Ordered my fav. Philly Cheesesteak. Fast, friendly service. A little skimpy on the meat portion.

For a fast food restaurant, this Penn Station location does a pretty good job. Although I've only been there once, the staff went out of their way to make sure that I had a great lunch. This was especially true of the management staff, who allowed me to tailor the menu to fit my discerning tastes (I created a chicken Reuben salad!). Whether it is a fast food restaurant or the finest of dining experiences, I am most likely to return when I see staff members working hard to meet the desires of their customers. Aside from the great staff and food, the restaurant was clean, and service was provided in a timely manner. In all, my meal at Penn Station was well worth it. Should I ever find myself in this area of town again, I will not hesitate to return.

Husband & I had a buy one, get one free sandwich coupon, & having never been to Penn Station, thought it might be worth a try. WRONG! Didn't care for what we saw on their menu, so we asked for what ANY deli should carry-roast beef subs. They don't have them-they don't carry roast beef! They offered us corned beef, which NEITHER of us care for. WTF kind of deli doesn't carry ROAST BEEF? We walked out without another word, trashed our useless coupons, & will never go to any Penn Station now! They advertise that they offer an "east coast" experience-well, if that's the case we'll stay right here in the midwest where born & bred midwesterners know how to treat people!

First time coming to Penn Station. I ordered the chicken teriyaki. It wasn't really busy, but I waited a little over 15mins for a sandwich that hardly had any meat. I was really confused about what I had paid over $8 for. Took a bite anyways. And to my surprise, It was unbelievably salty. I hardly even tasted any Teriyaki flavor. I wasn't exactly sure of what I was eating. It just tasted like cardboard chicken, cheese and pure sodium. I took about 3 bites. I couldn't even finish it after that. It really threw my taste buds off. Very disappointing. Maybe I'll order something else next time. At a different location...

This is my "home" Penn Station in our neighborhood. It is always clean, fast and they are very friendly.

This is my favorite Penn Station! The manager, Steve, runs a well oiled machine here, it's pretty fast for a sandwhich made to order! The fries are delicious, home made style. Free chocolate chunk cookie on Tuesdays.
