The place is very nice but the service could be better. Visiting from Chicago a friend recommended this place. We felt the place offers a lot of fun things to do, good atmosphere. We decided to see a movie the server was very nice but she clearly needed help. It took over 20 minutes to order a drink and food. It took another 25 minutes to get the drinks and by the time we got the food it was cold. We had our drink but hardly touched the food. If they had proper support I am sure our experience would have been better.

I was not here too long w/ hubby, but this seemed like a really cool place. Yes, it a Dave and Busters for adults, but a bit more than that. They have all this stuff to do: movies, bowling, games, comedy, live music...wow. we only had drinks and desserts during a late nite social event, but I think we would come back to have a play-date sometime soon.

Too many kids. No thanks. $45 per hour for two people to bowl. No thanks. Ordered drinks. Not food. Saw the food. Didn't love the overcooked food I witnessed coming to tables. Again. No thanks. Cool atmosphere at the bar though. So if you're looking for a spot where people can play games, bowl, and hang out with live music (at least it was on a Sat night) then this is your spot.

I like the atmosphere - nice big screen for watching the Pacers. But the burger was clearly of the frozen GFS variety, and I paid $1.50 to upgrade to sweet potato fries, which were mediocre (too fried and salty) and included about 10 fries per order. Bleh. 4 stars for ambiance, 1 star for food. Probably an ok place to be if you're already drunk when you get here.

This place is a joke. I don't usually leave reviews and frankly I wouldn't have left this had they taken care of things. My first visit it took forever for the waiter to come and take our order which I just chalked up to a bad night and this is totally not the worst of my experience. I took the survey on my receipt and was supposed to get four free tickets to the comedy club for doing it, which I never got. Now for the worst of my experience, I went back because they advertised on their Facebook page that they were going to have an American horror story premiere party with giveaways and a special theme menu. According to the add the doors opened at 8:30. Arrived at 8:20, they didn't open the theater until 9:06 and then said there would not be any servers and the lights would be off for about 20 minutes, so still no going in the theater. Once finally in the theater NONE of the events promised were available. The waitress came to take our order, no problem there, but brought us or bill before we even got our appetizer and was very pushy through the whole show trying to get us to cash out. I have emailed them twice about these events and commented on their Facebook, I have gotten no response and all they did was delete my comment on Facebook. They had the same event advertised for the walking dead premiere and posted pictures actually did what they said for that event. Haven't had a good experience and they're customer service is terrible they seem to have no desire to help or try to make customers happy.

There's a 99.9% chance I danced with your dad, divorced old uncle or any other father figure you can dream up on New Year's Eve. Don't be mad. I had no choice. It appeared that 80% of the attendees were 40 and over (not that this is old, maybe just a wee bit out of my typical age range for making dancing pals). We contemplated leaving at 10 because of the low attendance, but by midnight either the place was bustling or the amount of alcohol I had consumed made the number of attendees appear to multiply. One more interesting number for reference: Pregnant women cited in bar = 3. Seemed like a high ratio for the number general attendees. I have officially made it sound like I have a thing against those over the age of 40 and pregnant. Forgive me. This isn't the case - just not the scene we were expecting. Pros: -good drink prices and friendly bartenders -fun DJ -nice bathrooms -large venue - perfect for parties Cons: -small dance floor -bartenders had a hard time keeping up (circular bar shape might be a factor in this?) -it might be possible that I have a little chip on my shoulder for venues that try to offer it all (for example, restaurants that claim they specialize in steak, Chinese and Italian all under one roof - hohum. I'm not convinced).

A friend and I went the other to check this place out and have lunch. We sat in a booth and while we were waiting for the server, I believed a manager came over to see if we had been taken care of. We said no and she got drinks for us and the server showed up and apologized with why she hadn't attended to us sooner. My friend ordered a Blackened Ahi Salad based on our server's recommendation and I got a grilled chicken sandwich. We both liked our meals. Afterwards, we checked out the game area, the bowling lanes, the live theater and the bar upstairs. As we were looking around, a guy (manager perhaps) who was behind the bar talked to us and gave us four free passes to see a comedy show. How nice! All he asked was that we let other people know about the comedy shows they have. Later that evening, after dinner, my girlfriends and I wanted to go to a bar to chat and I suggested Latitude 39. We sat over at a high top by the bar by the restaurant. Our server was very nice an attentive. Some of the girls got desserts and/or drinks, I just go water and we had no problem hanging there for 3 hours. Overall, both my experiences were great. The place is bigger than it appears, has 3 bar areas, multiple bowling lanes, an game area, a spacious live theater, 2 pool tables, various places to lounge, and soon a movie theater that they server you food at your seats.

Decided to splurge on court side seats for the Pacer game...and came here for dinner... well....it did not turn out so well. My Veal Chop was WAY over salted...and my dates filet was way overcooked... However......Chris (I believe his name) demonstrated how to deal with problems. This place was packed with everyone wanting to leave at exactly the same time to make the game....the kitchen was stressed. Chris' response was to sit down at the table...take full responsibility...remove the items from the bill...and offer a desert after the game. Outstanding ! The denouement after the game ( Pacers lose)....manager actually recognized us...and re-offered the deserts ! Nice indeed. Sooo...I will of course go back due to the managers actions...because problems happen...and they were dealt with expertly and with class.

Went to a cheap movie ($5) and ordered food. It was a bit weird eating in the dark, but it was pretty tasty bar food. The chicken wrap was grilled on the outside, and had a nice crunch with the lettuce inside. Plus you can have tots for an extra $1.50... Gotta love tator tots.

OMG! Where do I begin? This is such a nice place for a date. I have been here several times and it hasn't gotten old yet. There are a lot of options and things to do. I think they put the top things to do on a date all in one place. Bowling, arcade, restaurant, bar, live music, movie, comedy show.. Or if you are not on a date and you are just hanging out with your friends, you can definitely come and enjoy a sports game on their huge TV screens and beer. I love the ambiance. The service is good. The food was okay, nothing special. The drinks and arcade games were pricey. You definitely would want to come when they have a special going on. This place does have that Dave and Buster feel but for adults, however, their prize selection in the arcade were gear towards children. I guess you have to be a kid at heart to absolutely love this place.

It will be interesting to see how this place does because it offers so much. Latitude 39 is a bowling alley, arcade, bar, restaurant, comedy club and live music venue. From a brand identity standpoint, I would imagine it would be difficult to be "all things to all people" and to do all of those things well. Anyway, I came here to eat dinner because I had never been here before. The bar was dead on Sunday afternoon, which was surprising because all of the other bars in the area were crowded due to the Manning vs. Manning (Broncos-Giants) game. I liked the layout of the bar, although it was a little dark for the afternoon. It is far enough way from the bowling alley and arcade that you don't hear the noise accompanying those areas. On the second floor, there is a nice room with its own bar for private banquets. The bar had about 8 beers on tap. The bartender was nice and he handled requests quickly. I ordered a cheeseburger and a side of fruit (they offer many side options other than fries). The food was good, although it was a dollar or two more than other sports bars in the area. I heard that Wednesday night is their most popular night because of their 39 cent Coors Light special.

I came here for a company department party, and we bowled, ate pizza and cookies, drank, and played arcade games. I had a BLAST, but full disclosure that I didn't pay for any of it, and I have no idea what the dance floor or restaurant itself is like. I would definitely come back here on my own with friends, though. We went on a Thursday night, so it wasn't crowded at all. The pizza and cookies were surprisingly delicious (I guess I'm used to normal bowling alleys with mediocre food and without actual restaurants). The music was the perfect volume to dance while bowling (okay that was mostly just me) and still hold conversations. And the service the entire time was fantastic. The arcade has all the fun games except DDR, so similar to Dave & Buster's. For my prizes I got with game tickets (which are tracked on a card now instead of actual tickets, oh man technology!) I chose huge star glasses and a silicone duck with an afro. That duck is now named Quinton and is our department mascot. So yeah, I'd say it was a fun time!

This is not a fine dining establishment but I considered it more of a family outing. The only other similar establishment that I've been to which I would consider comparable would be Incredible Pizza. Yes, I do realize there are others which would be a better comparison, but I've not been to them. Latitude 360 is head and shoulders above the latter!! I went with my significant other and his twin 9 year-old daughters. The evening consisted of lots of arcade games, bowling and dinner. I found the facility to be clean, and having never been there, I had no issue finding my way around. The twins had a great time playing games and all four of us bowled. We ordered food while bowling, and although the quality was lacking, it was what we'd expect from this type of venue. The service was outstanding!! The food was delivered promptly and was as ordered. Our server, Kristen was attentive even though she had several parties. It was 8:30 on a busy Saturday evening and she did a fantastic job. We ordered different items at different times and the food was delivered by the server, a kitchen staffer, and a food runner. One even apologized for our wait, but we didn't feel we had waited long at all. Overall, we had a great time! We'll probably have dinner before coming as the food was the only thing we didn't really enjoy. Thanks for a fun Saturday night Latitude 360!!

I have been to latitude three times. First time i loved it and really thought it would go far. Second time the place felt off and gave me a vibe that no one cared. Last night was my third time and nothing has change, and it might have gotten worse. No one greeted my family and I at the front door. Theres a podium like someone is suppose to be there, but no one was. When we got to the front desk it took a while for the people to acknowledge us. The lady on her phone had to tell another employee to help us. He got us a lane. The show rental guy was the friendliest person there smiling and wishing us luck and to have fun. We sat and got ready. It took a while for a server to come, but it was busy. Food and drinks took some time to come out, but we didn't mind because of the bowling. My family and I noticed pool tables upstairs, and were to go to the front desk to ask about pricing. I go and they ask for my I.D. They keep it in exchange for the equipment. I took my little brother up with me. We were about to start when another employee came and told us it was 21 and over upstairs. My I.D says I am 17 when I got it, and shows when I will be 21. There were no signs indicating upstairs was 21 and up either. I thanked the man who told me and returned to the desk. I asked for my I.D back and the lady said she will get someone to get it for me. I wait for a minute. Someone finally came, the one who originally took it, and he asks the lady to move so he could grab it. She was right in front of it but she was to busy on her phone to grab it. Its a shame a place like this doesn't have the staff it should. The place is amazing but the people working there could use some training in hospitality.

I have watched bands in the Axis Lounge a few times. Overall this place is ok. The staff worry about the loudness of the band due to the open atmosphere. I feel that it's not too loud. The food is typical bar food. I had a buffalo chicken wrap and sweet potato fries. It was pretty good. The drinks are good and reasonably priced.

This place is...um...interesting. Tons of police and security as you enter is kind of off putting as is the $5 cover charge after 10pm on Saturday. Upon making my way inside I quickly lost 75% of the interest I had while parking. Perhaps I had over hyped the place in my mind, which is easy to do seeing as I can not only eat and drink but also bowl and play games all in the same place?! Hmm... The YAYs!: - lots of televisions so if you are interested in watching a sporting event or the like, you can't turn in any direction without being in eye shot of a tv. Big screens at the end of all the bowling lanes is nice. - plenty of security if you are worried that someone may try to steal your gaming card and your tickets! - very clean restrooms. - after 10pm on Saturday it is 21+. I like kids but I like kids that are forced to stay home even more! - Happy Hour and bowling specials throughout the week. The NAYs!: - $5 cover charge? Not sure the purpose of that seeing as I am about to spend an arm and a leg trying to stay entertained here. - drink prices are outrageous! $6.50 for a Gin & Tonic in a baby size glass. Please. - games are pricey to play. $1=5 points and most games cost at least 5 points and could top out around 10 points. - prizes are geared more for children. - smallest dance floor ever with some dead space between the bar and the restaurant area that should be utilized with more tables or to utilize as more dancing room. - IT IS SUPER LOUD. I don't really like shouting over my dinner. - bar staff are rude and slow. I get grumpy when we make eye contact and you can see I am waiting but help four other people before me. I probably won't subject myself to this place ever again unless maybe I was in the area and really hankering to go bowling AND I was able to get there for a bowling special.

Latitude 39 is a new entertainment venue/restaurant in Indianapolis, Indiana that offers everything from skeeball to pizza. One could truly be entertained for hours at Latitude 39 as they have an arcade, bowling alley, cinema, sports theater, bar with live music, and more. Latitude 39 can be thought of as a Dave & Busters on steroids that is also a little more upscale. It is family-friendly throughout the day, but I am told you have to be over twenty-one to be there after 10 pm. Latitude 39s restaurant menu fits the theme of the facility by being large and offering a lot of variety, but I obviously had to try to their individual hand stretched pizzas. Their pizzas were very thin, but they had a good amount of flavor and grease. I enjoyed my pepperoni pizza better than my wife's margherita pizza as they were both greasy, and grease fits a pepperoni pizza much better than a margherita one in my opinion. They have a nice pizza oven at Latitude 39, and I think that shows in how well the crust is cooked. I am comfortable recommending Latitude 39 as nice spot on the northside of Indianapolis for some entertainment and good food.

I thought I would pass along some feedback regarding two recent visits. Last Thursday, the VP of my department brought his wife for dinner. They ordered a bottle of wine, of which the waiter took twenty minutes to look for and was unable to locate. The second bottle they requested met with the same fate and was unable to be located. By this time, the VP and his wife had already eaten most of their meal. I believe that they spoke with the bar manager before they left that evening and although they understand that it was opening night, they were a bit disappointed to have not been able to enjoy a glass with their meal. Secondly, I brought my family to play a little while and received a tour. We played a game of bowling and although I didn't win, we still had a great time. The lanes are enjoyable but the background music/tv was so loud, I had to shout quite a bit to be heard. I also thought that $35 per lane for one hour of bowling not including shoes is just a little pricey. That being said, the one thing I definitely want to mention is that the service we received the entire time we were there was impeccable. Every one of the employees that we interacted with had a smile and a pleasant demeanor. Even my VP mentioned how everyone that worked that night he was there was pleasant and courteous and had a ready apology. This is exactly what will make us return. If there is one thing that we detest the most is being made to feel like we are a nuisance by the very people that are hired by an establishment to provide "customer service". Pricey or not, good service will always bring me back.

Pros - the bass was *bumpin* during the DJ's set. That's the only pro, and yeah, I meant it sarcastically. This is the sort of place that some people will love. I'm just not one of those people. Reasons why some people will like this place: *If you like to wear Affliction t-shirts that are too tight or maybe a sweet Under Armor hoodie when you go out, you'll feel right at home playing pool upstairs (2 tables!) or sitting in the sports viewing area ($5.00 cover to watch an MMA bout). *If you like old school rap played at an insanely high volume by a DJ that holds the microphone right up to his mouth and yells into it (meaning you can't understand 95% of what he's saying) then you will love this place. *If you like the games at Dave & Buster's, you'll like the arcade area. *The bowling lanes look nice and I could see coming here to drink and bowl with friends, but probably not with the super loud music and the crowd here. If you really like to bowl, you might like it here. There were a ton of employees working on Saturday night, and most of them were friendly. The service was hit or miss, some of the employees clearly have no idea what they are doing. Can't operate the cash register, have to go and ask a manager basic questions, etc. I ordered a Ketel One and tonic and was asked "A Cattle what?"....I thought maybe the server couldn't hear me because of the loud music so I repeated it. She told me that they didn't have it. I asked her what other vodkas they serve and she didn't know. Then she asked me what sort of vodka I had ordered and could I spell it....she would go ask the bartender. She brought back a vodka & tonic that tasted like discount vodka and said it was definitely Ketel One. It wasn't, but oh well. Their website says that they are a "luxury destination". Ummm......sure they are.

I visited Latitude 39 on a Friday night around 7pm and stayed until about midnight. We were meeting some friends who were in from out of town and this sounded like a good option to entertain everyone. Upon arrival we were greeted by a hostess at the door who was very friendly and directed us towards the restaurant area. It really gave a very nice first impression. Our waitress was very nice, helpful, and quick on her feet. We ordered some chicken nachos to get started. They were delicious! I'm normally not a nacho person. They used diced ingredients and liquid nacho cheese so no chip was really left "untopped". This was plenty of food for a table of 4 to share (probably up to 6). I had the oven fried calzone and it was pretty good. It was a little greasy, but overall it was enjoyable. Others are the table enjoyed their chicken caesar salad, lime chipotle shrimp tacos, and buffalo chicken wrap. There were no complaints. There is a large variety of foods from pasta, to sandwiches (burgers and wraps) and tacos and pizza. I had several martinis (pomegranate/mango and then an appletini) both were very good. When we finished dinner we visited the arcade section of the venue. There seemed to be a good variety of games, but not a ton. The most exciting thing was the ski-ball and the 4-person air hockey table. The games seem a little overpriced. Some games take 10 points for as little as the claw game or a "cut the rope" to get an electronic item. However, the motorcycle races were only 3.8 points. So, you figure that one out. We didn't play any bowling, but we did spend some time in the bar. It was overall a good atmosphere with a lot of energy. By the time we left things were getting pretty busy. It was interesting because there were then two police officers stationed at the door. I'm not sure it this is a normal thing, but it was a little concerning that the need might be there.

Slow service and average food. It took 1 hr and 15 min to get our appetizers and 1 personal pizza!! And apart from that they were charging us extra. I would not recommend this place for food! But apart from the restaurant and bar area...the game place is pretty chill.

A fantastic place. I brought a family of five on a Thursday night and we had a great time. Service was above average. Food was average. Loved the layout of the building, the music and the giant screens.

It was opening night so I am sure that they are ironing a few things out, so this review is a reflection of my service tonight and the business model itself. I gave this place 3 stars because I am rating the whole place and not just the food and food service which would get 5 stars from me. The food was good. I enjoyed the food, despite the dining room being too dim (some seats didn't have light at all, but I imagine they are working on that. I had a rib-eye dinner with green beans and a salad. Everything was pretty good, and the surprise winner of the night was the 'boom boom shrimp' which I bought on a whim because of its terrible name. It reminded me of crunchy/spicy shrimp tempura with spicy mayo. We also had the seared Ahi appetizer, which was a little over seasoned, but good, and the fish was a decent cut. My boyfriend got the flank steak, and he said it was pretty good. They had a decent beer selection (not great, but some Indiana staples, which is good) on draft and bottle selection. Noting that they didn't have a whiskey/whisky list. The building itself seems nice enough, but its all very cold/lighting is just 'chilly' and not inviting or comfortable. It seems like a giant sports bar that happens to have an arcade and a bowling alley in it. It doesn't seem very woman friendly or kid friendly, which usually wouldn't bother me for a sports bar, but I don't think this place bills itself as a sports bar. This is not a place I would feel comfortable coming to drink with my friends. The bars aren't inviting or warm. Everything is open/big and there are televisions on practically every surface that there aren't giant screens on. There's a nice room in the main dining area that has shelves for what I assume will be top shelf offerings, but for now they are populated with regular bar fare. I will be interested to see what ends up there if I return. The arcade has nice, new machines in it, but there are very few that are actually interesting to me (as an arcade lover) , though I imagine a lot of people will like the selection. They have a good balance between regular games and redemption games. If someone in charge reads this, you should get a DJ Max Technika machine, I know some people that would fill your place up. The bowling alley looks nice and new. The movie theater also looks very comfortable, and once it opens it could be a nice date night if there isn't noise filtering in from the main area. My only real complaint is that they have some noise issues, between piping music through the place, the sports sound, the bowling and the live band somewhat over the top. The place the band was stationed wasn't very acoustically sound, and being in the middle of the building, the band sounded pretty bad (which was not their fault, they were decent) because of the acoustics of the bar in the big open space. It was jarring, to say the least. I'm excited to see what they do with the 'live venue' aspect of it despite the fact that there is an LED screen in there that could blind you if you walked by it with your eyes closed. Overall, the food is good but the atmosphere is cold and loud. I imagine a lot of people will like it, its probably just not the place for me. I'm not really sure what the target audience is for this place, and my worry is that they aren't either. I can understand the idea of needing to be many things, but it seems like the planning team made this place a big sports bar, which should do well in Indy, I imagine.

The food was decent and decently priced. However, our server was completely incompetent. Our group waited 20 minutes for our server, Kamal, to take our drink and appetizer order. 10-15 minutes later, he walked by and said our drinks and appetizers were ready and he'd bring them right out. Another 20 minutes passed before he actually brought our drinks. At this point we were all ready to order food, but he walked away. It was another 20-30 minutes before he came back to take our food orders. The food came out within a reasonable time frame, but he screwed up one of the side orders. Some time later, he came to check on drinks, at which point everyone was empty, and when we needed a few minutes to decide, it took him another 15 minutes to come back. He then asked how the checks were split, instead of asking at the beginning. Kamal then had an attitude when we tried to explain to him how to split the checks, AFTER he asked how we wanted it split. Note to server: you should realize your mistakes and poor attitude then APOLOGIZE to the people paying for your service. The absolute lack of tips you received was completely deserved. If I could give Kamal 0 stars, I would. The food itself was good.

Got a Groupon for tickets to the Cinegrill. Decided to go with the bf on a Thursday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. First of all, there are only two or three options for movies, and they were movies that are already on demand or DVD. It took a while for someone to attend us when we went up to the counter to get the tickets. They did not explain the process to us at all and then left after giving us the tickets. After going in, we were confused how the ordering process worked since they did not explain it to us. We were looking for buttons to call the waitress, and after finding no such buttons and seeing no waitress, we got up to find someone to ask. It was hard to find someone, and when we did she said the waitress would come to us. So we went back in to sit down. It took us a while to be seen and we were given no menus. I asked her if the margaritas were $5 since I had seen that on the bathroom stall, and she did not know and had to go ask. When she came back she said they were, so we ordered one each. When they came, they were watered down and not very good. I am giving it such a low review because the process was so confusing and nobody explained it and the people working there didn't seem to know what was going on either. The only positives were that the waitress while unknowledgeable was courteous, and the older gentlemen at the front greeting and explaining the different stations inside was nice. Would not go back. If you want a good dine-while-you-watch-a-movie experience, try the Studio Movie Grill instead.

Went here for lunch with a couple of colleagues and had a good time. Service was friendly, the guacamole was delicious and I really liked my salad! Was I blown away? No, but I would go back here if I were in the Castleton area and wanted a place that offered both entertainment, dining and a bar.

There are still some start-up bumps in the operation. You are swamped by greeters (who are pushing tours) and valets at the door, employees tend to "gaggle" at their stations, and employees are frequently unprepared to answer unexpected questions. I phoned in a couple of nights ago to ask about reservations for the two live shows advertised in Nuvo. The first person I talked to did not know anything about them and had to check with her manager twice on general questions such as ability to make reservations. She finally came back with the answer that they didn't take reservations for small groups (mine would have been for 2 people). I was left with the impression that the place was open and with generally open seating. That was disproved when I stopped in Friday evening (January 11th). At that time, I was informed that the live entertainment area was not open. Contrary to the Nuvo adds, the live entertainment for 8:30 on Friday - Sunday isn't happening. The room won't be ready for use until February. I stopped by in the early evening after work for drinks and munchies. It wasn't too busy at the time, and, unlike the earlier reviewer's experience, the service was prompt and attentive. We had the buffalo wings, crab/spinach dip, and the boom boom shrimp. The wings were meaty and well done. The dip was somewhat bland (I wouldn't recommend). The shrimp were very good Will return. Hopefully, it will overcome the start up humps.

It's pretty darn sad that on their first day of being opening this placed already ticked me off. Their big opening was on the same day as another restaurant close by and I got confused because I thought the place I was going to was inside of Latitude 39 because I thought it was a bunch of bars and entertainment places in one. The people at the door were really nice, but when they led me into the restaurant I was greeted by a hostess or manager with a serious attitude. I explained that I had a VIP card and handed it to her. I also told her that I had emailed someone about it. She said "First of all, I'v never heard of this woman in my life and I have no idea what you're talking about. This pass is for Drake's, this is Latitude 39." I apologized and said "I know this is Latitude 39, I thought Drake's was inside of it. Can you direct me to their place?" "Yeah, it's outside." She said. I asked her to be more specific. "It's down the road" she said and pointed to the door. She was blunt, rude, short, and completely unhelpful. I already felt like a moron because I was in the wrong place but you don't act like a jerk to someone on your first day of being open. She ruined my night and put me in a bad mood on a day that I should have been enjoying myself. If my friends decide to go here sometime I will probably go and give them another shot, but I don't think I'll both if it's on my own accord. There was no reason at all to be so crappy to me. It does make me laugh though that they already have a ton of bad reviews. Go figure.

This space is impressive. Watched an IU NCAA game in the sports bar area which had great views and sound. My only concern is there were more people working in this area than were customers. Food was very good for what we paid and the selection was great as well. Huge areas for watching games on TV. Bowling lanes looked nice and there was a decent crowd for a saturday afternoon. Kind of like a grown up Dave and Busters. Will definetly consider coming back for the right event. Can see families having a very good time here but mom and dad not feeling like they are not at chuckie cheese.

I feel like I should start this by saying the night ended well, and that was about it. A friend of mine saw the advertisement for their big New Year's Eve party and we all thought it sounded like a great time. We arrived around 9:30 and were surprised to see children running around. Thankfully, children cleared out around 10. However, the DJ they hired was not what I was expecting for a New Year's Eve gathering. The music was very old school, but not terrible after some drinks. However it was waaaaay too loud. If we would have had more information from the start, we would have gone somewhere else for sure. However with it already getting late by this point and not being prepared to pay a cover charge for somewhere else we just stayed. And drank. A lot. However, the drinking a lot would have been much easier had we been able to get service at the bar. It was extremely slow, and every time I (or one of my friends) told them we had an open tab they somehow couldn't pull it up in their system so we had to get the card out every time, defeating the whole point of being able to open a tab. On the plus side drink prices weren't horrible for an Indy bar. So like I said from the start, the night did end up being fun- mainly because of the people I was there with, not necessarily because of the venue itself.

First visit to Latitude 360 tonight for a comedy show. The comics were wonderful. The service was not. Our server did the thing where he takes 10 orders and doesn't write anything down. Which is impressive when it works and extremely annoying when it doesn't. Half of my order was never rung in. The part that made me come write a review was the fact that there were two extremely loud tables talking at full volume during the show. I'm not a prude and I get that people will chat but the volume coming from these tables was so distracting. I asked a staff member to ask them to quiet down which never happened. When checks arrived, one table was apparently unhappy with what they'd been charged and had a loud conversation with thier server. Next, a manager was called to the table. He proceeded to have another loud conversation with the table while the comic was on stage. Incredibly frustrating for the other patrons and probably for the performers as well. Comedy venue staff need to be able to handle rowdy guests so the whole area doesn't have their night ruined.

I want this place to do well because they do offer so much but there are a lot of downfalls. Our first experience was strange because we walked in and were immediately given free tickets to the comedy and dinner theater. Cool. You sit down, order dinner and then watch some very uncomfortable and bad comedians. I'm sorry, but those are the facts. Then we get the check and they charge us for the show, so we have to do the run around to prove we were practically escorted into the show. We went another time for my husband's birthday. We had dinner in the bar area, delicious food. Our waiter was fantastic and even brought candles and a lighter for the cake I brought with us! Then we bowled a few rounds, it was great! BUT I think the reason it was so great was because it was pretty much just our group. It was Tuesday night which calls for 39 cent Coors Light. Now the third time we went was to see My Yellow Rickshaw's first performance there and it's a great space for bands. But the crowd was full of drunk 40 somethings grinding all ups on .... shiiiiiver. Do your thang but I don't want to have to watch. Then there were some sketchy tweens hanging around the arcades and I was surprised because I thought on a Saturday night it was 18 and older.. or maybe I just wished it was. I'll definitely keep going on Tuesdays... but that will probably be it.

It puts Dave & Busters to shame. The place is massive. Huge screens like as if you're in Vegas, movie theater, bowling alley, arcade, pool table, live dj, bar, restaurant, etc. Pros: The entrees are priced right The dj plays all kinds of music (dance, hip-hop, electronica etc) There's always something for everyone regardless of age The machines at the arcade game area are new, expensive and fun Huge screens for sports fanatics They have celebration packages Cons They don't have a decent selection of wine They only serve cheap prosecco for "champagne" The food taste average...nothing special The prizes for the arcade game is just ok

Service was great for our dinner and a movie date. We arrived early so we hit a few games in the arcade. Can't go wrong with skee ball! Our waitress was friendly and made sure our drinks were always full. The build your own burger was so so in the flavor department. Overall I enjoyed my visit and would go back again, next time with the kids.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews for any place, but Latitude deserves it. Upon arrival my waitress stood over me asking for a drink order before I even had my coat off or sat my bag down. I asked her to give me a minute and come back later and she clearly didn't like to hear that. She persistently bothered me till I picked a drink then disappeared. When I finally decided what food I wanted it took me 15 min to find her and hail her down. Doing simple things like asking for a water caused her to show just how much I was wasting her time. I couldn't believe it! 40 min later I finally get my salad and this is the first time she has approached my table since taking my order. I have no silver wear or napkin and it is another 15 before she comes back to my table so I can ask her for it. I get a fork but never a napkin. While sitting here staring at my food I realize my salad is also missing two of its 6 components. Another 15 for my receipt... Another 15 to get my card back.... Great location. Fun games. HORRIBLE service. The ONLY nice thing I have to say about this place was the entertainment. They had a DJ with a guitarist and sax. Everyone in here was moving.

I never would have thought of hosting a conference here, but it worked. The lobby and bar are easy to transform into vendor space and the auditorium is great for a keynote. The table setup (opposed to classroom/theater setups) enabled mixing and mingling. I'm intrigued to come back in an evening and check out the bowling, games and - of course - the cocktails at the bar.

First visit here for a kid function this past Sunday. The venue is large with separate spaces dedicated for bowling, arcade games, and dining. I caught a glimpse of what appeared to be a bar but alas no drinking on this occassion. A brunch buffet consisting of silver dollar pancakes, bacon, and scrambled eggs were served. The eggs were nearly inedible and the pancakes and bacon were so-so. Best part of the buffet was the coffee after the sleepless night I had. The bowling area looked nice and there were big projection screens at the end of the alleys. The arcade area had a fair amount of games but sadly we were limited to a handful that were turned on for this function so only "played" one which was a flight simulator I sat in to experience fans blowing air on my face and being shaken so much that I felt I was having convulsions. Perhaps kids enjoy that sensation? I would go here again to go bowling perhaps but unlikely to eat.

The ghetto crowd has arrived. So this place would be wonderful if the rif-raf (yes I did just use rif-raf as a descriptive factor) would have not been there, it just brought the taste level down to almost nothing. This is NOT A KID FRIENDLY PLACE, if you are concerned with your children hearing other 10 and 13 years olds talking about "wet *****", and "big ole ******", and "gettin' sum" (I think you can fill in my blanks), while their parents are in the bar next to the arcade basically strip dancing or starting bar fights. Um, yeah I was worried my friend's kids were going to get shanked for their tickets and I couldn't wait to leave! There needs to be a dress code enforced and there needs to be some security staff presence to scare off the "rough" crowd.

Don't get me wrong the decor and attractions are perfect. Love the location, and enjoyed comedy show and NCAA March Madness on the big screen. What I didn't enjoy is the 45 minute wait on a Thursday afternoon for a Newcastle. Which I finally cancelled. The boom boom shrimp is delicious. The rest of our order never arrived so can't review the food. I would like to say this is a rare problem but I've been twice and both times food order was forgotten or never arrived. This could be a great addition to Indy. Take the time to hire competent staff and kitchen manager. They can make or break a business. Also, if you park in the lot be careful the day we were there a few smash and grabs in the middle of the day while people were watching the game. NO cameras or security. I would have assumed if the management were aware of this they would have had at least a person or two out front to monitor but no such luck. This is pretty rampant around the Castleton area and attests to a bigger problem so don't hold this one location responsible just be aware I've rarely had it this brazen as the middle of a sunny day. Improve the service and I'd love to make this a regular spot for fun.

It is fun and there are lots of things to do!! Service has been both slow and very quick as well. It does get very busy there and the pace is understandabe. Food was pretty good and menu selection nice. There was live music both times and I did enjoy that while watching basketball and dancing! Lots of polic there when left after 12. I wonder about that. I do hope the place remains clean and safe.

I have visited this place twice; once on a weekend night & once on a weekday with my family (children all under the age of 9). Here's the interesting thing... As a weekend party destination - you get everything that you or any of your 'difficult' friends could ask for! The place has GAMES, BOWLING, MUSIC (usually live), MOVIES, SPORTS & weekly special events! It's hard enough to get everyone together for a fun night out, but with this place everyone can find something to they love - not to mention they have great food, cheap drinks & music! For a family fun day - the game room is great! The kids had a blast, and for what we spent ($15/kid) they played more games than they ever could at D&B's or C.Cheese (esp because the game room is spread out and there were no lines for any of the games/rides)...GREAT PRIZE ROOM - This is where it really stood out amongst competitors, they really hook-it-up on the carnie prizes and the kids were SO excited when they saw how many items they could cash in on. Everything was clean and all of the games worked properly. (ADDED BONUS: my husband I were able to enjoy the live music, grab a drink from the full bar, distance ourselves from the lights/sounds and general chaos of a game room - all while never taking our eyes off our kids. GREAT LAYOUT !

A fun place to try out any night of the week. This place as everything from a comedy club, bowling, a movie theater, games, music, food and drinks, and TVs galore! Open during the day for all ages, or during the night for the over 21 crowd, you won't find it difficult to find something to do. The bowling alley has food and drink service with nice comfy couches to relax on and huge screens to watch sports or tv on while you bowl. The bar area offers good drink specials and often has live music playing on the weekends. If your looking for more than just bar food, they do have a full service restaurant that is set away from the music and other activities. The comedy club is a large venue that offers a full bar and menu options, most of the time you can find an offer on their web site for free tickets, with the requirement of a food/drink minimum. The staff has always been very friendly and attentive each time we have been there and there is never a lull of activity.

To be honest, I've only been here a couple of times for company events, so I can't really go one way or the other. However, when I was there, the food was pretty bad. The first time was buffet style, the second time, order off the menu. The staff is pretty friendly, but I think the place might be too big and too pricey to make it in Castleton.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a bar/restaurant/gaming center/bowling alley...comedy club, but, when I called and was greeted by a very friendly Promotional Staffer, Brittany, who offered free tickets (with no minimum drink or food purchase strings attached) I figured we had nothing to lose. Latitude 360 feels like a bar when you walk in, dark lighting and tvs ceiling to floor; and it has a lot going on in a small amount of space, but the space is segmented in a way that the areas have a seperateness to each other. We were just there for the comedy club and you could go in almost directly from the main entryway, which I was glad of. We only cared about the comedy club anyway, which was a nice sized dining area with a stage at the front. Brittany was there to greet us at the entry to the club and we went right in to a table waiting for us. The serving staff were friendly and managed well, when we wanted to move due to noisy patrons we were moved without hassle and when our server was a little slow on checking with us another one made sure we were ok. As for the comedy, the host did his job keeping us laughing and the acts were funny enough (especially for free!). We even stayed for a contest they were having and after we were rewarded with free tickets. We enjoyed an ice cold bucket of beer and and a plate of their fries. I think the bucket was about 15 bucks and you can download their menu on their website for full pricing. All I know is that the fries were fresh and seasoned just right and perfect as a bucket-chaser. Don't know about the rest of the place, but the comedy club was a good night out.

Let me start by saying the concept is great - a multitude of entertainment options while having the option of eating a great meal. The reality is much different... The service is completely lackluster and the place just feels dirty. We came here to play games, grab a nice meal and bowl. As an FYI, they use game cards that are deceivingly expensive - someone can burn through $25 in literally 30 minutes. As the kids were playing games, we decided to grab a beer - at $8.50 a pop. At least the trio dip appetizer was pretty good. We wanted to eat prior to bowling and due to the fact they were understaffed, we were put on a waiting list, was told it would be 20 minutes, and was never contacted after almost 1 1/2 hours. We finally got another appetizer (chicken nachos) after hunting down a waiter in the "deluxe" bowling area. Needless to say, this experience will be our last as this trip is costing us over $150 (for a family of 5), only to be highly disappointed.

Latitude 360 is like a "Tokens & Tickets", but a bit more modern and with lots of other things to see and do. The paper tickets have disappeared, in favor of a credit card with credits loaded onto it. The games have come a long way over the years, to the point where adults can actually play some of them and have a good time. Our son had a blast, and he walked away with a pretty cool switchblade comb. :) Seriously though, if you're coming here to "score" some awesome toys or prizes when you cash-in your winnings, you'll be disappointed. They're mostly just "landfill toys", so that's not why you should be coming. This is a place to spend some family time having fun.

I've now been to Latitude 360 twice. I refrained from reviewing it after my first experience because, honestly, I hate giving 1 star reviews after a single experience. After a second visit I feel like I am ready to comment on a couple aspects of the business. First, the space. This place has HUGE potential to be awesome. There is so much going on and so many things to do. It's actually a bit of stimulus overload. But that's great. It's how it should be. Second, and the primary reason for my low star rating, is the service. In both of my visits, customer service was sorely absent. The staff seems disinterested in helping or serving their customers. The first time I was there, the place was overflowing with people -- all ready and willing to settle in for a night of fun. Yet service was impossible to find. Now, I get they were busy and sometimes things happen. However, upon a return visit, when there were very few people in the facility, once again, service was notably absent. We placed an initial order and then, once our drinks were delivered, never saw anyone again. In fact, we had to go find someone when we were ready to leave and ask for our bill. Not good. Overall, I think this place has great potential but has some serious work to do if they want to retain customers.

This place gives you a little of everything. Bowling, live entertainment, movies, and games. We have been here several times in the last couple of months and have had a pretty good time every time. There have been a few times were service was lacking. But there are some great people, who are always helpful and friendly. The food has always been good most of the time, except for the chicken wings. Our favs are the sliders, quesadilla and onion rings. My only wish is that at 9pm it became adult only. There tends to be kids running around unsupervised and through the bar at times.

Go with a big group because it's usually hit/miss. The live bands are usually good, but this time we went the place was kind of dead. Friends bowled, I drank. There's a club that was having an EDM night, but there was less than 20 people in there so we went back out to the live band. Drinks are reasonably priced and food has been good. There's a movie theater, bowling, video game arcade and plenty of bars inside. It's definitely a place where you go with a big group of friends and play games, not the party scene.

Latitude 39 is the the place to be. I've been when it's packed and when it's just a few people standing in awe of how nice it is and wondering where the heck the people are. Not sure if they are still doing it but on Tuesdays they have/had 39 cent Coors Light drafts, and we found this out when a group of us went to their awesome bowling alley for my Birthday. Cant beat 39 cent drafts, even if it is just Coors Light. The food is GOOD. They push their comedy shows pretty hard but I still have a bad taste in my mouth from when we were offered free tickets to a show and the comedians were terrible - and it was empty in the theater which made it worse. I think this place has tons of potential between the Dave & Busters style arcade games, awesome dark hardwood bowling alley, sports bar, regular bar, live music, dine in movie theater....the list goes on. I give it a 4 stars because I've never had a bad time here, just with there were more people when I am there, so that the atmosphere has more life.

Disappointed in my most recent experience. I really just can't get into this place at all. I think it's suffering a MAJOR identity crisis for one thing but two, it's also just lacking in customer service to the fullest degree in the main bar/restaurant area. We were one of like 5 people at the bar when we arrived and were promptly ignored by FOUR bartenders who were too busy chatting with friends. Once we got seated, our party wanted to move a couple of bartops together and you would have thought we asked the waitress to remove her arm and leave it at the table for the duration of her shift. She was rude, standoffish and buzzing by SO fast you couldn't even talk to her. I was turned off immediately. Trying to kill her with kindness, I stopped her and asked her name (Chris) and proceeded to let her know we would love if she could grace us with her presence to take a few remaining drink orders. Finally, impressing us with her memory she took orders for 8 people without writing anything down. We had a feeling this would go badly and it did. My husband LITERALLY never got his meal. When asked multiple times where it was, she said "it's coming" not ONCE apologizing for the fact that it was NEVER ORDERED and since it was fish tacos, I'm sure it has to cook a set time. She acted as if she was just TOO busy to worry herself with such lowly paying customers who had her tip in their hands. I am not the type to keep quiet, especially since it was my brother-in-law's 30th and we had rented 3 lanes at a $150 a pop for two hours (stupid expensive). I don't typically bowl but it was to celebrate and that did NOT include shoes. AYFKM?!?! Racket much. I did speak to Manager Chris who apologized for Waitress Chris and bought us a round of drinks but...honestly I have NO interest in returning here for celebrations, meals, etc. in the near future. As much as I think the whole thing is "kind of cool" I just don't think they REALLY care about patrons. This is not the first time I've had shoddy experiences here and this was just too much to handle. I'm glad you are busy each weekend with those who don't mind the shitty service and the moms who come in to bowl with their kids during the day b/c loyalty is not going to keep this place in business.

Went for my birthday. Good food. I ordered the shrimp tacos. They were a little cold but delish. Great service fr my waitress Tabitha. We dined in the 360 grill. The NBA playoffs were on and there were a ton of TVs to watch and enjoy. The game room was fun too. 4 player air hockey made my night! I will be back.

I really wanted to like this place... And I'm not one to give a place a bad rating unless it's absolutely deserved. And Latitude 39 was a joke. I went tonight with a group of friends for the comedy show and had THE WORST experience. I couldn't even enjoy the show. We ordered some drinks when we first got there and it took about 15 minutes for them to bring it out. I assumed they were just backed up, no biggie. Well, it was downhill from there. It took 45 minutes for us to get our food, and one of our friends didn't get his order. When he mentioned it to our waiter, the waiter came back 15 minutes later to let us know they were out of turkey burgers. It has now been an hour and a half since we placed our initial food order and our friend STILL hasn't received any of his food. I ordered mayo with my burger and had to ask 3 times to receive it... 40 minutes later our waiter finally brought it out. Too bad my burger was cold and my appetite was ruined. They continually waited to tell us they were out of certain beers until 20 minutes after we ordered it. So far they've been out of turkey burgers, angry orchard, and blue moon. Our table, as well as several others, have complained to management... And at this point I don't have any desire to pay for their over priced food and drinks paired with the worst service I've ever received. I will never be back after this experience, and I will make sure to let everyone know about the poor experience I've had here.

Met with the Latitude 39 representative over from California, wonderful handsome, charismatic guy. l'd seen the Lat 39 car earlier on the highway and about time, am really glad we had a chance to speak out in Fishers :-) We so enjoy Lat 39 / 360. This place always seems packed. On a Sunday afternoon, we'll order a couple California smoked turkey sandwiches! are you kidding me? a slice of heaven on earth. Thank you Latitude 360, for making the immediate area a little hipper, a little more exciting :-)

I visited this place for the first time on Thursday. My friends and I sat down in the restaurant after being greeted promptly. We waited for a few minutes until our other friends arrived then ordered drinks and dinner. The margaritas were on point, and only $5 (ladies night woohoo!!) My biggest complaint with this place, was that it was in no way busy, and it took over an hour to get my food, which arrived lukewarm/cold, and a good 30-45 minutes after everyone in my party received and ate their food. By the time I got my meal, everyone at the table, including the girl who arrived and ordered 20 minutes after me, was done eating. No manager came by to check on us, no apology was made, no effort to comp my meal. The waiter seemed like he thought it was funny, maybe because I was being polite and not making a big fuss, or maybe he was just a jerk. Twice he walked by the table "stunned" that my food had not made it to the table sating that when he walked by the kitchen he "saw it up there in the window". His excuse was that he normally doesn't bring his food to his tables... It took forever to get our checks, and when we finally got them and paid, I did not receive my change. The excuse being "I can bring it to you, but I'd have to go to the bar and break a bill." Granted it was only 39 cents, but it's the principle of the matter. Normally I would not have worried about it, but after the experience I had, I wanted that change...that's a good 30 minutes of parking downtown, or a Coors Light there on Tuesday! So not only was I barely fed, but I was technically robbed. I will say that the bowling was fun, and the dj was not bad.

So my first party group I was going with met today at Latitude 360o. I received my e-club coupon for my free appetizer for up to $8.99 just in time. So I ordered the chicken tenders, fries, and BBQ. How could I ever expect something to go odd with something so common on a menu? I offered a friend some of my appetizer. As I was eating, my face was getting hot. I asked if my face was red. So my checks were flushed. After a while of eating, I gave her the rest of my appetizer. She was fine until she tried the BBQ sauce. Apparently, the restaurant makes their own sauce and added cayenne peppers. The appetizer was not appetizing at all. The fries were not all that great; my friend said it had Cajun seasoning on them, but I was used to having Cajun which was not the same. The size of the appetizer -- 4 tenders and fries -- could be worth it but a little large for an appetizer. So, I am giving the place an OK because although the food just did not settle well with me, they did change the channel to the Olympics games -- which were awesome.

I'm so disappointed in the experience my friends and I had at Latitude 360 this weekend. I'm so thankful that we didn't actually pay for the tickets to the comedy show. My first issue is with the service we received. Not a single person working knew what was going on. We finally got sat and waited 30 minutes to even have a server acknowledge us, even though plenty of people stopped by our table with food or drinks completely unaware of where they were going. I felt so bad for the waitstaff, it was obvious they were very under staffed. It just seems like they are trying to do everything kind of okay, rather than doing a few things really well. It seems like they are really missing the mark.

Hidden off of 82nd street is Latitude 39, a venue that has about all of your entertainment needs in one place. From comedy nights to a full movie theater with dinner service, this place aims to please. I have toured the venue thinking that it may be a great place to hold a volunteer recognition event, and I've also been at the venue for a day conference. With so many different breakout rooms, Latitude 39 makes it easy for you to plan a conference or recognition event for hundreds of people. The bowling alley is also wheelchair accessible, a first for Indianapolis. Come play games, grab a beer, eat dinner or just hang out after work!
