavy meal.

This is a 3 1/2 star review. Burgers by Biggs is a slightly above average burger joint that serves tasty burgers with the basic burger sides. Fries, Rings, etc. I enjoyed a western burger which had bacon, onion rings, and bbq sauce. Along with fries and a coke my total came to 7 and change. The food is reasonably priced, and the only real downside I had was the family that came with the cranky toddler. Hardly the restaurant's fault. So the burger was good enough to make me want to try it maybe once more. But its only slightly above average.

Best burgers in Lawrence. I live on the east side of town and do not mind drive all the way across town for these awesome burgers.

This was my second visit, and I was only returning because I received a voucher for a free sandwich. The pulled pork was tender and very moist but was not overly flavorful, and the sand which is served with only a small amount of BBQ sauce. To be fair my cashier did tell me it only came with a little sauce however the sand which over all was fairly plain. I also ordered onion rings which while crisp were also nothing special. Over all the food is nothing to wright home about and the menu items seem over priced for what you receive. My cashier was very friendly and polite so a plus for a pleasant staff.

It was alright. I won't go there again because it just all tasted like your regular burger place.

This place is awesome. I don't feel like I need to say more, because it's just that good. Thank you. Have a nice day.

Best burgers in Lawrence? Maybe, even if that's not saying much. Certainly better than Five Guys or the Burger Stand. The real highlight though was the fries . They're skin on and seasoned not just with salt but with pepper also. Delicious. I had the California burger. It is pretty good but I'll try something else next time. I'm sure I'll be back. The decor is pretty much what you would expect, sort of "sports bar lite".

I don't like this place. Their burgers are small and not very good, just bland and simple. Their fries are nothing special. Their chili is very bad. They should mix in some canned tomatoes and beans and make it better.

I got the cheeseburger and the large sweet potato fries to go. I had to remove one of two patties because it was burnt black and crunchy. The fries container was less than half full. My coworker's burger was just as bad (burnt hard). I usually go here once a week and the burgers have been solid to date (much better than typical fast food, not as good as the Burger Stand but more affordable). Today was AWEFUL! I would have returned the food if I weren't back at my desk.

I had heard good things, so I took my mom and spouse there for lunch on the weekend. It was around 1pm, but it was pretty empty. I split the JayHog burger and a large order of the sweet potato fries and it was plenty of food. I was a little sad at the size of the burger patty, pretty thin and delicate (I attributed that to the 50% bacon content), but wished it would have been a little more hardy. The fries were good, but I am spoiled and love to have dipping sauces (only ketchup and BBQ were available). My spouse got the pork tenderloin and it was very large, and tasty (from the few bits I nabbed). I will totally give it another go, but might choose one of the other burgers.

Epic Veggie burger!. They could do lil better with timings (was closed 9pm on saturday night!?? wtf?). Food is loved by most friends alike. Keep it up guys.

I'm giving it three stars, but I am not quite sure why. The fries are the only reason it's close to three stars. The burgers...not so much. It was near the start of the lunch rush, so the place was dead. The menu isn't huge, but has some variety to choose from - burgers, hot dogs, and some chicken I believe. The staff seems sort of miserable being there, which certainly reflected in my experience. My burger came out quickly as a result of the small crowd. I got the single Mushroom Swiss burger with fries. The first thing I noticed was how small the burger was. Picture a Quarter Pounder at McDonalds, but for twice the cost. And I am not really sure where that extra money went...the burger didn't have a whole lot of flavor. I am sure the meat is fresher than McDonalds, but the flavor of this didn't come through. In fact, nothing really had flavor - the meat, the bun, the cheese, the mushrooms...all bland. The most flavor came from the ketchup and mustard I added. The fries were the saving grace - some of the better fast food french fries I've had in quite some time. Crispy, full of flavor, and a good size portion (as opposed to the burger). Without these fries, my review would be 2 stars without a doubt. In the end, it's a burger place first and foremost, so the burger is what I am rating the place on above all. I try to eat somewhat on the healthier side, so it's rare that I go out and get a fast food lunch. When I do, I want it to be good and I'm kinda pissed when it is not. This was one of those cases when I left pissed.

Delicious all-beef burgers with a craveable char-grilled flavor. Skin-on fries were also terrific. I'll definitely be back for more!

I'm not a fan. The burgers were overcooked. The fries were nothing special. There are lots of good burger places in Lawrence. This is not one of them.

Burgers by Biggs really did a good job of turning a mediocre Smashburger into a pretty good and unique burger joint. Burgers are juicy and tasty and the fries are great. Would definitely recommend.

The order was wrong...ordered chicken burger, got beef burger! Ordered chili burger and fries and there was so much chile that you couldn't even TASTE the burger or fries. The whole meal looked DISGUSTING!! Called to let management know about chicken/beef burger mix up, fries over cooked, and way too much chili on both the fries & burger and WARREN, the manager was like, OK, thanks for letting me know. We spent over $20 bucks for this shit and threw it out after the first bite. Please, do not waste your time here. ITS AWFUL!!!! If I could give it minus stars, I would, but I'm eating Pepto Bismo tablets to calm my tummy down!!! We will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DUMP!!!! : (. You would think that WARREN would have at least offered to replace the beef burger for a chicken burger, but that ass did not even offer to do that!!! This place is disgusting and the staff makes it even worse.

The burgers have an odd taste to them and feel just thrown together and made of cheap ingredients. My sweet potato fries had no seasoning and we're just fried sweet potato. The staff was dismissive and did not look happy to take my order. Won't be going back.

Pulled pork is just as good as the original location, which is to say, it's really good. The JayHog burger (50% beef, 50% bacon) is excellent. Would definitely recommend people give it a try.

Burgers by Biggs is the latest restaurant opened by the owner of Biggs BBQ. The burgers are handmade and perfectly seasoned. If you are looking for big thick burgers you will be disappointed. Burger by Biggs is not that kind of Burger, they are thin style (my personal favorite) and you can order them in a lot of different configurations. The basic single burger combo is $4.99 and includes homemade fries and a drink....You can't get that price at your local hamburger chain! I usually order this. I have also ordered the Black and Blue, it has cajun spices on the burger with blue cheese, the combination of the cajun kick and the blue cheese twang make this a fantastic combination. You must try the Jay-hog at least once it is a 50/50 split between a burger and ground bacon, amazing flavor. The fries are one of my favorite items in the restaurant crispy and flavorful, I believe they have my favorite fries in the area. They also have sweet potato fries and onion rings. They make their own root beer and it is worth a try. My only criticism is that they offer milkshakes that are hand dipped (which is awesome) but they do not offer malts. A shake to me is just melted ice cream, but a malt hits the spot.

Not so good. Didn't like greasy fries, but maybe we just got ones from after lunch rush which were old and bluck. All-American burger tastes A LOT like Sonic, which is fine, but why not just get Sonic for less $$. Not impressed with this place and won't be back.

The farmer's burger= meat lovers paradise. It's loaded with cheese, bacon, a slice of ham, and a fried egg. Hangover cure at its finest! But seriously, they have a damn good burger.

Burger is about average, fries were greasy and not crisp, onion rings fell into the same category greasy and not too tasty. Maybe with some time things will improve.
