I love this Long Horn! I sit at the bar mostly, but the service is awesome! The food is always right on point as well! Management is friendly and the bartender Jessica is my favorite:)

It wouldn't give me the option of no stars so they get one. It was the very worst service I've ever had in any restaurant in any city. I actually thought my server was stoned because of the many many mistakes. And the food is nothing what soever to brag about. When we told the manager about the no salads no bread then frozen bread still forgotten salad after 2nd reminder. They weren't even busy. And then we tell the manager all this and more and she gives my son-in-law a free appetizer coupon with the purchase of an entrée to use within the next three weeks. Is she kidding. How about knock off some of the money for the food we didn't even get this place is pitiful and we will never come back. And the worst margarita I've ever tasted. Maybe they gave me a lemonade with salt on the glass. I don't know. It just didn't taste like a margarita. We will not be back.

I like the flavor mixtures here. A bit different than other steak chains, but still a steak chain.

Pleasantly surprised! My fiancé and I visited last night, hungry for steak. We started with the Texas Tunion to share, and it was plenty big for both of us. The salads came out just as we finished, myself with the house with balsamic and him the caesar. I wish there had been more dressing, but i do like a well dressed salad. Our entrees came perfectly timed as we finished our salads. We both ordered the 20oz porterhouse medium rare. I love a good bloody steak and was not disappointed. Both perfect and well seasoned.

Always great food, but earlier tonight it was the service that stole the show. I had ordered a 6 oz filet, food came out in a timely manner, everything looked good, But... When I went to cut into my steak, I noticed it was definitely NOT a filet - it looked good, appeared to be cooked to my order, it just wasn't the cut of steak I had ordered (and was going to be expected to pay for when the check came). I gently and politely asked my server if my steak was a filet and she looked for a second then said, "Nope, not even close. I am very sorry. I will take care of it." I was happy, I figured she was off to exchange that steak for a filet. I don't ever expect everything to be perfect. What matters more to me is how someone handles a problem when it does arise. Longhorn Steakhouse did a fabulous job of handling my problem. In a couple of minutes, the manager visits our table, apologizes for the mistake, and goes on to tell my wife and me that both of our entire dinners for the evening were on the house - AND - she presented us with gift cards for a free appetizer and BOGO entrees for our next visit. Most impressive. Nice way to handle a problem when it popped up. When my replacement filet arrived, it was delivered by the manager and was cooked perfectly. Yes, I will definitely be going back. Not only was the food delicious, but when we did have an issue - they went above and beyond to make it right.

I love Longhorn Steakhouse. I especially love their new brown butter tilapia and shrimp. I have had it at the Castleton, Trader's Point, and Washington St. locations. They have never dissapointed me. This is a place to bring the whole family. They have something on their menu for everybody.

I reviewed this establishment about 2 months ago and we were SORELY disappointed. We had many issues and didn't think we would ever return. Fast forward to today... My husband and I decided to visit this same location again to see if improvements had been made as promised. In short, positive changes have indeed been made and we are very impressed. Basically every issue we had previously has been resolved! The ladies restroom was clean, well stocked and smelled nice as if it has recently been attended to. Our waitress was new, she said this was her second week total, first week solo. She was very attentive and friendly. We felt very welcome and at ease around her. Our salads were very fresh, crunchy, cold and not discoloured at all. The main stars of the meal (besides my husband, wink, wink) were the steaks. I got a filet with lobster tail, my husband gotthe white cheddar bacon stuffed filet with a side of macaroni and cheese. Both meals tasted amazing and were expertly cooked to our requests (medium well and well done.) The steaks had been seasoned this time and did not need any additional sauces. My lobster tail was not over cooked at all and practically melted under my fork as did our steaks. His macaroni was perfectly gooey and cheesey. Over all, I would return again and again so long as the service and food quality remained the same. We are both so very happy and thankful to see and experience the changes made.Thank you Longhorn staff for taking our suggestions to heart and correcting them.

Yum! Our meal was delicious! Parmesan crusted asparagus as a starter was the bomb! Excellent! Our server, Eric, was exceptionally nice and efficient! The entire meal was scrumptious! We'll definitely go back!

Okay so my service was great. Hostess was nice and pleasant as well as my server. The thing is I get Longhorn and Outback mixed up. I'm not a big fan of Longhorn. I ordered chicken fingers with fries and that was $11.99 for the small portion. The small portion is about 8 small tenders. Don't expect big crispy tenders either. Oh and if you ask for cheese on your fries, thats extra. As expected! Ha! The complimentary bread is good. And it's a good atmosphere.

Let me first say that I've had a delicious steak at Longhorn Steakhouse before, but it takes a lot more than a correctly cooked cut of meet to get a 5 star from this Yelper. First off this place always appears to be short staffed as tables need bussed, there is usually a wait when it doesn't appear busy, and service is usually slow. The spicy Wild West shrimp appetizer is delicious as is the Firecracker Chicken Wraps but more than once my chicken wraps have either been burned or the filling is undercooked. They offer good cuts of meat, the filet and New York are top notch but the sirloin is just as great and easier on the wallet. The challenge is getting a correct cook, I'm a rare eater and it's usually more medium. My last visit I ordered food to go and the tomato soup was $7 a bowl and barely 1/3 of the container was full ( note picture ) and again my beloved chicken wraps were undercooked, thank goodness for my toaster oven. Good flavors but they need to step up their service game!!

THE best steak I've ever wrapped my lips around! Always! I've never been disappointed, the quality is consistent as is the service!

Good service and the stake was medium just as ordered. I recommend the restaurant. The restaurant is community minded. They sponsor Boy Scout breakfasts and supply everything and keep nothing.

Good food....but service has been declining for months. It's a shame the management cannot get a handle on this. I'll look for a new place to eat steak!

BLACKBERRY ICED TEA! Salads w/ Housemade Dressings steaks...not memorable but at least my filet was tender

Service is horrible today. Waitress is more concerned with talking to coworkers to notice empty drinks. Ordered salads with meal (20 mins ago) and still no salads. Seems that attention is lacking....

I'm going to give 4 stars for the food and 2 stars for the service. They don't seem to understand the concept of getting tables cleaned and available for people waiting over a half hour to be seated. And once seated, I don't want to be treated like the restaurant has never been busy before. We had to ask twice for drink refills and our second order of bread didn't come until after we finished our dinners. Also, the guy cleaning tables looked totally pissed off every time someone left and he had to get it ready. He was not a happy employee. The bright spot was the food. We tried a limited time special dinner for 2 for $29.99. We got the spinach dip with chips which was delicious. Full size too. They didn't skimp with a smaller portion just because it was a special. We both received salads which were normal garden salads. We each got the 8oz sirloin and both were cooked perfectly medium. It looks like if you order off the menu, the prices are high, but I can't comment on the portions for those meals. The deal we got was an excellent one. Food was great, service needs some work.
