As with the vast majority of fast food joints, I find it difficult to give higher than a three star rating. I mean, I was über excited when Jack in the Box made its way to Indy. I had heard grand tales of their west coast supremacy. The unique burgers. The deals. The 24 hour availability of breakfast items. This menu is huge. Something for everyone. It's hard to rate service because we are subject to the mood of different employees, on different shifts, in different locations. I've received some stellar service and some second rate.... Some downright deplorable. Eh, such is life. If I have a craving that can't be relieved by most Naptown staples, Jack in the Box, late night will be my choice.

Evidently staff do not pay attention/don't care. They screwed up my simple order of breakfast burritos! I placed my to-go order face to face, not via drive-thru. I repeated the order three times! No egg in my breakfast burritos means no egg in my breakfast burritos! More fuel to the fire, I was short changed on my order of medium curly fries. If there is a denomination lower than a small order of curly fries, it would fit perfectly! Finally, the staff member called my order and I promptly retrieved it. What a piece of work she was! A huge smile on her face asking me: "Oh, this is your order?!" Not sure if she was asking a question or what... All I know is that I was the only one left waiting! Worst experience ever visiting Jack in the Box! Too bad I was well east on I-70 when I noticed the fiasco! Two stars (for what it's worth): At least my burgers were good, even a day later heated up in the microwave!

This will be the third JiTB I've visited in the Indianapolis area, having been to several in western states years ago. As a small chain, they often seem more of a curiosity than a fast food place. I usually order a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and 2 tacos. The locations on Post Road and U.S. 31 and County Line Road were really underwhelming. The food was satisfactory but barely warm. The Post Road location seemed to be running on chaos and no one seemed to care. This location on west 38th was good. Maybe, it's just because they still have "we're new" feeling, but they're trying harder than the other two locations. My sandwich was almost hot--left-handed compliment, right? It was good and they were trying to do the right thing. The tacos I ate after the sandwich were also good, with plenty of lettuce. I can't say that they'll ever be as good to me as a Hardee's or Carl's Jr. with Red Burrito/Green Burrito but they're half the price. If JiTB will get more of their stores to be like this one is now, they'll have too many customers. They could fix some of their California locations--it's not just a problem with Indiana locations.

The worst cheeseburger ! Horrible greasy and could barely eat. It tasted bland, was expecting a great meal and was highly disappointed. Never never again.

Perks-open drive thru 24/7! A lot better than where I live in Philly... Cons on this visit - feel that we were rushed for no reason, and also the large fries were only half full. Still pleased overall, and glad this addition came to the area :)

I was very impressed with the service and quality of food I received at this Jack in the Box. My cashier was very friendly and polite, and when I asked if I could have the Southwest Chicken Salad without onions, she had a fresh salad made up for me. The salad itself was delicious and the chicken was cooked very well. I would definitely come back to this location.

I used to love going to Jack in the box but the last two times I have gone the service was horrible. The manager called me back to follow up on a complaint I had made and to apologize. She offered to send out something to compensate me and so I gave her my address. Needless to say it has been months and I never received anything in the mail.
