I have been to a few Coldstone locations, and so far this one is my favorite. The staff is friendly and they do not skimp on the mix-ins! Favorite creation so far: Mud Pie Mojo -- coffee ice cream with oreos, a heaping spoonful of peanut butter, crushed almonds, and fudge. Get it in the waffle bowl for an extra treat. Of note, my husband is allergic to milk. The staff here are all very kind in trying to accomodate him...it is just that the best part about Coldstone is the mix-ins which are lost on him when he can only have one of their dairy-free sorbets. I wish it was a little cheaper and better for my waist-line...but I WILL be back!

They put in peanut butter cups which I did not order, and I corrected her and she insisted I had ordered it and refused to correct the order or refund my money Why would I order something I don't like eating? Who knows! For the record, I didn't have a complicated order. I asked for one mix-in, caramel. On the other hand, my boyfriend ended up getting two portions of ice cream, so he would probably rate 5 stars.

This specific Coldstone Creamery has made ordering special occasion ice cream cakes a COOL BREEZE! I place my orders over the phone and my sister picks them up. I've order from here a few times now and always have yummy results. Word of caution: If ordering over the phone, you want to spell out every letter that will be written on the cake. There is a language barrier with some representatives; however, I give extra credit for the lady because she called me back when she was not quite sure of the spelling.

The sweet cream ice cream is divine. Add chopped up butterfingers to a like it size and serve it in a waffle bowl (the chocolate dipped one makes it an extra special treat). It's worth a nearly 10 mile drive ... even without a coupon. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I'm hooked.

I know its a chain, but, the employees live here locally right? Everyone here is crazy about their ice cream. They have all tried everything they create and have created a few things of their own. One young gentleman put me on to a creation he made one day for himself and I've been hooked on it ever since: Chocolate ice cream, banana, carmel, crushed waffle cone. It's Da Bomb!!!!!! Try it, you will Love It!!!!!!

Yup it is a chain and the girl wanted me to supersize and "wouldn't you like that in a waffle cone?", "No, just a small dish of sweet cream for me, thank you". The ice cream is fine.

Its okay it one likes overpriced ice cream....'the gotta have' it menu! Nice its 'fixed' in front of you with a few dollops of the stuff and extras. Without coupons not worth it...cept for those who supposedly have the $ or the credit cards to blow on disposables such as this
