I've ordered through the drive through here at least 8 times already. Nice people, fresh food, and fast service. Very happy with this location.

While road tripping, we stopped here for lunch. I ordered a 'buttery jack bacon and swiss' burger. Well, they forgot the cheese all together.. The sandwich was just bun, patty, and bacon.. And the party may have been cooked sometime last week. Was pretty disappointed with my first (and probably only) visit here. They get two stars for their curly fries!!! Curly is always better than straight when it comes to sliced potatoes!

I was glad to see another location of JiTB in the Indianapolis area. The situation at this store was so different. At 5:59 P.M., there was only one person working the front counter, but there were a lot of people standing, doing nothing. The counter person was working on a milk shake but she interrupted that to hand someone their order and take mine, then finished the shake. I got a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, Value fries, and a sweetened iced tea. $3.91 seemed a bit much but the small drink, the tea, was 1.59. The tea was also hot, coming from the dispenser. I did something I don't normally do--I used ice, which of course, plopped tea onto the area with drinks, napkins, straws, and everything else. Oh, but it didn't matter as it was already covered with a multi-coloured mess that someone forgot to clean. I did see someone cleaning tables, so that was a plus. I sat down at a window-side bar with stools, which was thankfully out of the way of most of the craziness. The store is cramped. Oh, and when I set my drink down on my warped tray, it almost catapulted the fries! Well, almost. At the other JiTB on U.S. 31 South, I had eaten tacos before I got to my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, so it wasn't hot. Since I was eating the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger first, it would be hot this time, right? Wrong. It was warm. The fries were fairly good but there were some old and new fries mixed, along with some curly fries. They tasted good. In fact, everything was good, even if the temperatures weren't. Oh, and who designed the parking lot? It's next to a BP station and convenience store, but you have to go through the convenience store lot to get to the JiTB lot. If there is a way from the side street, I would never have guessed that. I never ran into these problems at a JiTB out west, so was someone in Indiana changing the plans to make them fail? Update 2014.02.19: After my first visit, I wasn't thrilled to return. I saw a couple of 5 star reviews, one of which looked like a JiTB corporate office person talking up the place. The company is located in San Diego, CA. Regardless, I like JiTB and wanted to try this one again. The counter person was extremely friendly and outgoing, but as I had returned from the rest room, she was away, and I ordered using the self-serve kiosk. Once again, the food was luke warm. One time in my life, I've had hot food from JiTB--ONE. In any case, things are better but not enough for me to go out of my way.

I've been to this Jack in the Box a couple of times in the last month because the service was great and the food was good. The employee who took our order was friendly and personable an the dinning room was clean. I'll come back here before McDonalds or Burger King.

Stopped at this JITB (JACK IN THE BOX) for a quickie bite with my girlfriend. We went through the drive through and ordered 2 jumbo jacks. My girlfriend has an accent and sometimes hard to understand, the girl in the voice box got angry and thought we were playing around. When we can to the window, we apologized for having a heavy accent. She called us 'racist" and accused us for making fun of people with accent. Again we tried to explain and she closed the window on us. She opened the window, gave her the money and called us 'racist' the second time. Now I was annoyed. She called us 'racist' for the 3rd time, gave us our food and closed the window. Very angry and annoyed, we stayed where we were until the supervisor/manager came through the window and asked if there is anything else we needed. I told her what happened and asked for the manager. She claimed the girl who called us 'racist' was the manager. Anyways, I told the woman, who's pretending not to be the manager, about her employee calling customer 'racist' just because she could not understand us. She apologized about the speaker not working properly and apologized to us about it, and apologized for the girl. Still angry, I told this woman that if someone was joking around, the employees of JITB should just take the money and hand over the food and have the customer move on. No employee should be calling customer 'RACIST". That place left a very bad taste in our mouth. I told my friends and family about the terrible incident and they will not be going to ANY JITB. I've called the GUEST RELATION about this. Hopefully they will do some disciplinary action.

I went here for the first time around 11pm on a weekday night. The restaurant was still about half occupied by customers. I wasn't into all the hype that surrounded Jack In The Box coming to Indy. Because of that, it was almost a month after this location opened that I even decided to try it, even though I use the BP right next door very often. I was a little underwhelmed by the menu. From what I had heard the menu had everything. It did indeed have variety, but it didn't seem like there was much there. This has its benefits and its downsides. I ordered a sausage, egg biscuit with a side of onion rings and a drink. The meal was less than $6, so that made me happy. Also, where else (fast food wise) can you get such a combination? The biscuit was good, but the onion rings were below par. The service was pretty slow, and it seemed like the crew wasn't too excited to be there. I'll probably be going back, but not regularly.

Consistently out of something on the menu. 15-20 minute wait for food that is above average at best. Parking lot, drive thru line and dining room all too small to deal with even a small crowd. Line to get food runs in front of drink station. Poor concept with very poor management.

We traveled from Ohio to eat some Jack's. The food is awesome but the service is poor. Otherwise we would have given it a five. Most of the works seemed displeased with working tonight. However there employees who were very nice and accommodating. We are so excited to get Jack's in Ohio soon.

I wanted to try something new and adventurous as always, so I decided to try the newly opened franchise, 'Jack in the Box'. Upon entering the premises I was startled to see several structures of cones along with our finest, IMPD patrolling the traffic flow. The line of people willing to wait to sample what may can be termed, "a better burger", was astonishing. After waiting in line and being redirected by traffic patrol because it was stated that I cut off other individuals (Would I do that? :-/ maybe, lol!) my time finally came to elope with my secret love (food). The burger that I purchased was the Sirloin Cheese burger. The burger was A-OK but honestly there was nothing about it that stood out from any of its competitors. What I did like about 'Jack in the Box', which I also believe may be its niche was that not only was it a 24hour business but it also served breakfast all day long. This, in my book alone, is a game changer for those of us who can eat breakfast all day, everyday. I also found interesting that JIB added to their menu items such as mozzarella cheese sticks, egg rolls, and stuffed spicy jalapeños bites. For the jalapeños bites alone, I will definitely be venturing back to 'Jack in the Box' sometime in the near future.
