this place is NOT 24 hours as yelp would have you believe. somebody needs to do some major updating on yelp and maybe some better research because this is about the 5th restaurant i have visited late night assuming they were open because it said so on yelp and they were indeed closed. yelp get with it. you used to be so reliable.

Seriously tasty fast Mexican burrito fast food, ... Just about any time of day. Breakfast here is a must after a long night of drinking in the Bripp.

Tasty, fast Mexi-American cuisine. Quest and chips are always a go. Naked chicken burrito with fajita veggies is my staple. Late Night option is a plus.

Oh Qdoba, I love your fresh not so Mexican options. Thank you for adding guac as a free topping. Your menu satisfies everyone in my family and the kids love your million flavor soft drink fountain. Yeah, you're cool. We can be friends.

Clean, well lit, busy AND polite! One of the best late night (not bar food) places in Broad Ripple. We came in just as the breakfast menu came on and he got the chorizo breakfast burrito . It was bang'n. Get plenty of diablo queso. I got the pulled pork burrito and it was a healthy serving of pork and every side I asked for. No skimping here. Could barely get the wrap to cover the deliciousness. Definitely recommend.

I've been terrorizing this restaurant ever since they opened...in 2001. It's Qdoba, and it isn't any different than any other Qdoba. The food is fair-to-middlin', the salsa could be spicier, but at least they have a touch-screen soda fountain (which they didn't have in 2001). Qdoba would never be my fist choice when it comes to a meal, and it certainly isn't comparable to other Broad Ripple favorites. However, it beats McDonald's, and is a fine place to get a late-night meal. The staff is able to put up with a lot of Village antics--while still remaining friendly, fast, and professional. For that, I salute them. Okay, enough said.

Always a hit after the bars or for hangover food. I recommend the chicken fajita ranchero burrito. They now have the soda station where you can make your own flavor, which is awesome. Friendly staff.

Qdoba offers standard americanized mexican choices like burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. I'm a big fan of a chicken burrito with 3 to 4 scoops of pico de gallo piled on. If you're looking to count calories, a naked burrito (bowl) can fill you up without sticking you with a ton of calories. Avoiding choices like queso and sour cream are also great way to lower the calories. Now let me weigh in quickly on the Great Burrito War between Chipotle and Qdoba. I do feel Chipotle offers higher quality ingredients and slightly larger portions, but it's not by a huge margin. Qdoba also offers breakfast options and chips that are far superior. All in all they are very similar with small pluses and minuses on each side. Now on to my opinions of this specific Qdoba ... Inside this is your standard fast food joint with plenty of booths and a television hanging up in the dining area. This Qdoba is located right in the middle of Broad Ripple proper and is opened incredibly late, making it a great destination for late night drunk food as you sober up. One drawback to it's location is meter parking, which at times can be a problem. The issue at this Qdoba is about 2-3 of it's staff. Serving sizes here will vary quite a bit depending on who is working. A few of the managers will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your meal, while a few other employees seem to go out of their way to charge you extra for any ingredient you have more than 2 ketchup cup sized scoops of. Overall though, I still usually have an enjoyable experience here. The location is convenient and the food is better than other fast food choices. If you're looking for something fast and cheap in the area, this is the place.

I like Qdoba's breakfast burritos. If they were a human I would want to be their friend or hang out with them at least once in a while, maybe date, but nothing too serious, just a casual and relaxed endeavor with a little making out and some hand holding. Maybe a concert or two. They have lunch and dinner burritos, but who gives a crap? They aren't good enough to pass up the genuine Mexican places around town in favor of. The breakfast burritos, however, are totally money. Chorizo, cheese, guac, sour cream, taters, pico, holy crap it's a fiesta wrapped in love wrapped in flavor and then enjoyed by yours truly. They have other meat options like steak and chicken and you can also opt out of meat. (but meat is awesome and amazing, so I never do that) and various vegetable choices. You can get a small burrito or a regular burrito. A small burrito will fill most people up and a regular burrito has the potential to make you insane because your brain might not be able to handle that much flavor intensity all at once. But mine can, so I get a ginormous chorizo laden breakfast burrito, drink some water, hug myself happily, sigh, and meander on home.

Qdoba is not my favorite fast-casual Mexican place, but it is okay. They have fresh ingredients, but sometimes the salsas need a little more of a kick! It is nice that this location is open so late, in case you've been out at the bars and want to grab a quick bite.

The flavor is good but the portion size has dropped dramatically. You really need to watch the new group who think a burito is suppose to look like an egg roll in size. If you try to call the customer satisfaction line they listen with no follow up. As with some cutting portion size to increase profits. DId you notice they don't have a scale or system to measure their efforts for consistancy?

I am not sure how anyone can compare Chipotle to Qdoba. They are not even in the same league as far as I am concerned.First of all , how can putting vegetables on a veggie burrito cost EXTRA ??? The rice was totally bland , tortillas were like rubber, the salsa was watery , no chips included and the service was slow. Ill look elsewhere next time

This particular Qdoba has a life of its own--especially on the weekends after the bars let out. Then it's transformed into the hub for the drunk and hungry, despite the plethora of great-smelling food vendors along the main drag. But if you're going before, say, 1 a.m., you shouldn't have to wait in line too long. I wish there were a Chipotle in the area. Qdoba is so much more expensive--almost $2 for a side of guac! And $3 or $4 for chips and queso! Ridiculous.

Favorite place to stop for a quick, tasty meal. The naked burritos are awesome, especially with the queso mixed. My favorite is the Mexican gumbo, it's a relatively healthy alternative to fast food chains. This location is the one I frequent most often, the only time I steer clear of it is on weekend nights when it's full of drunk people. I've seen too many fights break out in there at 2 am to go in that late anymore.

My friend and I went in last week to try the new queso diablo and queso verde. #quesobliss We ordered the sample tray, because um duh, you can never have enough queso. Starting with the queso diablo. There was a nice smoky, chipotle flavor with a definite kick at the end of each bite because of the jalapenos. It was good, but not my favorite. The queso verde was zesty with a nice touch of cilantro and lime. This queso would be great inside one of their burritos. The sample tray also came with the original queso. A go to favorite drunk food of my friends and I. After taste testing each cheese, we came to the conclusion that the winner goes to... THE ORIGINAL QUESO!! Nothing against the new queso bliss because my taste buds appreciated the surprise flavors, but my mouth was digging the me and original queso delight.

It is time I set the goddamn record straight. Qdoba is decent as far as fast food is concerned. It kills taco bell and the bullshit burger joints. And, if that is all I had to compare it to, I'd be a fan. But I know better. And by now, we should all know better. Lets discuss both Qdoba as a whole AND this particular location. Qdoba is part of the ever popular create-your-own-burrito genre that seems to have no ceiling. And, somehow, it seems to sit atop the big 3 (Qdoba, Chipotle, Moe's). You walk in, tell them if you want a bowl, burrito, gumbo, or tacos - and proceed to order it up just how you like it. I actually love this model. I have very distinct needs and I love being in control. So far so good, right? If this is all I had ever known, I'd be in love. But others have done this model so much better. First, Moe's realizes that in this genre your salsa choice plays a large role in the overall flavor of your burrito. So they graciously and generously let you control your salsa flow with a salsa bar. No more standing at the counter saying "can i have another scoop of pico please" - and lets be honest, at this location, they are not generous. I have asked for "generous pico" before and been charged extra for each scoop over 1! THIS IS A TRAGEDY. I'm sorry I don't rely on your liquid cheese to please my sensitive taste buds. Moe's also offers tofu for the meat-free community (of which I belong, but still just prefer whole beans). Then, you have Chipotle. Chipotle is the juggernaut. It is a cult. And it does everything I want Qdoba to do. They have much better, higher quality ingredients. As a rule, their spoons/scoops for their ingredients are larger. They understand a thimbles worth of salsa, guacamole, etc isn't enough. We want the real thing! They don't hide behind Qdoba's processed madness! They also offer generous extra cilantro upon request! Boom! In general it is cheaper, but also by extension. I am not getting charged extra for appropriate portions of healthy, full flavors. Qdoba's food also tends to turn out a bit soupy. All the ingredients are a bit of a watery mess and aren't strained well as its served. leaking burritos and drowning burrito bowls are the standard and you end up consuming this msg-saltwater by the gallon. Nothing about it feels fresh, crisp, exciting. I feel like I'm eating that goopy mess they eat on the ship in the Matrix. And by there is no explaining your desires to the employees. This model is based around customer control and satisfaction. But if you supply any details other than "that ingredient" you are viewed as a huge hassle and occasionally charged extra. Even when I explain 'look, im not eating your liquid cheese, your shredded cheese, or your sour cream - i'd rather have a little extra salsa and vegetables" i'm still seen as some free loading bum trying to get over on the burrito-man. My final thoughts are more specific comments about this location. First of all, all the nearby parking is metered. So tack this onto the already higher burrito cost. Second, the location is always busy and full of out of town drunks, entitled butler students, and broad ripple bridge kids. There is no eating in peace. There is a reason there are cops frequently posted up inside. Let me give you a nickle's worth of a free advice. Drive past Qdoba. Get on Westfield boulevard. Drive two-ish miles north. Pull into Chipotle. Enjoy your dinner. Then, send me a yelp compliment for saving you.

Open late on most nights, these people are pros at dealing with the late night drunks that wander in after a night in Broad Ripple. Can not go wrong with the chicken queso burrito no matter what time it is.

In the Qdoba versus Chipotle war, I definitely come down on the side of Qdoba. Something about Chipotle is just mushy, soft and flavorless to me. Blech. Qdoba's pretty good as far as fast food goes. I love the vegetarian burrito with the extra hot salsa and lots of sour cream. The burritos are enormous, so I can usually spread one out over two meals. What I really like about this Qdoba, though, is that it's open 24 hours--appealing, as Jennifer mentioned, to the drunk and hungry, or students, or late night workers like myself. I believe you can also fax in your order, then pick it up later, which is good if you work in an office full of people who love Qdoba.

You know, I love Q'doba and I like Chipotle. You know why? 2 words: Breakfast Burritos at 1 AM after you've been out at the bars! Well, that's more that 2 words, but you get the picture! DELICIOUS! I'm not a Chipolte Burrito fan, but for some reason, I like them at Qdoba.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
