Slow. So so slow. I don't understand why it takes 25 minutes to bring my wings to me on a lunch hour with pretty much nobody inside. How long would I have to wait during rush hour? Lunch hour was pretty much gone, and I had to eat the food really fast. Other than that, server was nice and food was good.

My family was visiting me this past weekend so we decided to go to BW3's. Food was Ok, drink was not very strong at all. I think the prices are, in my opinion high for what you get. I think they really should reevaluate their prices. The service was average and need to be more attentive to the door & have a greeter there to seat patrons. I would go back but only if no where else is available.

This was the worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had!!! How hard is it to mix sauces. I'm from Columbus Ohio and eat bdubs once a week, this is the most pathetic experience. All the servers were just standing around while we needed refills on waters and beer. Never going back, making me rethink the bw3s in Ohio..

Good food. I had to refill all my drinks. Waiter was more interested in giving internet feedback. It's like he didn't know he ignored us. .60 boneless wings. They were slow

We have never had a positive experience dining in at this Bdubs. Of course service is usually terrible at all locations but this one in particular takes the cake. If we are desperate for their wings, we call ahead to order. Not worth the 2 and a half hour dining experience to receive the wrong food, refill your own drinks and ask for the check repeatedly. The only reason I give it 2 stars is that the carry out usually works ok for us.

So, there are some not so good reviews here. But, I love BW3. I drive by here for lunch on other days. I figured today was a good day to stop. I'm happy that I did. The food was fresh and hot. The service was quick and pleasant.

This is one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings to visit. The wait is not typically as long as other Buffalo Wild Wings. Restaurant is always clean and the servers are pretty friendly. Love their new updated trivia machines. Always a good time. Ordering ahead is a little harder to reach someone on the phone. I've waited awhile to reach someone only to be disconnected or the phone will ring busy

I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings but this particular one always has the worst overall service. I've waited to review them until I had been here a few times and it's definitely always the same. The first aspect is the wait. We've been here to be at the bar, to sit in a booth, and for a to go order; it's usually about ten minutes before anyone gets to us. The next aspect of this deals with rules. There are certain things like, no to go orders after midnight for pick up, and bar ordering after certain hours, etc., that every employee seems to blame on the manager, not the company itself. I never know what's policy and what's not, nor do I care to research it before I decide I want a basket of wings to go. The customer service aspect is okay--people are friendly-- but they're basically just here to do a job. So expect a "Hi, have you been helped?" But not too much more.

Food is great as any other bdubs bit it always takes forever! Service is hit and miss, so sit at the bar! Best Long Island on the east side!!

Consumer Beware! Buffalo Wild Wings is a franchise. Keeping that in mind, I'd like to point out the one good thing about this specific location-it's decor. If you aren't automatically tempted to walk right back out the door when you see just how unclean this place is, the sub-par quality of service will force you to do exactly that. I have nothing against the Buffalo Wild Wings chain, because, frankly, it is one of the very best places to watch the game with some friends. This location, however, is a shame to the name. Save yourself the agony of a stomach virus and choose some seedy roadside meal cart instead of eating here.

This might literally be the worst eating establishment in the United States. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The food is decent, if you can actually get it. When you are sitting at your table, the good will generally take thirty minutes or more, even if they are not busy. The people working are just lazy. However, even being served is an issue at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I was denied service altogether at 7 PM on a Wednesday evening this summer because I was not 21. I asked why it would matter that I'm an adult under 21 if I'm not sitting or requesting to sit at the bar (there were many tables open in the dining area that I requested to sit at) and they refuse service to anyone under 21 after 4 PM - unless you're with an "adult guardian" which makes no sense at all for someone who is an adult in the eyes of the law, and there are families with children under 10 scattered around the dining area. The hostess was incredibly rude in denying me a seat, especially after I asked to speak to her manager. The only person more rude was the manager himself. I asked him why I was denied service, and he said that my issue wasn't his problem and to take it up with his owner before ordering me to leave. If you are an adult under 21, your dollars are no good at this establishment after 4 PM.

I saw a lot of terrible reviews- so I wanted to compliment Cindy, out bartender. She ran in the back several times (3) to let us try different sauces and was very funny and personable!

This place is falling apart! Cold wings, slow service and wrong orders. This location used to be great, but not anymore. If you're looking for a good excuse for a two hour lunch this is your place!

Worst B-dubs in the country probably. Awful service would be an understatement. Place is close so I get sucked in to going but I refuse to go back. Bring in the bulldozers and turn this place into a parking lot. Don't go there for a game ever most employees can't even change the tv. Terrible.

I'm a pretty big fan of B Dubs as a chain. However, this location tends to leave me wanting more. The service is generally sub par (I've had to wait on an employee to finish a cell phone conversation at the register on more than one occasion), and my food orders are wrong in some way about a third of the time I patronize the place. Them numbers ain't great. Generally worth the risk if you're absolutely dying for wings on the east side, but...Meijer has wings, too!

Good food!!! Terrible service!! The prices and specials are good, but the waitresses don't come by often enough to refill the drinks. Our 1st visit we ended up refilling our own drinks at a nearby soda machine. I might try another location, but I don't I'll come back here. Twice is enough.

This is my personal water hole. Staff is consistent , low turn over. Staff get to know the customers. Great drinks! Erica is a great bartender! Great place to kick back at the bar. Neighborhood a little shady at night, may wanna pack it.

Good lite beer specials. We got the tablegate and an order of 12 boneless wings. Super Yummy food, but you should know what to expect from a chain restaurant... Service was okay....towards the end of our stay we waited way toooo long for our last beers....during which the colts lost, so that may have made it even worse.

Completely disappointing. There was one redeeming factor to this visit, and that was our awesome waitress. None of the disappointing things that happened were her fault, and I left disappointed instead of full on angry because she was so nice. Those of you who are Bears fans living in Indianapolis can likely commiserate with me with the problem of watching the Bears when they have a game that overlaps the Colts. Often the games are not broadcast on Fox and you have to go out to a bar to watch the game. Unfortunately for the Bears fans, most bars are focused on the Colts game, so you have to be picky about where you go to see the game. Normally I would just go to Locals Only, a Bears bar, but I wanted to stay closer to home and there was a possibility of an infant Bears fan attending, so we wanted to be someplace smoke free where a kid could be. Knowing that BW3's has a thousand giant TV's and always shows all the games is what made up our mind to come here. Four of the five of us were vegetarian, so it certainly wasn't the stellar menu options. We knew coming into this that the game might only be on one TV, so our plan was to arrive early, stake out a table right in the middle where we could see all of the TVs, and just have lunch. We arrived around 11:30 and I immediately let the hostess know that we were Bears fans and wanted to make sure they were going to show the Bears game on one of the six giant projection TVs in the main restaurant. She assured me that only two were locked in for the Colts game, so that shouldn't be a problem. When the waitress arrived, I asked her the same thing, she said the manager was a Bears fan, so it shouldn't be a problem, but she would talk to him to make sure anyhow. Soon enough, one of the giant TVs starts showing the Bears pregame - excellent. About 10min before the game starts, however, they switch that TV to the Steelers game, and put the Bears game on two small TVs that are way up in the air and hard to see. The waitress comes back and I point this out to her, she talks to the manager, comes back and says the little TVs are all that are going to be showing the Bears game. SERIOUSLY?! Because we've been here for an hour and a half and have been assured a dozen times that I'd have the game on a big screen. Nope. At this point the game has started, and there are no other bars nearby that I think will have the game, so we suck it up and watch the game there, squinting at the sky. Mediocre veggie burger. More expensive beer than other bars. Deceitful management. Three guesses on where I will NOT be returning.
