Today I stood in a store new to me. Five people behind the counter, three looked me in the eye and let me stand there waiting to order. I stood quietly as they finished what they were doing. They began other tasks and chatted with each other. After this continued on and on I finall asked the barista near to me if she could help me. She slowly moved to the register, rolled her eyes and waited for me to order. Unsure I asked if it was ok that she take my order. Annoyed she said order when ready. I stated I had been waiting for some time. Another eye roll. After I ordered she turned to her manager and called and called me a name I shall not repeat here. Then they were out of the cups and lids of the size I ordered. I've never been here, but startled by the appallingly bad service and the ridiculous behavior of Starbucks employees.

One of the best things that this Starbucks has going for it is its drive through and friendly service. It's fast and efficient. Depending on how crowded it gets, the line can get ridiculous because of how the traffic can flow into the strip mall that this Starbucks is located in, which can be a pain to get into if you happen to be on the opposite side of the street and trying to cross traffic. If you chose to go inside, parking can be tight, especially during the the morning. If there is no parking in front, you can park behind the store itself and walk a little. The inside has a few tables to sit, but space is at a premium, especially when crowded. The line for orders can sometime merge together. When the weather is nice, there is a small patio with a few tables and chairs that allow you to watch Pendleton Pike traffic while enjoying your caffeine.

This SB is close to my job, so I visit often. I appreciate the staff knowledge of the product and overall friendliness. Generally always clean a well stoked. They introduced me to youthberry which is my new obsession. Only concern is that they are soooo slow at times and not just during peak hours.

Well.. this SB is on a busy NE road near Lawrence Township Indiana and this is my first time here. For starters it is not up to the standards of the East Coast ones. First I will say I waited quite long at the counter for someone to help me. After some time I purchased a sandwich from under the counter, a coffee and a cake pop. Once I got to my table I noticed the freshness on my sandwich was 2 days past. At the coffee station there were no sweet n low packs and all around the floor was quite dirty. Plus when I went to go there was only one trash can I could find and it was totally full. I had to go outside to throw my trash away. When I mentioned this to one gal behind the counter she looked at me like I was from outer space and never said a word. Yikes. Not sure will be back.

Love Starbucks. If you ask me if I would like an extra shot, yes, I would. If they don't ask, I don't order one. Weird how that works. They need to ask more! Some of us will say yes without hesitation!
