I go here quite a bit. Considering the main item is wings...they could be better. Don't get me wrong, I don't think you will be disappointed since we are not talking gourmet here. They have a lot of different sauces and rubs. But, it seems that I always get a wing that is a nub and another that is broken. I like the bar area and there are several taps devoted to local beers. These taps rotate and occasionally something really interesting will be offered. BTW, if you are a fan of fighting, this is a great venue.

The need to push the service little bit.

I honestly wish I could leave less than one star... I'm not even sure where to begin... I ordered the fried pickles, a "basket" of fries and a soda. My fried pickles ($7.00) had 15 pickle pieces in the basket. Almost an average of 50 cents a pickle. I couldn't believe my eyes..so much so that I had to take a picture and count how many were actually there. That was ridiculous enough, but it only got worse. My fries were cold and I'm not so sure I could call it a basket either...(see picture) The soda was fine, can't do too much to mess that up. However, it took more than 20 minutes to get my first drink and more than 50 minutes for a refill. No one ever came to check on me, my food or the drink. Completely unacceptable. It should be noted that it wasn't busy. If it was, I could understand longer wait times for things and it taking awhile for your server to get back to you. To make matters worse. I forgot my wallet. I felt terrible and embarrassed but I spoke to my waiter and the manager. I felt bad enough about forgetting my wallet I wasn't going to speak about the food or service and I was planning on leaving a hefty tip for the inconvenience. However, after speaking with the manager, it's easy to see why and how this place functions the way it does. She was rude and immature and wasn't very helpful in resolving the matter. I didn't think this meal deserved to be paid for in the first place, but after speaking with the manager about a complete accident and mistake, it makes it even more justifiable.

I always tell myself that I won't go back to bdubs because, even though I enjoy the food, the service is always awful. This time that was not the case. I had been very sick all week and so I couldn't taste much of what I was eating so I wanted some spicy wings that I could actually taste. The waiter was very nice and was on top of everything. We constantly had refills and we're being checked on. He noticed how sick I was and so when the food came out he said he gave me double what I ordered so I could have it for lunch the next day and didn't have to worry about cooking. He paid the difference and I was so grateful. It definitely changed my perspective on all bdubs being awful.

Awesome experience, our server John was above and beyond helpful, brought the Women's World Cup up on the tv's and then the wings and beer promptly. Fun atmosphere created by the serving team! This was second trip to Buffalo Wild Wings in Indianapolis and it was really great!

I have been there few times and it is by far the worst branch I have visited. The waiters seems drunk they missed up our order and they take forever to bring it. One time they literally took 45 minutes and it wasn't that busy. When I asked he said the kitchen lost your order and I have to print it again. My massage to the manager: if you care please make sure your waiters don't drink while they work or shortly before.

Food was okay . Service was terrible. We waited about 10 minutes for our first drink. Then had to get up and find our server to get a glass of water... Place was not that busy, during the time we were attending. Won't be going back to this spot

This place isn't my favorite! I am not a big fan of their chicken wings or burgers! Service is sometimes great and other times is horrible. This isn't my first time here. I go here just with friends. I recommend to try their cheesecake bites for dessert. That's actually the only thing I love about the place. I find their tables sticky and smell dirty lol.

I'm in town from Orlando and friends decided while we were downtown on a errand to grab food at BWW. There is no real difference between this location and any other I've been to. The food was good but the service was pretty slow. It wouldn't deter me from going back but do not stop in on a quick lunch break as you'll probably be explaining to your boss why your lunch took 2 hours.

Gave it a higher rating because of the wings. I have heard this chain advertised for years on the Dan Patrick show and thought I should try it. While I was impressed w/the selection of sauces and the boneless option, I thought the pricing was a bit much, especially for the fry basket! Have been to this location twice and the first time I at least got a basket. Last night, it all came in the little paper trays. Had to ask for a separate plate and didn't get it.

After being insulted by being asked if I was over 18 (it is VERY obvious that I am) and being asked to show my ID, we were told to wait 10 minutes for a seat despite the fact I saw several open tables and few other people were waiting. But whatever, I understand the age thing is company policy and the staff looked a little busy. Food service was pretty terrible. We got our order in quickly, and despite the fact we ordered a relatively small amount, it took a long time to get our food out. We then reordered a small order of boneless wings and had to wait about half an hour to receive 6 wings that barely had any sauce of them. Our server also didn't pay too much attention to us, but I don't blame him. He isn't the one who makes the food and it looks like he was stretched thin with the number of tables he was serving. All in all, a mediocre experience. But what do you expect? BWW is a chain, a "take your food, shut up, and watch the game" type of chain. If that's what you want, feel free to eat here. As for me I think I'll be trying someplace less crowded and with better food.

The manager comping 50% of our food order was pretty much the only upside of this dining experience. Service was...um...how does one say this nicely? Horrendous? We sat about 15 minutes in the bar area without any of the 8+ or so servers on the floor so much as acknowledging us. And folks, it was not busy. I'd say each server may have had 2-3 small tables at most. Another girl waited so long that she left. Food was average. I mean, it's Buffalo Wild Wings. It was fine...minus them bringing bleu cheese instead of the ranch that was ordered and then taking about another 15 minutes to scoop some ranch into a cup and bring it to us. Truly fascinating how long it took for that error to be solved. Anywho, don't come here unless you want to wait around forever.

After working in restaurant management for quite some time, I never thought I would even entertain the idea of setting up a Yelp site. I'll spare the details on my hatred. However, I just had to make a public review on what a great experience my SO and I had there this week. Living downtown, we avoid corporate restaurants for the most part, but really just wanted to have a beer and wing night. Our server was Zachary, and he couldn't have been more pleasant. There was another gentleman running food and was as nice as he could be. The wings were great! The beer selection was quite impressive as well. We were thanked by two other servers and one of the cooks on our way out. Thanks for the great service!

If I could give zero stars I would. BWW used to be delicious and worth the price. This is my third bad experience at a BWW in Indianapolis. I'm done with them. Extra charge for cheese on a salad. Extra charge for a mix of celery and carrots. Extra charge for crispy wings. I'm out. Order was wrong. There was a random cherry in my iced tea. No thanks. Eat Local!

This is one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings to visit. The wait is not typically as long as other Buffalo Wild Wings. Restaurant is always clean and the servers are pretty friendly. Love their new updated trivia machines. Always a good time

BWW is always a good time, and the food is excellent! I went in today for $0.65 wing night. The wings were hot and fresh, as were the fries. The selection of sauce flavors is awesome. They have a plethora. Joey and Alvina took excellent care of us, today and they were great! We had a lot of fun and left with full, happy bellies! :)

You can find me posted up at the bar with my handsome devil of a husband on any given Thursday night. The boneless wings are $0.65 each and fabulous. Thursdays also include Miller Light on special. Even though it's a chain and I try to avoid chains, I love watching a game here or playing trivia. I always have some finger-lickin' good wings and a cold beer and good service. It's a sports bar people. Can ya dig? Thursday night $0.65 wings can't be beat! Asian zing anyone?

Love the different sauces and rubs offered with the wings!! Got a medium order (~15) of wings and a Large Fat Tire to complement them. The sauces on the wings were mango habanero, salt and vinegar, and Thai curry. The mango habanero and Thai curry were spicy good. A must if you like spicy wings! Salt and vinegar were not spicy, but tasty nonetheless! Food: WINGS!!! Price: Fair Service: friendly Ambiance: sports bar Return visit: yup

Horrible experience. After waiting 45 minutes in a pretty empty restaurant for our food we only received half of our order and then got the other half 45 minutes later after we were told the kitchen was aware of the problem and was rushing it. We were charged for dressings we didn't receive but after all of the problems it would have taken another 45 minutes to resolve so I just paid for items I didn't recieve. The server was new but I don't blame this on the server. I blame it on the pathetic training and lack of help she got from co-workers. I have worked in the service industry for years and whatever moron allowed her to be on the floor by herself should be fired. This is a horribly managed restaurant. When the server told someone about her mistake they acted like it was normal and didn't even try to apologize. In fact, it seemed like they heard the problem and then tried to ignore our table. Everyone that walked past avoided eye contact when I tried to get help. I am so angry that my fiancé and I spent our hard earned money here. We rarely have a chance to go out to dinner and it's sad this is what we spent our money on.

We were here for the St. Patty's Day Pub Crawl. They DID section off the bar area for our group but the activity at the bar was still crazy!!! Hard to get a drink even if you were sitting at the bar which we were. Of course the dining area still needed drinks which made it hard for the bartenders (TOTAL of 2) to keep up with both sides of the restaurant. After coming from the private room at Hard Rock with private bar, bartenders and servers, it felt crapped and claustrophobic. We didn't dare order food since it took well over 10 minutes just to get one beer. We did plan on eating here since we like their wings but moved on so we could breathe.

Service was slow and the food was meh. Probably the food will taste good when you're drunk and couldn't really taste the difference.

I am only giving one star because this has always been my go to Bdubs for Indianapolis. I was HUGELY disappointed in the service tonight. Yes I know there are two different conventions in downtown Indy this weekend, but think ahead and staff more people. My roommate and I walked into the bar section and found an empty two top that was being cleaned off. We asked if we could have it and the worker said yes. Sat down and waited and waited and waited some more. We watch three other tables get up and leave because they had not been waited on. We stuck around for 25 minutes and did not once get a server come over to the table or ask if we needed anything. 25 MINUTES?!? We had menus in front of use and no drinks on the table...kinda of a clue that we haven't been helped?!? I will forever now, triple think about going to the Buffalo Wild Wings downtown Indianapolis.

Won't go here anymore, been to this location a few times now and consistently disappointed. Service is unpredictable, maybe ok but maybe have to sit for 30 min after ordering and get cold food. Overpriced beer, sides and apps overpriced for quantity (and sometimes quality). Last time we got wings they were dry, room temp, and hardly any sauce. The veggie platter is a joke super expensive for an extremely small amount of cheap veggies and the pita bread that comes in it is awful. I have had good experiences at several other locations but will not be back here, too many tries already.

Visied with about 25+ alumni impromptu on Sunday for lunch. Servers were efficient and patient! I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and they were delicious and fresh. I appreciate the staffs accommodation to our large party.

I love me some wings, especially on 60 cent boneless wing Thursdays. This B Dubs is conveniently located for downtown employees and if you're looking for a cheap lunch, this a good spot, but if you're looking for something quick, I would order take out or opt for something else. I recently went on 60 cent boneless wing Thursday and it took 45 minutes for me to get my 6 wings...6 wings, that was all I ordered and it took 45 minutes...(just wanted to show my irritation with the extra emphasis). If the restaurant is going to offer such a great deal, know they're going to be busy, and know they will be preparing hundreds of wings that day, maybe they should purchase another frier for quicker service.

Another experience killed completely ruined by the wait staff. My family loves BW3s, B dubs, what ever you want to call it near where we live. We get take out from there when we are craving wings all the time. The experience here in Indy has been less then stellar. Before going I looked up the ratings for the BW3s in the area and noticed they were very low, well our experience lived up to the rating. On our visit the food was of average Buffalo Wild Wings quality, absolutely no complaints. The server however decided to play the roll of the smart a$$, heckler. It seemed out of character, but we went with it instead of complaining to a higher power. Our experience could have been a 3 star or higher, but instead of solving problems she decided to heckle us. We had legitimate complaints like receiving the wrong beer. When I told her the bartender mispoured she took the drink away and instead of apologizing, she came back and told us that bartender had poured the correct drink. Okay? Why in the world would you think I am confused? I know what that particular brand taste like, and you did not bring me that particular brand. I didn't say that I didn't like the taste, I didn't say that the beer had skunked, I said you did not bring me the correct beer. What you don't realize as a server was that transaction, in the first five minutes of our dining experience, is where our group decided not drink there that night, or return ever again. This location is pulling employees from the lowest rungs of the ladder, there are so many other places that have better food I imagine it is hard for them to find someone with a lick of common sense or decency. If you go be prepared for bad service.

Went there today for lunch. Got the usual a Medium traditional wings with half Asian Zingy and Thia Curry sauce on them. Plus the basket of chips wih cheese on them. The place was quiet, it was around 3 pm. Probably they were serving three tables including our table, my friend and I. The waitress was in a hurry to take the order I have no clue. The food took a while to get to us, since we got this new item on the menu, some sort of a flat breas with avocado, tomatoes and a sauce - basically a pizza. I always feel bad and guilty after eating at this place. I don't know if it's the quality and nutrition of food they serve - greese. Or is it the atmosphere. Anway, this is the decent place to have wings in Indy. I'd love to try new ones out there.

Ask for an IPA, guy brings pilsner. Ask for dark beer, guy brings amber. Zzzz... "half price" something something tuesday/thursday. Yawn. Lots o'televisions, but light on the customers. Great location I guess? How the hell is this dump getting 5 star reviews?

  • Ryan L.

I have recently been swayed on whether or not to rate chains. While you know what you're getting in terms of food and atmosphere when you go to a chain, the service and cleanliness can vary drastically by location. The service here is lacking. I came for lunch with a group of five coworkers (a table of six in all) and we all placed our orders. When the food was brought out, one of the orders was the completely wrong dish, two others were swapped, and a fourth was prepared incorrectly. The restaurant was basically empty (maybe 15% filled) and they managed to make mistakes with 66% of our orders. I wasn't impressed.

  • Antwan W.

I walked in and got seated immediately. The service was great. My friends and I enjoyed the quickness of the serving and the mellow vibe in the room. The fact that there were many sports games going while we were there added to the overall good vibe of the place. The servers were lenient because we had many discounts and coupons to apply to our final checks and bills. Overall it was a great experience!

  • Paige C.

Okay, so I know that this is "just" Buffalo Wild Wings, B-Dubs, BW3s, or whatever your neck of the woods calls this place but it has remained my go to for wings for many moons now. They make great long islands, the sauces for the wings are awesome, and I am obsessed with their french fries! Tuesdays - 50 cent bone in wings Thursdays - 50 cent boneless wings Every day of the week - Yummy french fries (with a side of medium sauce and ranch for dipping)

    (5)
  • J H.

The sauces are great, but this is really just a chain chicken joint with fancy sauces. I wish they had a broader craft beer selection (do you really need six taps of macro "lite/light/ultra" beer?) but if I have a craving for spicy and several kinds of spicy wings this is the stop. I wish this place had more outside light too, but it is what it is and if you're looking for a chain chicken joint this is your place.

I just love their wings with medium souce. Salads was just ok. Not much different from other bar and grill.

  • Corey F.

I like location and layout but this place is generally dirty and slow on service.

    (3)
  • Chris M.

It is what it is. The beer and food is stupid expensive if you think about, but I still throw my money at them every couple months or so. I can get good wings and better beer for half the price at places all over town; however, most of those places aren't as equipped for nerding out on multiple games at once. I will say that I really like their food even if the regular wings are small. If you dig deep into the menu you can find some deals that come with a side if cost is an issue. So yeah, I can't back the bill that rivals a nice dinner at a steakhouse at times, but I'll still go and watch my fantasy teams crumble whilst ruining my night with gastrointestinal distress (due to my choice of too much wing heat, not their fault).

    (3)
  • Randy B.

Awesome wings. Super bowl m'lady. (I typed this while I was inebriated last night, not sure what that means) Seriously, they do have great wings. I usually get honey BBQ w/ranch. I've watched a few Colts games here over the years, and usually have a good time.

Awful service for food you can get virtually anywhere. The place was kind of dirty and the service was rude and slow (especially since it wasn't even that busy when we went).

Let's see how this goes... Group of ten was seated at table for eight, had to repeat my order twice, and service was slow. Probably won't be back any time soon.

Service was not really great and the food was pretty mediocre compared to all of the other BWW I have been to. I would not expect fast or great service, but the food is edible at times. Some of my wings were over cooked and others were perfect. I don't really recommend this location unless you really want wings.
