Love happy hour prices until 7p-chips and salsa are wonderful? Tons of variety on food - new things to the menu all the time so it's a nice change from the same basic menu all the time

The food was fine. The service -- not so much. I asked the server what beers they have on draft -- the response --- "I don't drink beer so I don't really know. " The manager was too busy cleaning tables to notice what was going on with a guests.

Ordered take out. Pulled pork sandwich, potato wedges, & cinnamon squares. I got there, waited a while for someone to acknowledge I'd walked in but finally got my food. Got home (1/2 mile away), bun was not warm at all, pork was super fatty with a bitter flavored sauce. Won't order again. Wedges were good. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 1 is the cinnamon squares. They look like fairly questionable foam blocks, similar to the ones in a gymnastics gym, however they were pretty good. I'd drive half a mile for those again.

The food has been a little funky the last few times that we have been here. I feel like all the wait staff always has a bit of an attitude here and they are never happy. It's not the kind of environment that you really want to return to no matter how much my mister loves wings. We will be finding another resaurant to fulfill his wing cravings.

I've been to some pretty poor BWW and been to some good ones. This one ranks right up there. Sat at the bar and had great service. The place was packed and the food took a little while to get out. But when it came out it was cooked and hot. So why 4 stars. Because I am a fan of the brand. When I go to BWW I want good wings, a beer, and friendly staff. Managed and maintained and a fine example of the brand.

I can't say enough good things about this specific Buffalo Wild Wings. I always go to the Derby location for UFC events. Because there is often a lot of us that eventually show up, I come before everyone else to ensure that we get a table and everyone else has a minimum waiting period; and they happily seat me even when my party hasn't fully arrived! The staff is almost always friendly and attentive too. Plus this is one of the very few specific restaurants that I save room for dessert at. Love this place!

Absolutely poor service. Our waitress didn't know the simplest things, like how many wings came with the boneless/bone-in combo. Probably something you should know at a place that has WINGS in the title. She also neglected to ask us if we needed anything for quite a long time, as she sat in the booth next to us talking to friends. Also, the wait staff repeatedly asked us to help with cleanup (handing them salt/pepper shakers and ketchup bottles to clean) while we were still sitting in the booth finishing our beer and our game. They also vacuumed under our booth and feet as we sat there. Either the management wants to get out of the place as fast as the staff, or they don't care if they make the guests feel as though they're kicking them out. Personally, I don't think any wait staff should vacuum or clean occupied booths while guests are still enjoying their evening. This all happened on a Sunday night during the late NFL game. We plan on finding another place to go for our next outing. As for the food? It was alright. Nothing more exciting than wings. A friend of mine got a wrap, but the tortilla was "straight out of the fridge cold". There are many other places in Derby you can visit for a game. I'd avoid this one unless you REALLY like wings.

Average service, nothing special. Bar tender seemed like she had a chip on her shoulder. I tipped accordingly at 12%.

On par with the other Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants - decent food, at least, if you like wings, and a consistently replicated sports bar feel. The interior space seems a bit small and every time I've been to this location, there has been a wait, so keep that in mind if you choose to eat here while there is a major sports event - or just a Friday or Saturday night. My favorite part of this location? Its close proximity to frozen yogurt for dessert ; )

Place was cold and the noise echoes all around you, Chicken wings were barely cooked, and greasy.

Picked up some boneless wings to-go for a UFC party and was pleasantly surprised...yummy!
