This afternoon after the Colts - Dolphins game, I went to this location to order two iced coffees. The two people working there told me there was a colts "daily double" special going on, where you paid double the normal price and it went to the colts. I argued with them for 5 minutes until they finally admitted they were kidding. There were customers waiting behind me and the two Starbucks employees refused to let go of their joke until a few minutes had gone by. I hope corporate Starbucks reads this and has a discussion with these employees. This really changed my opinion of Starbucks as an organization and I intend to share this experience with all of my friends.

Always friendly staff! I go every day I'm in the office and bring my own coffee mug and they only charge $1 refills for any house blends. They don't redeem Free Drinks from the a rewards card, but they do earn you stars. 12 days of coffee for $12, earns 12 stars and a free drink at any Starbucks location! Can't beat it!

You know, not all Starbucks are created equal hence why they have 4 on each corner of the street. You don't like one, go to another, right? Well, I would unless I was at a conference and not trying to walk in the rain. So, the only good thing about this Starbucks is that it's connected to the convention center via a skywalk. So, I trudge over there each morning and order the same thing, soy latte no foam. No biggie, no major frills but I guess these baristas do not understand no foam nor filling it up to the top. I normally order a tall and have gotten used to the weight of my drink. So when I order a grande, due to the long conference, it should weigh much more since it goes from 12 to 16 oz. It SHOULD but it doesn't. In fact, I think it almost weighed less if that's possible. I opened my cup to take a gander and the first thing I noticed was how low the foam came up my cup. I would say it was about an inch below the top. Then, why is there sooo much foam? I understand that soy is different and it will foam later once it settles but seriously, I do not think this barista did anything different from normal. So, I went back up and asked her kindly to add some more soymilk since it was not full. Well, she did but she filled it with the cold soymilk. So I asked if she could steam it first. Hmm...so when she does pour it in, I swear she poured in about 4 oz more of soymilk. So, if you must get to a Starbucks AND you're at the convention center and want convenience, this'll do.

Not bad, but understaffed. Why there is one person taking orders and making the drinks is beyond me, The lady was very nice, but I waited way too long for a simple iced tea.
