We had a great experience here as always! We live closer to the Matteson location but the service the food and the entire experience is just so much better here! Our server Lauren went above and beyond to create an exceptional dining experience for us. We will definitely continue coming here when we want seafood.

This is a pretty good red lobster location. The staff is always courteous and friendly and always remembered to check in on us. The food is always fresh and made well. Also, they tend to get your food out in a timely manner. I have been here several times over the years and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Tonight I'm here with a friend. I had the Atlantic Salmon full portion. Near the ends the salmon was undercooked. I asked for lemon garlic butter sauce and was told they no longer make it anymore. Just now one of the servers almost hit me with one of their trays. Now I'm leaving and the cars are coming in the wrong way! People are crazy these days.

My daughter and I went to Red Lobster today. There was a long wait, but the waiter was super friendly and attentive we didn't have to wait too long for our food. The manager also walked to our table and apologized for the wait. Good experience

I love coming to Red Lobster for their seafood. Their cheddar biscuits always compliment their house salad. A place to come during lent. The fresh fish of the day is always a catch! #SeafoodLover

I've been here several times and normally have very good service and decent food. However this wasn't the case yesterday. My husband and I went with friends to celebrate a friends birthday. Our waitress wasn't very attentive after our food order was taken. We had to flag her down for drink refills and to get fresh biscuits more than once. We ordered our food at 7:30 and once 8:30 rolled around one of our friends asked to speak with the manager. Two minutes after the manager came over and apologized for the wait, our food came out. My husband's pasta was cold on a hot plate and he asked for a new dish which came out about five minutes later. Baked potatoes that several of us had with our meals were a bit tough skinned. I'm sure that our food was probably sitting under the food warmer for quite awhile. The only positive is that the manager offered free dessert and 15% off our bill. This kind of experience makes me want to avoid this place like the plague...very disappointing!

I saw on one of the late night shows a while back a monologue about the Chattanooga aquarium getting a huge screen display in their foyer. On the display they had a fish tank program running, so the joke was the only place with more fake fish than the aquarium was Red Lobster. That's pretty accurate. If you want crab legs or fried shrimp they are great, but getting a decent piece of fish or a non-overcooked lobster tail isn't going to happen. Xavier is a really good waiter, he doesn't get paid enough. The rest of the staff are good too, I never have an issue with the people. I got fried catfish today, it came out on an impossibly hot plate, and while I waited for tartar sauce to come out because apparently the kitchen doesn't think people eat fried catfish with it, the crunch steamed itself away into a chewy cornmeal "delight". My potato was ordered with butter and no sour cream, it came out the opposite. 2 of our other orders out of 6 were also wrong, so the kitchen had a slightly better average than the Cubs. We used to come here every Sunday years ago when the food was good, but man has it gone down, mostly greasy dishes, please don't serve the biscuts cold, they just leave a grease slick on the roof of your mouth. Prices are much too high for the quality.

what a disappointment. I haven't been to been to a red lobster in quite some time. the menu offered up lots of options, which in hindsight were all the same plus or minus pasta. the cheesy biscuits still hold up and the side salad was wimpy. our entrees were overpriced for what was offered. my GF ordered a 1/2 order of lobster/shrimp pasta, she received the full order, when we questioned are slightly obnoxious & over the top waiter, he responded with, "i must have not heard you correctly and said sorry". that's GREAT!!! but he also refused to adjust the final bill accordingly. that's NOT GREAT. what happened to THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT? it was not worth our time to get a manager involved and my GF now had lunch for the next day. red lobster is owned by the same outfit that owns olive garden and it shows. it's a shame that we region rats are offered up such bland tasteless dining options and honestly the ambiance was depressing to me. i recommend taking your cash elsewhere.

I went here with a hankering for King crab legs and didn't want to expect much and be disappointed since I am generally an "I-hate-Applebee's-and-chains" kind of snob. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The service was super-attentive, the oysters were fresh and HUGE, the crab legs were steamed perfectly... The man had steak and lobster tail which also looked very good and according to him, cooked to his liking. If I had a complaint, it would be that i wanted my salad a little fancier. I would love a wedge with heirloom tomatoes and some fresh blue cheese on it or something...maybe some real applewood bacon...all i got was a lotta ranch dressing on s lotta lettuce, the Hidden Valley Ranch kind your parents served at home. But hey-it's not Shaw's, it's Red Lobster. The other issue is that they had a smoking section (GROSS!...trashy trashy)...but i guess that is Indiana's fault, not the Red Lobster's for still allowing it. However, I'd go back.

nice place..it's usually a pretty long waiting time when i go there..the food is good, but the waiters are usually robotic and not really friendly towards me..but thats o.k because i don't go out to eat AND make friends..

Red Lobster gets pretty busy, and you just may go there on a busy day and have to wait a little bit, but like alot of busy restaurants, it's busy for a reason.. it's good(if you like seafood that is). If you don't like seafood you may be less impressed with the place, but there are some pasta dishes and I'm sure one ortwo other nonseafood items. Of course most people go to Red Lobster because they are seafood fans, and it's a good place for that. Their shrimp is delicious, and I'm not sure if they still have it, but they had a special going on where you get all these different styles of shrimp at a very affordable price. That was pretty cool. I've always found the wait staff friendly here.

But.... My honest opinion about the Food was Ok I didn't even take a pic of it because it was lacking and I take a pic of everything any way I got the Lunch pick two with Broil scallop and Shrimp scampi now the scallop were the smallest I ever seen I got about 8-10 mini and and 8 mini shrimp with a bake potato for $10.00 it was a expensive Snack and I got a Grand Patron Drink which was weak even the side shot of patron wasn't strong and it was a shot. Now for Experience it was awesome but Food it was Ok

Service was great, the biscuits were great, but the shrimp, lobster, and calamari were mediocre. Flavorless seafood is just gross!!

The biscuits.!! Yum Yum Yummie!!!!! I am not a sea food fan, but the biscuits keep me coming back, along with their perfect Pina Coloda!~ The wait staff has always been great, and patient. I have my best friend's surprise party there, and they helped serve the cakes at the table. My mother has been gone 20 years. One of the last good meals she had was from this location. I went in and explained my mother was house bound, and could not come out, but I wanted a real menu to have her pick her dinner from. The person gave it ot me no questions asked, and my mother was so delighted. We dined on carry-out, watch Grumpy Old Men on DVD. Many nice memories over the years. The renovate regularly, and it always looks nice. The bar area is a nice meeting site. If I liked sea food, I guess I would give it 5 stars.

Jam packed on a Wednesday afternoon @ 3pm!!! The place seems to always get busy overtime me & my mom go here. Wait wasn't too bad as we just waited less than 10 mins. Staff is usually nice here and always accommodating. I normally get the Ultimate Feast when we come here, but this time I saw the Lobster Lover's Dream which included 2 lobster tails, shrimp pasta and a vegetable for $32. Yahoooo!! Destroyed the platter along with a bunch of cheddar biscuits...gotta have em!!!

Have been going to this location for years, I went yesterday 9/13/2015 and had a waitress name Jackie. Jackie is by far the best waitress I have had ever at any red lobster. She was on top of her job and knew how to keep her customers very satisfied. I compliment her on ever level that she can be complimented on and I thank her for providing the best customer service possible.

Decent experience. Service was very prompt and pleasant from entry to exit. Food was a little overcooked but they were so nice I didn't even want to complain. Definitely will be back to this location. It is worth the drive.

Would go back for the biscuits and cocktails anytime. But that's it.. Food was less than impressive. Even the salad was limp. Waitress was good but the rest of staff- especially the front host - very unprofessional. Not worth the wait time for a table or the price. Thank goodness I enjoyed my cocktails, biscuits, and the company of my friends or it would have been a total suck fest.

Had a mix up with our large carry out order but Lisa the Culinary Manager made it right and over delivered to make sure we were happy. Mistakes happen, and with 15 years in the restaurant industry, I understand how sometimes you just plain mess up an order for whatever reason. The important thing is that we were more than satisfied in the end, and that we will be placing carry out orders there again in the future for sure. Thanks Lisa and crew for making sure I didnt have a bunch of hungry angry coworkers on my hands! LoL - Jessica

Unpleasantly surprised, I visited this establishment for the second or third time and I haven't been impressed neither time I have been here. Upon entrance on a Tuesday at noon we had to wait for a table or booth for 20 minutes although there were some visibly available to us. After being seated, the waiter rushed us through the menu and was not very attentive to what we were ordering. The wait for the meal was acceptable and the best part was the food. I had the crab Alfredo it was a good serving size (full) a good temperature and it came with plenty of Alfredo sauce on it. Red Lobster is fairly easy to find the parking lot is adequate.

There is a reason I do everything in my power to avoid stupid chain restaurants like Red Lobster. Let's start with service... --Was told to expect a 10-15 min wait. 45 min later we had to remind the hostess that we were still waiting and were seated shortly afterward. Oh, and it was a Tuesday --Server was aloof and somewhat rude. She'd ignore our table for 20 min and then come back with 3 baskets of lukewarm biscuits and 2 cherry cokes for me so she wouldn't have to worry about refills. I mean, Red Lobster does make a mean, 1000 calorie cheddar biscuit, but I don't want 10 of them cluttering the table and begging me to let them clog my arteries. Speaking of food.... Granted, the biscuits are delicious...but, the food is just boring, if you ask me. I ordered some Tuesday shrimp special which resulted in some very "un"special fried shrimp. Eh, I think next time I'll save 2 hours and $20 and head to Long John Silvers for my fried seafood fix....
