I love Penn Station, but I only go about once a year because the Italian has to be one of the most delicious, unhealthy sandwiches you can get. I was running errands today and got a 6" sandwich. Yum! Did not disappoint. The restaurant was clean and service was quick and efficient. I waited just a few minutes for my to-go order.

Excellent example of what Penn Station is all about. I came here on a Thursday afternoon around 2pm for a late lunch. Clean and bright inside, staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered a 12" philly and medium fries without salt. Sandwich was prepared correctly, with all of my requested toppings. Fries were very good.... Fresh, and without salt as I asked. I decked them one star because, as another reviewer noted, the meat portion for their sandwiches is skimpy. I haven't experienced this at other locations, but I don't know if that is because other locations choose to use more meat, or if it's because this location chooses to use less. Regardless, the experience was very good here... Just order an extra portion of meat. You'll be glad you did.

Oh Penn Station... How Ive missed you! Recently relocating back from LA (PS...there isnt a decent cheese steak in LA) this was in one of my top "I must eat immediatley" places when I arrived back home. I keeps it simple..Cheese/Provolne/Mustard Fries (with the malt vinegar) when im feeling frisky. Wifey recently ventured outside here norm (chicken teriyaki) and tried the Artichoke & mushroom and raved about it. Its now on my "to try" list. Thank you Penn station for making awesome concsitent cheese steaks and adding to my overall plumpness!

I always forget about Penn Station for lunch until I happen to catch an ad on the radio. There's one pretty close, so after hearing an ad the other day, I decided to head over there for lunch. I like the freshness of the ingredients, and that they grill it "to order" - another reminder that it's been recently made and not stuck under a heat lamp waiting to be purchased. My lunch today was the Philly Cheesesteak, loaded, with small fries and a small drink. $9. A little on the high side of my lunch budget, but definitely tasty. I need to remember Penn Station is around more often. They blend into the strip mall so easily that I just drive right by it..

This location used to be my absolute favorite but sadly the number one spot has been taken by someone else. It seems as if the quantity of products have declined over the years so I find myself having to request extra meat or extra cheese to get the sandwiches how they used to be. Nevertheless they are still my favorite place to get Philly Cheeses takes and when I find myself craving for one they are the only place I will go.

I love to go to pen station subs for lunch or a quick dinner. I like their chicken Parmesan the most along with their heavenly fries and fresh squeezed lemonade. I would recommend getting a large lemonade because you will go threw the regular size before your meal comes out. It is just so good. The food is pretty fast but it's also kind of pricey. A large lemonade a medium fry and a 12 inch sub is near 16 dollars but it's always worth it. If you are trying to save you can go without the fries and lemonade but the subs are wonderful. My kids love it there and always eat well. It is quiet and they have big tv's with sports on. I would definitely recommend going there in the future.

One of the few places in the area that I don't suspect people of spitting in my food

I went to this chain when it first showed up in Indy to try there "Philly Cheese Steak" and was unimpressed - I thought the sandwich was dry and had a very low amount of cheese. I went back after all this time to try a different sandwich, this time the Steak and Cheddar. I had it on the "meal" for $8.25 + tax (it is amazing - almost every item on the menu is the same price). I had lettuce mayo and pickle slices on the sub. I found the meat tender, but lacking in meaty flavor and again slightly dry. There again was very little cheese, and what there was had little flavor. The fries were fine but thin cut. As a personal preference I prefer a thicker cut so they do not cool off as quickly. The place was doing a fine business, so obviously plenty of people like their product, but I think there are a number of better sandwich options in town, so I will give this one a pass.

Love the food here. Always delicious. The only problem I had, is that 3 people that were in line behind me, got their food before my 1 sandwich came out... Beside that, A-OK!

I've enjoyed Penn Station (East Coast Subs) for many years now and when the craving hit for a delicious lunch, I wandered over to the Pyramids for a cheesesteak sammitch and some of their outstanding fries. Advertisers throw around words like "hot" and "fresh" and "tasty" alot, but this place lives up to those choice marketing terms. The cheesesteak was a delicate blend of tastes - just the right balance of meat, provolone, mushrooms and a little mayo. As for the fries, they have been consistently great for years. And today was no exception. I recommend them with a little malt vinegar, if you are so inclined. As for the service, it was a playful atmosphere and the team seemed to have a nice chemistry. There was some nice banter and they seemed very interested in making us feel at home in their restaurant. That's what I like to see in customer service. Greet me, make me feel comfortable and at least make it look like you are having fun. I've been there (at least several places like it) and I know it can be tough when you are tired or just not feeling it. But that's part of the theatrics of the whole thing. This is a new location for Penn Station - I trust that it will be working well for them.
