I'm here for lunch a lot and I see no reason to give a poor review of this location. The staff is always very nice and polite, food is better than some other locations and top notch as far as fast food goes. The building is a little dated but always kept clean and has plenty booths and tables. I should mention the best part is the 5 buck lunch deals that Dairy Queen has are awesome!

The only reason I give 1 star is because negative stars are not an option. I generally avoid this place, but I really wanted some ice cream. The flavor of the month was salted caramel and heavily advertised, so I ordered it in the form of a medium Blizzard. It looked yummy, on the posters, like a vanilla shake with bits of goodies floating in it. Well I had to wait quite a while to even give my order, even so it wasn't very busy and there were a lot of employees moving about, clearly I was invisible. Finally I was acknowledged and my order was taken. I was given a number and sat down to wait. And wait. Waited some more. Over 15 minutes later my number was called. At that point I am being told that they don't have the ingredients to make my order. It took this long to figure that out? Then I'm asked what I would like instead. Nothing, I now had a taste for that salted caramel blizzard, so I said I wanted my money back. She mumbled something about it will take a minute. And so I was back to the waiting game. And I waited and waited. Somebody walked by and put a chocolate shake on the counter. Minutes later the girl I had asked for a refund came by, looked at me and asked me if I needed anything. I said yes, how much longer for my refund. She looked at me like I was from another planet and said, You don't want your blizzard anymore? I reminded her that she had told me they didn't have the ingredients, then she said this chocolate looking shake was mine and they had unloaded the truck while I'm sitting there waiting. I took it and left. I was not in the mood to wait any longer and arguing with those that do not comprehend is senseless. Now that was a waste of my time and money. It took 35 minutes to get the wrong order.

I'm now throwing up. I just went threw the drive thru and ordered 8 grilled chicken wraps. The ranch tasted sour. And there was like no lettuce or cheese on them. Opened all them all the same. Every1 tasted there's and thought they tasted sour too I'm pregnant and now I can't stop getting sick. I only came here because I'm not in my own town. This place sucks. I will forever only go to the one in Cumberland!

Not impressed. 1. They wouldn't dip my ice cream waffle cone in chocolate when Dairy Queen on 38th ALWAYS does. 2. Their waffle cones suck and the Dairy Queen on 38th has awesome waffle cones that are bigger and better 3. A little Ghetto is better than whatever that is on Rockville road. Boycott Rockville road because 38th is way better. No stars for you. Except the 1 I have to leave just to post this.

Same good Dairy Queen food. The interior was pretty worn and didn't look very clean. The outside was also showing some wear. We didn't get the best service.
