I love this location of Penn Station! The people are very nice. we have never had bad service at this location. It is Convenient, has plenty of parking space, close to a lot of other stores in case you wanted to grab a sandwich and continue to shop or run errands. They even have a few flat screens to watch sports or the news or whatever is on. Very great fries and steaks. I normally get the philly cheesesteak as that's what they are known and I love it - mostly the cooked mushrooms, but this past time I opted for the artichoke sandwich as I love artichokes and always wanted to try it. I ordered it with mushrooms, it came with cheese, and i asked for mayo and lettuce as well. DELICIOUS! I highly recommend even if you are not a vegetarian!

Order was a 6" Cheesestake with everything but Peppers, with mayo only,,,, got pizza Sauce & mustard!! Next a 10" Cheesestake the Same but mustard in place of myao.... Got just Steak & mustard only,,,, nothing else, NOTHING !!!! BAD SERVICE, didn't find out tell I got Home.

Wow, you guys suck! The layout is horrible (I can only imagine the amount of money you waste on air conditioning and heating) with the way the order line is placed at the front door, you have sandwiches in the same order coming out up to five minutes apart, you miss orders and then act like buffoons when you can't find it. PS. Thank you for the cold "warm" sandwich.

Great management. Our order wasn't ready on time. There was an accident. The manager made sure we would get taken care of next time.

I love this place. Its great to be able to have choices besides just 6" & 12". The fries are delicious and made when you order them so they don't have that soggy feel/taste...and the sandwiches are too! This location is always clean; which is always a bonus.

Sandwiches and fries are good but pricey. Be prepared to wait even if there is no line. There is also about a 40% chance my order is wrong so its kind of a toss up. Open late is why I am there and at least sports on tv.

Very good italian sausage sandwich, good fries, and extra-friendly service. Not "cheap" but a big step up from Subway with refillable soft drinks, real seating and even a restroom.

Wow, the teenagers that work here were as rude as, well, teenagers. I'd never had Penn Station and have heard good things but the sub was so lacking in toppings I could see the bread through my supposed topping bed. I might as well have put mayo on it and called it a sub, seriously. I will say those fries are the bomb but I won't be back.

I am simply addicted to their Grilled Artichoke sub, YUM! This location is always clean, service is fast, and the staff...always nice!
