I don't normally review chains, but I've been coming here for so long that I must! These guys are always so friendly! The bagels are always perfectly toasted and the variety of smears always put a smile on my face! As far as other food on the menu I've had great stuff (mm Santa Fe Egg Wrap) and some not so good stuff (I'm looking at you thin bagel sandwiches) Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Location: 5/5 - Mostly always clean except rush hour they sometimes fall behind.

I love Einstein Bagels, but this particular location is average. The food is fresh and of good quality. The employees are very friendly and considerate, and are very efficient at their jobs, while at the same time not making you feel rushed as a customer. The coffee, like at all Einstein's, is phenomenal. I just feel like this particular location is beat up and run down, which makes it feel a bit dirty to me. I could not find any power outlets while working inside, although the noise level and air quality are just fine. The Wifi was okay - not fast enough to handle a Skype call for business with screen sharing, though. I would not recommend this location as a place for a lunch meeting, nor a place to stop and work at. I do recommend it highly for stopping by on your way to work to grab a bagel and some coffee, though, or coming by to grab a lunch sandwich (their Cuban sandwich is great).

This location is pretty so-so which is contrary to the amount of cars that I see in the parking lot whenever I drive by. I find their bagels here to be doughy and shaped more like a softball than a traditional bagel should be. Their bagel slicer is in need of some serious calibration and the cream cheese, though offered in several flavors, looks like fluffed white air. I would suggest Panera or Big Apple.

Today's trip was a fun run for pastries for a few folks. I purchased the Cinnamon Chip Scones, Cinnamon Walnut Strudels, Cinnamon Twists, Blueberry Muffins and Chocolate Chip Muffins, Asiatic and Cinnamon Roll Bagel Clusters, Chocolate Chip Coffee Cakes and Doggie Bagels. Most were grabbed quickly and devoured just as fast. General comments I heard was all were very tasty and would eat again. Specifics comments I heard was Cinnamon Roll Bagel Clusters, tasted like Money Bread, Chocolate Chip Muffin was delicious, Cinnamon Twists were perfect, and I grabbed the Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake and shared. We bought thought it was delish, moist and loaded with chocolate chips. A must have for me again. The Doggie Bagels are VERY hard and my two wouldn't touch since they never want to eat anything hard. So unless your dog enjoys the hard doggie treats, pass. I gave them to my neighbor who has large dogs and they devoured them. If you enjoy meeting new people, stop by Gino's Liar's Table and say hi and introduce yourself. He's an adorable, personable 86 year old regular, and a wealth of knowledge and fun. Tell him Wanda said to stop by.

I suspect the positive reviews for this outlet were written by the people who own this location, or the have fired all the friendly people and hired rude and inattentive people. I will not return to this location.

Out of the 15+ years I've been to Einstein, I've only had bagels. My boss suggested this place for a quick lunch, since it's near the office. We both ended up going with the Italian Chicken Panini. It was pretty tasty, but expensive and also took forever! We ended up waiting about 20 minutes, before our sandwiches arrived.

I love love LOVE the bagels here. The garlic bagel with sundried tomato schmear is what I would like to have a side dish on my last meal. The menu here is very hit or miss, and it changes often. I have seen many items that I loved come and go over the years (RIP toasted 6 cheese panini) and it seems to get smaller and smaller every time I come in. For a bagel, I'll come here. For a meal, I'll probably go to Panera Bread next time and save myself the disappointment of not seeing what I wanted on the menu. The service here is fast and very friendly, but they seem to have very high turnover. Also parking can be cramped. They have outdoor dining that consists of one table outside in the parking lot, I have only seen smokers there.
