Dear Frozen yogurt, Why are you so damn good? Why do I hear you whisper my name when I'm nibbling on my salad leafs for dinner? Why do you go so well with a little bit of coffee? Why would you put these things under one roof?? You know I can't resist!! Yogulatte has got to be one of my favorite summer time treat stops in SoBro. When I'm not feeling the full-on ice cream urge, but just need a little frozen treat to satisfy my sweet-tooth, this is it. With dairy-free and fat-free options, there is a something for everybody. Their flavors are always on rotation and I'm a sucker for the tropical sorbets with TONS of fruit on top. The toppings are pretty good, I'd like to see a bit more variety though. Decent coffee, I've had the latte once - but only because I tend to go later in the day and don't need the caffeine. If you're eating at any of the nearby restaurants and need a little sweet-treat for the way home, stop in Yogulatte and treat yo'self.

Yogulatte is in between 3 and 4 stars for me. It's a small little shop with limited indoor seating and some benches outside. Typical froyo IMO. They have the sample cups already out so you don't have to awkwardly ask the attendant for 5 different sample cups because you can't make up your mind before committing. I was surprised they only had 8 (or 10?) flavors, and all pretty traditional -- vanilla, cake batter, mint, chocolate, peanut butter, etc. I ended up with a yummy pb & choc swirl with a dash of mint and it was pretty good. I tried the cake batter and it just tasted weird to me. No wow factor here for their flavor selection and quality. The highlight of the toppings bar was Reese's. Not Reese's pieces, but like Reese's peanut butter cups crumbled up. YUM. My 5 oz concoction ran me about $4.50, so watch those toppings or else you're gonna be paying an arm and a leg for your dessert. Bonus: check in on Yelp (who wouldn't?) and get 1 ounce free! Your cup must be at least 5 oz to snag the deal. I'm not running back to Yogulatte, but it's solid.

My fave froyo. Nice selection of flavors & toppings. I'm partial to cake batter or vanilla which is pretty much always on the menu. (I know, boring!) They have rotating seasonal flavors that seem legit though. Today there was apple pie and pumpkin! If I wanted to deviate I would have tried them. Alas, I'm a creature of habit. I know what I like! Fresh fruit, golden Oreos, and boba are always available. I can make the same masterpiece no matter when I pop in. I'm never disappointed. Wouldn't it be great if everything in life was like that? Yogulatte is my jam.

I'm unsure of why I traveled afar and battled 86th Street traffic for fro-yo when it's literally three blocks from my house. In comparison to visits at competing shops, Yogulatte is just as consistent, tasty, and convenient. Just give me my bowl and two tiny cups for sampling, and I'll be on my way to putting together the lovely fruity, probiotic dessert I can think of, like a tart swirl of strawberry and kiwi topped with a sprinkling of pineapple and raspberries. Don't forget a plastic spoon so you can have maximum noms. Thanks for making it so easy, Yogulatte!

My husband and I go here whenever we have a sweet tooth. Great place....in the heart of sobro. The selection makes me feel like a kid again.

I was sorely disappointed that they did not have a tart yogurt flavor, like Pinkberry and Red Mango. The mango sorbet was good but my expectations were shot with the flavors. Decent but probably wouldn't return.

I am a fan of frozen yogurt and the pay by weight model. This was my first time in a Yogulatte. The man that was behind the counter was very nice and helpful. I thought the place was okay, the actual yogurt selection seems a bit limited compared to other places I have been. I think they counter this by providing many flavors for smoothies and drinks via Monin syrups. I ended up getting a pumpkin spiced Yogulatte which I thought was pretty good, although a bit pricey.

This location may not be as popular quite yet compared to the Yogulatte on Mass Ave. downtown, however, the traffic and parking situation of the two locations are about the same. Most everything is the same at this location versus the downtown location and I mean that in a genuine way. You can expect the same great flavors, abundant choices, and knowledgable staff just as you would visiting the Mass Ave store. It is always clean and the staff does a fair job maintaing the toppings from spilling over into each other. I have never seen anyone abusing the yogurt machines, which is surprising because I have always imagined if I were a kid in this store the first thing I would want to do is pull a lever full straight into my mouth. My boyfriend and I love to visit this store during the summer ever since it opened here in SoBro just a few summers ago. It is a nice addition to the neighborhood and adds vibrancy and a sweetness to the block of bars, restaurants, houses and grocery stores. As often as we frequent this store in the summer, there has never been a time that I can remember where I was bummed because they don't switch up the flavors enough. In fact, I am bummed when they don't have the same flavor I want because, well, I can be a creature of habit. No matter your cravings, you can find a chocolate bowl creation or fruity explosion creation awaiting you here. Dairy free, sugar free, and the option to design your toppings give you the choice to be gluten and nut free, also. You can't go wrong at Yogulatte whichever location you end up visiting!

An easy walk from home equals a tasters delight. Their non confrontational staff allow for ample sampling before decision time. I suggest filling up on samples and getting a smaller portion of your final choice, with accoutrements of course. An employee will greet you at the scale and off you go

I stopped in here on a chilly evening recently to find the place dessert-ed (ha! get it?! I'm here all night folks). Anywhoo... So me and my favorite yelper Scot C stopped in for a little sweet treat recently. The place wasn't busy at all, with just one other patron chatting with the woman working the counter. Apparently we came during their "dead period" which was nice, because I didn't have to fight anyone for the chocolate chips. This place is pretty standard for fro-yo. I believe that some other local shops have a few more yogurt selections, but Yogulatte had the basics. Cake batter, chocolate, pineapple, etc. They had a gluten-free option, and a pretty tasty peach! Sample all you want before committing to a flavor- they're all pretty yummy. As for the toppings, they had a pretty good selection. Again, most other yogurt shops have a bigger selection of toppings (cereals come to mind as something a lot of shops have but Yogulatte doesn't). I was able to load up on their fruit, all of which tasted fresh and flavorful. Like most yogurt shops, Yogulatte charges you based on the weight of your cup. If you load up on tons of yogurt and toppings, you might be paying a pretty penny. I believe it was around $7 per pound? We got two moderately sized cups of fro-yo and toppings for $7.50. I call that a pretty good deal! All in all: I will be back for sure, but would like to see more topping options!

I was pretty pleased with my visit to Yogulatte overall. It has a very eclectic design compared to other yogurt places. I got their at 11, which was when they were supposed to open and waited around 12 minutes, but that doesn't particularly bother me as their are other places to walk to. They only had 8 choices, the one i specifically wanted was being cleaned which narrowed my choices down to 6. I tried 5 of them, and they were all very good. The peanut butter was the weakest link for being a little too on the sour yogurt side, but I still enjoyed it. The best flavor was their sweet coconut. I absolutely HATE coconut flavor, but I decided to try it with the peach. Both flavors are so delicate they went perfectly together. I might have even cried a little out of sheer happiness. This place also has baked goods and some coffee drinks too, which give it a little bit of an edge on the competition. The only downside is that because I got their so early, probably when no one ever goes, they were late to open and didn't have much of the baked goods out yet. I came for yogurt though, and that's exactly what I got and I loved it.

The workers failed to speak when we entered. The signs are to high detailing yogurt options! Good selection of yogurt. I'm used to the worker providing tester samples (at other places). Not here! They just stayed behind the counter chatting. A lot of toppings, but I didn't feel like they were marked clearly enough. Also, some just sitting on the counter as they are out of space. There's a tip jar-excuse me! What exactly am I tipping you for?!

Have passed Yogulatte on College Ave. many times and always meant to stop in. Finally got around to it. Initially, I wasn't impressed with the flavors listed on their menu board. In fact, I wasn't even going to try any samples and had mentally determined that there was nothing I was interested in. I was talked into trying a sample. WOW! It was delicious! So, I tried the next flavor...and that was WOW! Super delicious! Then the next flavor was like BONKERS GOOD! And so on down the line. I ended up eating a huge cup (and if you have seen their cups you'll know what I mean) of each and every flavor. While I consider myself a frozen yogurt connoisseur, I wondered how this little gem got away from me for so long. Really, the best, most dynamic frozen yogurt flavors I've ever had and I eat a lot of frozen yogurt! Went again last night. Delicious! This may become an everyday habit!

Love this little yogurt shop in our neighborhood! They switch up the flavors pretty often so there is always something new to try and lots of yummy toppings. The place is always very clean and staff is friendly. It's a nice spot to sit and people watch or play a game (they have games like Jenga and ConnectFour) while you enjoy your yogurt.

Yum! Another YoguLatte - which, in my opinion, is the best of the frozen yogurt places around town. They have great flavor options, good toppings, and, best of all, what seems like the most reasonable prices. I haven't done a formal price comparison, but I can say that when I put whatever the hell I want in my yogurt cup here vs. other yogurt places, the price comes out to be way less money, which makes me way more likely to come in for frozen yogurt! Staff were also very friendly and the place was nice and clean.

Stopped in on a VERY hot day for an iced drink. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting for the guy to look up from his iPad to acknowledge me. I normally would have said something to get a persons attention, but I was curious as to how long it would take. I ordered an iced coffee/ coconut concoction after asking if it was "sweet"; I was assured it was mildly sweet and he offered to go light on the syrup. What I was served was $5 of sugar water. I didn't ask for a do over, but just left. I won't be returning anytime soon. To many other places with better service, parking and product.

My boyfriend and I first stopped into Yogulatte after a job interview, and I have to say that I love this place. I've been here a few times since and they've always got a fantastic (and rotating) array of flavors that don't disappoint. The ambiance is funky and the people are always nice. I would definitely recommend stopping by for a taste.

Yogulatte's coffee was bad! I did not order yogurt so no comment about that. The atmosphere does cater toward the yogurt/ ice cream shop side of the business. They may want to figure out how to make a good latte since it's part of their business.

Happy to have a fro-yo place so close to home! We went last night and sampled quite a few flavors. I'm partial to the tart flavor as usual. I'll be back a lot this summer and look forward to trying their coffee offerings.
