We've been getting pizza here more and more often. It's good, cheap and they're fast... no other reason. Well maybe ONE: it's good when you nuke it the next day too. They're not the best pizza around the area, but they're consistently A-OK and the pizza is ready when they say it will be. Ordering online is simple and fast, they haven't messed up an online order yet. Employees here are friendly, delivery drivers don't seem to know how to park though - almost every time we stop to pick up it seems like there's a drivers car taking up 2 spots. Perhaps they think that you have to park ON the line and not BETWEEN them? Other than that, the place is... well it's a Papa Johns.

I've been a long time Papa John's fan (Over 3 years), and I've enjoyed all of their pizza. Their delivery is pretty quick (Less than 1 hour on average, 15 minutes for carry-out), the food is great (No undercooked spots on the pizza, cheesesticks are breadsticks are hot, and the cinnapie is perfectly cooked with the perfect amount of frosting.) The staff are friendly, always polite, and even know me by name (Maybe it's because I order from them at least 4 times a month, haha). That being said, I'm slightly concerned about the service lately - for the past 2 - 3 pizzas that I've ordered, there have been strands of black hair that has been baked into the cheese (Not just lying on top of the cheese, you physically had to pull it out of the molten cheese.) The last order that I placed (9/23/14) resulted in me waking up with a sick stomach and throwing up for about 30 minutes (The cheese sticks felt cold/oily, which might have been the cause). I love ordering from here - I'm a devoted die-hard Papa John's fan, and I intend on ordering from them in the future. That being said, I do not intend on ordering from this specific location in the future if something is not done to correct the quality of their products.

I'm a regular here, I just used yelp for the first time to get its number. Wanting to do justice to this franchises reputation w/ a solid 5 stars... besides chicago pizza this is my favorite "fast pizza" for 11 bucks on any large speciality pizza is like a quick gourmet meal for the family or go halves/thirds with a buddy or two and you have an amazing,.piping hot, fresh pizza... the dough, the sauce to the cheese and toppings is better ingredients for better pizza!. Usually have it delivered and the expected times have always been spot on or earlier than expected at my home. For 11-12 bucks a pie you cannot beat that value...

Cheap fast pizza with many choices of toppings. Download their app! You get points that you can earn towards a free pizza. Also when the Sox score 5 you get 50% off your order. The garlic butter they give you is great to dip your pizza in. The place is fairly clean. You take out and don't eat in as there are no tables. The workers are pretty friendly.

Papa John's is decent pizza. There are others that are far better in the area, but it's cheap & fast. That doesn't mean the customer service has to be terrible!!! I ordered a pizza to make dinner easy, but when we opened the pizza to eat it it wasn't cooked all the way through. The inside was doughy. I called to ask for a replacement and was told that their oven is set to one temperature and that if they made a replacement it would probably look the same. I said, "we can't eat this pizza - it's not cooked all the way." and it was excuse after excuse including that we would have to bring in the undercooked pizza for an "inspection" to see if they could even give us a replacement! So, we asked for a refund instead. How ridiculous! Instead of remaking the pizza and checking their oven OR offering to keep the pizza in the oven just a tad longer to ensure being cooked all the way - they chose to lose a customer. I made a formal complaint via Papa John's website and have heard NOTHING. Just go to Langel's or Sicilian Joe's! The pizza & customer service is much better!
