Buffalo Wild Wings is a barn of a sports bar. There may be 30 large screen tvs in this place with all of the latest games. I had never been to a BWW before, so I didn't know what to expect, and actually, I'm not sure why these places are so popular. What I liked about the place was the wings and the beer. I ordered a small order which consisted of 'at least 10 pieces' of regular bone in wings which were meaty and just a bit overcooked to my liking. They have almost 20 different sauces to dress your wings ranked in order of hotness. I tried the mango habanero wings, which were the third most spicy. I was actually surprised that a national chain restaurant would serve food this hot. I was sweating, with my lips and tongue burning. My vegan partner was happy he could find a black bean burger on the menu. He said it was pretty good, just a bit above average for a meatless burger. I'm glad they offered this. As for the beer, they have a decent selection of domestic and imports. I prefer a full lager or pilsner and settled for the comfortable standby, Stella Artois. The beer pours are huge: 22 ounces. It's a loud atmosphere, with people of all ages gathering in groups for festivities. Service was fine, if a little spotty. My server was a bit off this night. Altough she was very friendly and certainly not neglectful, every time she talked with one of my family members, she started crying. I felt bad for her. It was a scene out of a television show. My family gathering of 25 people had no problem fitting in; they pulled tables together to accommodate all but 4 of us. There is really no draw here for me, except that my family gathered this night. Prices are average plus. I like the mancave atmosphere and menu, but it's not for everyone. In the end, maybe if you're good on sports, wings and beer than you have the winning combination for the Wild Wing crowd.

Great place to go with large groups, kids, or to watch sports. I go with my family a lot on Thursdays for $0.60 boneless wings and when you do that the check is decent. Otherwise it can get a little pricey at times, especially if the drinks start flowing!

Not very happy with this location. Ordered 12 traditional wings to go, picked them up and when I got home and looked, I got 12 of the same wings! Not the drumette sections that are the most popular, but the wing sections. All 12! I won't be ruturning to this location ever!

Mediocrity at its finest; on display here. I ordered a wrap that was scheduled to arrive filled with meat, cheese, sauce, and other delicious innards, but the item delivered had a stunning lack of all those things and was instead about 80% lettuce. This BWW also suffers from the classic disappearing waitress/bartender. But in her absence, I was able to hear and observe no less than 9 employees who had huddled together to complain about one of the patrons. Professionalism at this place could really use a shot in the arm.

Waited about 45 minutes for our food. When we finally did get it it tasted like it had been sitting out for an hour. This isn't the first time I've had issues here. UPDATE: So in the end the manager took the item off my bill but was extremely rude and judging by his choice of words he knew the restaurant was having issues with that particular menu item. It doesn't make sense to me why they would continue serving it knowing there were issues. I was talked down to and overall disgusted with my experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Food was good but service was not great and wasn't busy either. ......typical chain restaurant service.

This is definitely the best Buffalo Wild Wings location on the area. I've never had any issues with my food here (other locations seem to have a problem following instructions) and I've never had to wait too long for a table. Food seems to come out fairly quickly but I don't like how the appetizers and entrees seem to come out at almost the exact same time. It would be nice to have time to eat your appetizer before your meal. The service here is pretty average, it's what I would expect but nothing above and beyond by any means.

I like the buffalo chips, wings and drinks. The prices on liquor are not too bad. I usually end up walking out spending as much as I would at a steak place. It is crazy but I come here every now and then. It's not always clean and usually loud but I like this game they have. You get a little console and there are tv screens everywhere. It is a great time killer. I usually come here when I get an oil change next door. Instead of waiting there and being bored I come over here and get some food. The food is pretty decent.

Lots of tvs to watch. Service super slow during the non-busy hours. Seemed like there was only 1 person working. Salty, salty salty wings. No bueno :(

The food and service at this location is just god awful. I understand now that have a set crowd of regular teens and backward hat wearing DouchBags. There is no reason to improve on the place. So be it. I for one will never enter that establishment again. Cold food. If you ask for something extra tou get the look as if you just asked for the answer of life. Didn't relize napkins could confuse our servers. If this is tomorrows leadership. We are screwed as a society.

I go to the schererville location a lot and the food and service is always really good! I will continue to go back there. When I walked in I was immediately welcomed and taken to my seat. After i was seated the server welcomed us and was very friendly. We got our appetizers and placed our order. The food didn't take very long to come out and it was fresh and hot. When we finished our server cashed us out quickly and we went to our movie. I will definitely be back!

Waited 52 minutes for my wings. Finally came and was cold to the touch. What a damn shame.

It's a decent place to watch sports and get a few drinks, but the clientele they attract sometimes is a bit unnerving. I got harassed last Saturday by two townies who found it so amusing that an Asian man not only spoke perfect English, but knew who Ronda Rousey was and enjoyed watching UFC. Next time I want to watch a PPV or the upcoming March Madness tournament, I'll just make the effort to go to someplace that's a little less backwoods.

I gotta be honest. They are starting to turn this place around. They have always had some outstanding long term waiters/waitresses the trouble was they let the average drop to shit. Now they have the average back up to average. And I haven't had a mistake in the food since i started coming back a couple of weeks ago.

They hate large groups of people. A few times I was bringing a large group of people for a party or to watch a game, came in early so that the group wouldn't have to wait for a table, they refused to give me a table until everyone had arrived. I'm bringing in 7-12 people. They're going to make a lot of money off of us and receive a huge tip and they start off the experience by refusing to seat us. Hate this place started going elsewhere and haven't had the problem since.

Went with my friend for lunch 1pm. Not busy was seated right away. Our server was nice and attentive. I got the new lunch deal for 9.99 that included 8 boneless wings, fries and a drink. I've come to this location many times and this visit is the best I've had in years. We sat and talked for over an hour and my server kept asking if I wanted a refill. She was great

Love Buffalo Wild Wings but service has always been an issue at the Schererville location. Waited over an hour for wings once during a non-busy time. Keep going back for some odd reason and it's the same thing every time. Always have a much much better experience at the Lansing location.

I went to a Buffalo Wild Wings outside of Munster Indiana. I think it is general knowledge that they have over priced food, so you would think they would focus on the experience. The greeter looked angry to have to deal with us, the waitress got us drinks and did not return for 25 minutes. We were not drinking alcohol. The soda was watered down, and they insisted we pay for it anyway even though we had ordered $50 worth of food. We had not received our food yet after waiting 45 minutes in a half empty restaurant so we paid for the drinks and left. The manager came after us screaming, saying the food had been ready and we had to pay for it. She got the wait staff to barricade us in the restaurant. She screamed at us for a good 5 minutes. She called the police and said "you will pay or you will be arrested and you will go to jail!" 5 police cars showed up, a clear sign that she had over exaggerated the situation. We talked to the police and they told the manager she had no right to stop us from leaving, and that diners can leave if they are unhappy with their service and no food has been eaten. I know this sounds too crazy to be true, but it is. We called the restaurant later that night & spoke with the general manager who did little to rectify the situation. The website doesn't have a customer service number, email address, or address which is a sign to me that they just don't care. There are too many places to get wings for less and have a better time. It just doesn't make sense to go there, unless it is the only bar in your town.

Typical of other BW3s, this one has a loud atmosphere, decent wings, and bubbly waitstaff. It's a sports bar - go there if that's the type of establishment you're looking for. The only time I've ever been able to carry on a conversation there without shouting is during lunch on a weekday. On weekend evenings, this place tends to be pretty busy. During major sporting events, it's just jam-packed. Don't expect to bring the wife and kids thinking you'll have a civil dinner on those nights. The selection of wings (or rather sauces that the wings are slathered in) is plentiful and the service is usually pretty decent for a restaurant of this type. Go hungry and thirst; leave full and tipsy!

I've heard that they have the same trivia game here as the Office has, which is a plus, but like The offlice, BW3's(as it's called) biggest flaw is that it's too crowded. The only place I've seen around here as jam packed as those two I think is Jalapenos, in the bar area. This place is so jam packed it's not worth it. I don't see a way to have fun with crowds this big. Another thing is that on top of the riduculous crowd, it's extremely sports oriented so you have amplified screams when something takes place on the tv screens. Five thumbs down.
