Staff is friendly and fast, and I heard a great deal about a Russian lady's soy allergy and the ramifications of soy consumption on her body!

Free ice water, it's got my vote. Sure, I know that's a policy of all Starbucks but this is a valuable thing whilst traveling -- where bottles of water are often charged at Disneyland prices.

Perfect "last chance" yummy coffee stop before dragging through security and boarding your flight. Or the perfect pick me up after arrival or while waiting to pick someone up. The Baristas are speedy and very nice.

Ok. Service. Not a corporate location, so they don't accept Starbucks coupons. Not cool. :-(

Your typical Starbucks located within another organization - small and without a lot of the extras. For example, no breakfast sandwiches :( Or any hot food what-so-ever. But staff was friendly.

Located right in the airport. Of course prices are a big higher than one would expect but ohh well, youre trapped. If you want Starbucks coffee then this is exactly what they give you. :p

I stop here almost every time I take a flight. The reason? The service is the fastest I have ever seen for a Starbucks. The owner works along with the other baristas. She is taking drink orders 2-3 people back in line and has them ready sometimes even before you finish putting your credit card away. Their food is fresh. The staff is a bit quiet but friendly. 5 stars compared to other Starbucks I have visited. Other facts: -No tables/chairs -Your typical "compact" airport Starbucks

Not impressed. Was there on a slow Friday morning and couldnt get good service. The heavy set woman with her head covered was exyremely rude. She took my wifes order and gave her a total with me standing there. When I told her I had an order she seemed annoyed. When she was writing our orders on the cups she had her hand on the inside of the cup half way down it. We pointed it out to her and she got upset at us and put her hand up and said whatever and then walked away. This was the worst service I have ever had. I will not go to that Starbucks if she is there anymore.

It's an airport so they're a franchise location. I ordered a drink, they made it, and their was a markup on the cost over a normal location. Given the lack of options around Concourse B, it's just fine.

This Starbucks is in a great location--right by the Southwest Airlines gates. The service is fast and usually friendly. They are often well stocked on baked goods and snacks.

Horrible service. I waited a good 3 minutes to have my order taken while the 'Mary Jane' talked on the phone. Of the other 4 employees all of around aimlessly nobody could help me and I wasn't even acknowledged by any. Mary Jane, the woman who was on the phone, was using her service gloves to talk on the phone and use the computer/ take cash. Not only did she touch food with these same gloves she couldn't understand why I would ask her to change her gloves to get me a new bagel. She argued that she had used something else to touch the bagel. If you think it's acceptable to talk on the phone and touch cash why would I trust your judgement on anything at this point. Disgusting.

The Good: Their service was fast. The Bad: The staff was rude, ignored me for a few minutes as I stood there waiting to order. One of the very fews times that I didn't have a good/welcoming customer service experience at a Starbucks. Tip: They do take your Starbucks card here.

Disorganized, bored, and slow staff. They started by assuming I would pay with credit, then had to void the purchase and redo the transaction for cash. The breakfast wrap I ordered was slopped together and a little burnt around the edges. The cashier was coughing and handling food/money while appearing to be sick. I'm gonna be PISSED if I get ill on vacation because of her.

Had to explain how to make a iced coffee with cream and sweetener along with a shot. Not sure if the IQ level of the cashier was to blame or just her inability to comprehend an easy order that one would get on a daily basis while working at a Starbucks.

Love it; fast, convenient and friendly service. What's not to like. The coffee is great, it's Starbucks right!!..the staff was very attentive and look like they were having fun. I'll be back!

Terribly slow service is consistent in the mornings here. The line is always long in the morning and the staff have no urgency.
