...again today...stopped in Plainfield panera yesterday and they ran out of sprouted grain bagels...today this one's out. ..I know...why return...nothing worst than knee jerk mgt...Midwest lags way behind coastal advancement in restaurant food quality...only reason local panera has it is because they have coastal stores...locals too mentally slow to see it...no other local restaurants have it yet...I love nyc!

I went through the drive thru. I failed to mention I wanted a spoon to eat my soup with and caeser dressing to go on my caeser salad. Luckily, I was able to carve a spoon out of my abnormally stale bread. The bread spoon didn't hold up to my expectations.

Panera bread is a great place to find both some delicious goodies at breakfast time and some wonderful sammitches, salads and soups during the rest of the day. My current favorite is their chili - with cornbread sprinkled on the top to balance everything out. From a sammitch standpoint, the chipolte is my favorite. It has a nice "kick" to it and goes nicely with some tomato soup (or the aforementioned chili. And those darn cinn crunch bagels with hazelnut cream cheese should be a National Treasure - if we had a category for baked goods.

Every time I order online for pickup they always mess my order up, I choose field greens and they always give me romaine lettuce. They never have any avocado there, no bread smh this location is a complete mess. They need a new manager or a complete overhaul.

Great quiet place to sip coffee and catch up with friends. The free wifi and bottomless coffee has kept me here for hours working on projects. This location is very small so during busy times be prepared to be squished into a tiny table and those around you will hear your entire conversation.

I love this particular location! It's close to my house and the service is excellent - that's saying a lot these days!!!

My father in law decided this is where he wanted to go for his birthday lunch this year. Aside from being very busy on A Sunday it was a very pleasant surprise from our usual lunch spots. There were ten of us and we each had something slightly different. The kids all had sanwiches with soup or chips. The Roast beef was the most popular. Followed by the grown up grilled cheese who doesn't like bacon on thier grilled cheese? I had the chicken avocado salad, it was very good but very large, next time I would go with the half size. The only soup that wasnt tried that day was the tomato. Two thumbs up from everyone who had the broccoli cheese. I tasted the chicken pot pie soup, it was perfect for a winter's day but I was too full from my salad to have a cup. We ended lunch with giant cookies. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday aftrenoon.

If you remotely have to be anywhere on time, or prefer a pace slightly higher than a snail pace...do not come here in the morning. The only redeeming aspect of this visit was Doug...who showed up to take my order when it became clear it was going to be noon by the time the girl behind the counter took my order. Never again.

This Panera is right by my work and is a staple for a quick lunch. They offer salads and soups that rotate based on season, and most are quite good. I like that they have a drive-thru at this location in case I need to make a run for my morning coffee. They also have a really good greek yogurt parfait for a light and healthy breakfast.

I don't expect too much when I go out...I'm not expecting white glove service or everything to be brought out on a silver lined tray. I do expect service-with a smile, with s customer focused attitude and just to be nice. No smile. No focus. Half hearted being nice. When I informed them that there had been a simple mistake and my ok was forgotten they more or less told me to get it myself at the grab and go box. Which oddly enough our cashier who was the assistant trainer neglected to mention the system of the "get it yourself oj". Mediocre service at best... Side note Panera usually has classical music playing in the background this is the third time no music was playing leaving the ambiance void of comfort...it's like the beetles without the vocals...bad news bears!

Writing a review makes me crave some broc and cheddar soup and a bbq chicken chop salad, with a wildberry smoothie. my fav!

Pretty normal Panera. Nice space inside, clean facility. Kind of a pain to get to being on the corner in a strip mall. I think the ambiance of Panera is better, but for better food and drink choices (and a price savings) I prefer Einsteins.

It looks healthy and flavorful, but the roast beef was grey and covered in fat. Likewise, the tomato and basil soup was so rich, it tasted unhealthy. Lastly, the cookie was terrible. All in all, I was pretty disappointing in the quality of the food.

Food meets expectations but the customer service sucks. The customer service person we placed an order with made us feel *very* unwelcome. He mumbled in asking us our options, didn't answer when we asked questions, and made it clear he was not interested in talking. Very very rude. I wish I had complained to the management right away. Oh well. Won't go here again.
