We arrived at 12:15 and were promptly seated. It was not busy at all. Our waitress, who was very friendly, arrived within 5 minutes to take our drink orders. We waited less than 5 minutes for drinks. She then took our food orders and that is when our experience took a negative turn. At 1:15 we asked when our food would we ready to which she replied "5 minutes or less". At 1:25, food still not ready. As much as I hated to do it, we had to cancel our order and leave without eating since we had somewhere to be. We had already had to go boxes ready so we could take our food with us but couldn't even wait another minute for that. Not sure what the problem was, but we will never return nor I can recommend this restaurant. It's a shame because we have enjoyed their food in the past.

We arrived on Father's Day glad to finally try Boston's after driving by a hundred times. We were in around 2:00pm so as a party of six pretty much had the entire place to ourselves. Our male waiter was polite but slow. He welcomed us but on many occasions was slow to check on drink refills and to return to take our order. We ordered three types of pizza and all were excellent and baked perfectly. The florentine was a huge surprise and hit for everyone in our party. We also ordered the spicy loaded nachos but when we noted they were overbaked and nearly burned upon delivery, our server simply replied "yep" as he walked away. My husband had to take them to the manager who looked like he didn't know what to do with them. He put in the order, which took forever, and never visited our table to check on satisfaction as any good manager would do. The menu options are great, the food is very tasty when done right, which are the ONLY reasons for the 3-star rating, but the service is definitely a huge problem here and in need of an overhaul and intense training.

Walked in to eat dinner a couple of hours before closing. All of the activity was in the bar which is to the left. The dining room as you walk in was empty. I stood at the counter for quite some time before I was greeted by the Host for seating. It was clear that he did not want me in the restaurant and told me that it was "open seating" in the bar and that would be good. I reluctantly took his advice. The pizza was good, although a tad on the pricier side. The beer is cold. But it is very loud in the bar and nothing but golf on the tube. Yuck. It was ok, but I would say it is a place for drinks and not for eats. I am left with the impression that they are not interested in catering to folks looking for a restaurant to done in.

Called them to order three pizzas for pick up. I took my time, spoke slowly, repeated it three times and even asked the lady to "repeat the order to make sure you got it" and she did. Asked her to read it back and she had it correct. Gave her my credit card over the phone. Went to pick it up and they only had two of the three. Told us "we didn't write down the other one!!" SMH! But they were nice and quickly made the third pizza. Iv read other reviews and seems to all point to good food but service issues. I have to admit the gluten free pizzas were very good though! The best gluten free pizzas we have ever had in fact. Full of good toppings. No skimping there. Will go back but I hope they improve their "process."

One of the best restaurants I've stopped at during my stay. Highly recommend the food. Great wait staff and really nice atmosphere. I'd give it more stars if I could.

Best thing here are the bacon wrapped steak tips. The salmon was dry and the sauce for the ribs tasted odd. The service was AWFUL.

Massively ridiculously overpriced. $10+ for a large beer? Same for ho-hum appetizers? That and snotty airhead servers is all you can expect here.
