So fast and so courteous in the drive thru. I come here for the breakfast and they treat you like a king. They also give my dog a box of nuggets free of charge when she joins me on the trip. Love the chicken, egg, and cheese bagel!

Usual friendly service and tasty food that I expect from Chick-Fil-A at this location. I tried a salad for the first time here recently and was generally impressed by the freshness and quality of the ingredients, although the grilled chicken was cold and I think it would have been even more delicious hot. The only downside of this particular location is that the drive-through line goes around the parking lot, effectively blocking all parking spaces when the line is long. You have the wait in the drive-through line to park and then wait again for some kind soul to let you out again which is pretty frustrating.

I love this place. Food is always fresh, and the folks are always nice. If you come at peak lunch time, the drive thru line is always long, but if the weather is nice, staff comes outside to help it move efficiently.

On a typical day I'd give chick-fil-a a solid 5 stars in the fast food category. Healthier menu, honest business model, and great customer service. I know because I worked at one for a year in my younger years. I hit the drive through at this location for breakfast. Multiple times I thanked the woman working the drive through window. She responded "you bet". If you've ever been to chick-fil-a you know what's wrong here. The proper answer is "my pleasure". I was cheated out of the full experience at this location. Hopefully they do better next time.

With a Chick-fil-A in Castleton and the fairly new Glendale location, I don't find myself drifting this way nearly as much as I used to whenever I'd get the Chick-fil-A craving. As someone who'd always appreciated this location, mostly due to a friendly and outgoing general manager and a generally friendly clientele, I was kind of delighted when I found myself on East 82nd Street tonight when the hunger pangs started. This particular location has always had a generous spirit and strong sense of community involvement. As someone who does a lot of community service work, I always appreciate that about a business. There is something that I love about Chick-fil-A - maybe it's the fact that you can almost always depend on getting a "my pleasure" when you say "thank you," a phrase I happen to use a lot. Maybe it's because the employees defy the fast food usual and actually act like they want to be there. Maybe it's because the food tends to be healthier. It's a lot of things. So, why a 3-star rating? I've got to be honest and say I found the experience tonight to be a tad disappointing. It lacked the usual Chick-fil-A spark. I've always found the parking situation at this location to be a tad frustrating and tonight was no exception. While they have their fully accessible parking spots, they've placed them directly in the path of the drive-thru - it makes pulling out an absolute beast. Additionally, you can't really easily park at the end of the row as for some reason they only put actual curb cuts in the spots closest to the drive-thru. Weird. I was greeted at the door by an older gentleman who opened the door (both sets). He was perfectly friendly, though I'll admit to being disappointed at the absence of a "my pleasure." My order was taken by a young woman who made sure to ask my drink before telling me my meal could be upsized. It just seemed a little off-putting considering Chick-fil-A is usually very proactive and enthusiastic. She brought my food to the table, which is always appreciated, but it seemed more methodical than enthusiastic. I arrived at a table that needed to be cleaned off which is, once again, a little unusual for the usually very active employees. It just seemed like things were kind of going in slow motion tonight. You can almost always depend on employees showing up at your table to offer a refill, but that didn't happen tonight. I would get a refill on my way out, but weirdly enough they didn't top off the ice for an iced tea. Again, it seemed like tonight was just a series of minor things all adding up to a less than satisfying experience than I usually have with Chick-fil-A. As I left, it took a good 15 minutes to pull out of my parking spot due to the aforementioned drive-thru issue. While I realize the Chick-fil-A drive thru tends to be a bit slower, and I'll admit I as getting impatient, tonight just seemed slower than usual. Having been around GM Jeff several times, this just wasn't the usual spark that one of his crews tends to have. They were competent, but not possessing of the usual spark. It didn't make me want to return. In fact, it made me wish I'd gone to the nearly always friendly folks at Castleton. The food was good, but overall this was a pretty run-of-the-mill experience and I won't be rushing back. 3-Stars is a stellar review if you happen to be a McDonald's, but for a Chick-fil-A it's a definite disappointment.

5 stars for a fast food restaurant you say? One of the best run establishments by the company. Hard for their food not to taste amazing however one of these stars gets carried by the man they have working the tables. He really takes that place to the next level.

Standard fare for your Chick-Fil-A stop. I was crossing Indiana and was happy to grab a milkshake and a sandwich for the second half of my journey. There is plenty of parking and the staff is friendly. I wish there were some kind of rewards program for the milkshakes, though.

This Chick-Fil-A has a play area! This is great spot to let your kids run around and get healthy-ish fast food. You can get a kids meal with grilled chicken, apple sauce, and milk. I'm a fan. DID YOU KNOW that eating two grilled chicken sandwiches is LESS calories than the sandwich with fries?

I have been to this location many time and have always had great service. On this particular visit, I ordered their chicken mini buscuits which are extremely sweet and juicy chicken. This is better than "fast food" and for the price it must be. Keep eating more Chicken!

The WORST experience ever!! Manager was extremely rude and condescending. Asked about pricing for Catering and was told it would be order total (estimated to be around $1,500) and $500+ for delivery to go 10 blocks. Asked why and she stated "That's the way it is. We charge delivery per item." Said I wasn't going to pay that for delivery and she said "ok bye". Called and filed complaint with Corporate. Owner/Operator called me within minutes trying to kiss my ass to change my mind. Told him I would never visit another Chick-fil-A ever again.

Always friendly, always fast, and always nice to go to even a fast food place where the people seem to at least pretend like they enjoy their job. I love taking my daughter here because their play place is always clean and the staff is always helpful. So refreshing to see good, quality customer service! Thank you!!

What's there not to love about this fine establishment? To be honest, I wasn't planning on having lunch on this day, but I noticed Chick-Fil-A on the way to running an errand, and I couldn't pass up an order of chikin nuggets and waffle fries. So fresh, so good!

This place is amazing! Besides the delicious food, the service is always friendly, respectful and great! It's usually very busy at lunch time. There is a play area for the kiddos. Always great!!

Spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries and extra Chick-fil-A Sauce. A smiling person at the register and super fast service. What else is there to want?! Seriously as good as it gets. The service and food are top notch! Thank you Chick-Fil-A

Check it out before this Friday! chick-fil-a.com/Home/Bre… I had the chicken, egg, and cheese on a sunflower multigrain bagel. I was not sure about the sunflower with this combo but it was delicious and healthy!

I come here as often as I can because the food is perfect and the service is phenomenal! I have never had a bad day here. The manager who is always on staff, is possibly the nicest man I have ever met! I go out of my way to come to this particular chic fil a and will continue to do so until I have a bad experience, (not likely to happen).

Let me preface this by saying I am a die-hard Chic-fil-A fan. The food is standard Chic-fil-A fare, but this location is an A+ in the CFA world specifically for their service. I have brought my 4 yr old and 18 mo old multiple times on my own, and the staff has always been extremely helpful: delivering our food to the table, exchanging toys if the kids already have that prize, etc. They also have a wonderful kids' night: free kids' combo with adult combo purchase, craft project, and balloon. My kids love the play area, too. The staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer, and while there have been occasional stand out employees at other restaurants, there is not another fast food restaurant that has ever done that.

  • Todd R.

This location has lost its culture of customer service and is beginning to resemble McDonald's. That's not a good thing. While it may be good for the owners and franchisor to make more money and push people thru the quick service line, you must not get too quick that you miss the details. They have been doing a poor job of accuracy and understanding customer needs. And their service recovery has become stagnant too. A one size fits all solution is not going to cut it when people are more attuned to value. The good news is that CFA seems to care about surveys and customer opinion. So hopefully soon some changes to their operations will lead to better results.

This is literally the only chain restaurant I frequent. The food is good (of course) and the service at this location is phenomenal, even if they all sound like they've been programmed as robots. "My pleasure" is the only response they'll give, regardless of your request. They used to offer brown cane sugar, which complemented the iced tea perfectly. Sadly, they no longer offer it. This is definitely my go-to place for cheap fast food and it's healthier than most other options.

This was my fist experience with Chick-Fil-A and it was fantastic! I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe (with Pepper-jack) and it was pleasantly spicy! Pretty simple, but yummy, hot and fresh. There packaged ranch doesn't have that scary taste that some self-stable ranch dressings do, and its super yummy to counter the spiciness of the sandwich.

There is no Chick-fil-A around where I live so when I'm somewhere else and see one I have to partake. So, when it came time for lunch there was no question where I was going. This location seemed a lot newer than other ones I've been in. It was large too. I think everyone can agree Chick-fil-A food is the same whichever location you visit so it's the space and the service that make or break the experience. Both were great. The guy taking my order was patient with me as I indulged my goofy excitement to be there. As I ate I noticed that they had one employee going around cleaning up any items left behind on tables and miscellaneous messes around the space. This person was very diligent in cleaning up which made me feel even better about dining there. All in all, I would definitely go back to this Chick-fil-A with no problem.
