Chipotle happens to be one of my passions so obviously I'm going to rate it high, however, this location truly earns it. They are always the most crowded stop in the Keystone Mall food court and they know it. There is always a ton of staff on hand and they move quicker than anyone I've ever seen. I can literally order, pay, and receive my food in about two minutes flat. Impressive. Possibly the most impressive part is the fact that they have pre-made cups of water waiting at the cash register that they hand out to customers while they pay. A large majority of people ask for a water cup anyways and it's nice that they already have them filled and ready to go.

Chipotle in a mall can often times lead to a disappointing meal but this new establishment located in the Fashion Mall at Keystone Crossing lived up to the Chipotle promise. Fresh generous portions, friendly staff and quick food. Still disappointed that Chipotle doesn't have a queso option, which is somewhat of a deal breaker for me when it comes to Mexican food. It doesn't have to be fake nacho cheese, but a cheese sauce of some sort needs to be added to the menu. Other than being a bit spendy and no queso, 4 stars from me.

The Keystone food court mall rework is A-MAZ-ING. The staff at this Chipotle was super friendly, probably one of the friendliest staffs I've ever met. This is probably one of the quickest options for the food court, which is why it seemed to be the most popular option people were eating. Pretty much everything about this Chipotle was a slam dunk - fast, friendly, delicious.

I have been to several Chipotle grills in the area as well as Colorado and the food is always good. I have to comment on the service at this location. We were at the fashion mall after a long morning of errands and moving and we were at this location grabbing lunch. I was exhausted and when I was telling the young lady behind the counter what I wanted on my burrito, I said the wrong thing. When she made it she looked at me and instantly knew that I had made a mistake and that I didn't want what I had asked for. WITHOUT QUESTION she immediately began making me a new burrito even though I insisted that it was my mistake and that I would eat what I asked for. She wasn't having it and stated that she needed me to be happy with my lunch. Remade the burrito exactly how I really wanted it, all with a cheerful grin and awesome sense of service (and a little humor as well). Every member of their team that day was flawless! They all insisted on making me happy. Now I have been in the restaurant industry for many years and I have encountered people like me. I only hope that I would give the quality level of service that these people gave me yesterday! Thank you and I will always eat at that location while shopping at the fashion mall!!! :)
