So all BW3s have the same food. It's a chain, not really much to rate there. The service at this store is HORRIBLE! I've tried a few times with this store, it's always the same. This last time was the absolute worst. My fantasy football group from work had a long lunch scheduled to have our draft. We arrived at 11:30am, I had to ask 3 times for a WATER. There were about 10 of us, but there were only about 20 people in the entire restaurant. We didn't get our food until after 12:30pm, at which point I just asked for my check and a box because I wanted to get back to work. That didn't happen. At 1pm, I left my card with a coworker and headed back to the office. I wouldn't waste my time, there are other BW's close enough to never have to deal with this one again.

Seriously dirty place. Bad service and nobody in there on a Saturday night at 730pm. No thanks. Don't waste your time here. So many better places in the area!

Horrendous service. over 60 minutes to get an order of wings and a drink. No one cared what was going on and everyone was just standing around. This place needs management badly.

I was very surprised at the negative reviews for this Bdubs location! I've been to this location four times in the past month and haven't had any significant problems. Every time we went, we were seated instantly and the waiters showed up right away. Our drinks were brought out fast and we never had an empty drink. All of the waiters were also very courteous. We ordered appetizers and they came out within 10 minutes every time. The only problem that we really had was waiting for our wings. There weren't many people in the restaurant, so it was surprising that it took so long. But overall, the service was great. I'm not yet old enough to drink, but they do have a fully stocked bar for those who can. I also enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant. I would not recommend this place if you don't like loud places. There are many TVs playing every sports game possible, and the people who come to this restaurant really get into their games. They also have loud music playing. But I like this atmosphere. Bdubs also has good discounts on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The wings are 65 cents each and you can get different sauces, and they have plenty to choose from. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Love to visit this new location, there are tons of TV's to watch the games in and the waitresses are always very attentive. Good place for large groups to sit and watch any kind of sports game.

I will admit that I've been to a Buffalo Wild Wings exactly one time prior to today's visit. After all, why would I go? I don't particularly care for wings, wild or not. I am not particularly a sports fan and, trust me, it's hard to not be a sports fan in a Buffalo Wild Wings. Alas, I was in the mood for something different and something near my home today and this particular Buffalo Wild Wings location near Glendale Mall has always been a place I've meant to try. I figured, what the heck, it might even be a little festive considering it was also a Colts game day. Rather surprisingly, Buffalo Wild Wings wasn't packed despite the fact that I arrived early in the 3rd quarter of the Colts game. The friendly hostess seated me immediately at a table that was a four-top and quite friendly to a wheelchair in terms of spacing and height. Quite honestly, this raised my hopes that this was about to be a surprisingly great experience. My server, Stephenie, arrived and took my drink order - the usual unsweetened iced tea. Given my lack of familiarity with the place, other than the obvious knowledge that they had wings, I needed a few minutes to check out a menu. I settled on a Build-Your-Own-Burger deal for $8.99 and kept it simple with a cheeseburger and the standard fries. I ordered the sandwich with no additional toppings and it arrived as ordered. If I were to rate Buffalo Wild Wings solely on the basis of the food, it would be no higher than a two. The french fries were nothing short of abysmal. They were barely hot and too crisp for their texture. They tasted not far removed from the Ore-Ida shoestring potatoes. The burger? It was delivered medium-well, as are all their burgers. It tasted like your typical frozen patty burger with no distinct flavor or anything to distinguish it. While $8.99 certainly isn't a high-priced burger, it's also not a discount burger and I definitely considered it a poor value. The iced tea, on the other hand, was quite good and Stephenie made sure I got my refill and offered a second refill in case I wanted to stay and watch the game. If I were to rate Buffalo Wild Wings solely on the basis of service, it would likely fall into a 3-3.5 range. Stephenie was attentive and certainly covered the basics, but the service lacked that certain spark that makes you want to go back and makes you want to spend more. Thus, my overall rating could easily go with either a 2 or a 3-star rating. Why opt for the 3? It's simple. I appreciated the overall atmosphere, felt like some thought had been put into wheelchair access, and was pleased that my service was consistently solid if not particularly memorable. Despite the busy atmosphere, I never felt rushed through my meal and actually sat there reading the Sunday newspaper while having a meal and watching the game. So, I have to give some kudos because my dining experience was definitely slightly above average. Is Buffalo Wild Wings a place I'll rush to go back to? Nope. The food is average and modestly over-priced. If, however, there's a day when I'm wanting to watch a sports game on one of their many big screen televisions then it would be a decent enough choice. The atmosphere was at times festive, especially with each Colts score, and that alone made the experience one I don't regret having.

Don't waste your time I was trying to take my family there on sunday night. Most of the tables were dirty and 3 servers on the dining room are . We ask if we need it to be sit and after almost 10 minutes . I saw two servers arguing about who was going to take care of our table . We just got up and left. No one acknowledged us at all they were just walking by our table and watched us leaving

On the whole, this is how I feel about every B Dubs I have stepped into. Can you say you have never had a bad experience at B Dubs? No. The problem lies in the short staffing. We had to wait at least five minutes to even talk to a greeter/host, who just immediately recommended we sit in the bar. Um, no? We would like to sit at a table, and all that is available at the bar is..bar seating. He sat another table, and then came back to get us. Our waiter, who was very nice and courteous, let us know that the bar was under-staffed (with only 1 bartender) and that was causing huge delays. This was on the night of an IU basketball game...in Indianapolis...in Indiana. He did a good job in taking our orders, bringing refills, etc. We placed our food order and food came out at a lightening speed. The nachos were pretty standard (we order with chicken, and it turned out they also come with taco meat?). We split wings and got the hot BBQ, garlic parm, and the new Bourbon St Honey mustard. The fiancé likes the garlic parm (I think they are a little...herbaceous), I really liked the hot BBQ, and the Bourbon St were pretty good. Food is always decent, there is a good beer/drink selection, but they need to work on staffing the locations with the right amount of people.

It was packed on a Pacers/IU game night, but we sat in the bar area and had great service. Thursdays they have $4 Coors. There were a bunch of sauces sampled, my faves were the Thai Curry and Hot. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with potato wedges which is always the bomb.

Last night I was craving wings, against my better judgement I thought I would go to one of these chains. I have been to BWW many times and the food is ok but the service is everything that is wrong with faceless chain restautants. Such was my desire for wings I threw caution to the wind, once more into the breech dear friends. When my wife and I walked through front door we were greeted by an aloof teenager who seemed to have trouble selecting which of the dozens of empty tables to seat us. When we were seated beers and appetizers came out quickly, but out entrees never showed up. After 30 minutes I flagged down the waiter, he was apologetic and went get the manager. I figured drinks would be free or something but the manager wasn't able to come to our table. The waiter said it would be another 15 minutes because our order was 'screwed up.' I pulled the plug, no wings for me. The staff is aloof and disconnected management is non-existent. I suppose its a fine environment to watch a game in but its not where i would go to get good food. The staff doesn't care about what they are doing.

Just visited this BWW location last week and was a little grossed out by the hygiene of the people handling our food. Our server was very friendly and attentive, but MAN his fingernails were as long as the fake nails you get at the salon, without the manicure. He had so much dirt under his nails it looked like he had been digging in a garden. I grimaced a little when he sat our food down on the table and one long, dainty nail brushed up against a wing. Maybe I'm just picky because I've worked in the food service industry before (and mgmt made every effort to ensure all servers' hands and general appearance were clean), but it seriously made us lose our appetite.

I ate at B-dubs weekly when I was a college student at Ball State. I never really ventured into the Broad Ripple location solely because of the vast selection of sports bars within one block. I was happy to see the new Glendale location and figured I would pick up some wings to-go. As I waited for my wings, I noticed a not so clean environment for being brand new. I also noticed some very unprofessional employees. I understand that this is a laid-back sports bar but I see parents and kids dining here as well. I did not have to wait very long before my steaming hot wings were brought up. I went home and dug in, taken straight back to the college days of yore. Then it hit me. These wings did not sit well. I eat spicy food all the time so I know the difference between spicy food and food poisoning. My stomach paid the price for over 24 hours. On a good note, you can buy bottles of their sauces and fry up some wings at home.

Stopped in for lunch with some coworkers. There were 7 of us and we were nearly the only ones in the place. We ordered but the food took forever to come. We were there nearly 2 hours. I have been to several BWW but this was by far the slowest service that I have ever experienced. I guess seeing that we were the only ones in here for lunch should have gave us a clue. This location will not be seeing me again. I can't wait that long to eat because it causes me to have to work late to make up the extra time for lunch thus messing up my afterwork time.

This is a typical BDubs as far food goes, but where it gets five stars is their manager. We went to watch a late college football game on a Saturday night and the manager there went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. When our game was not broadcast due to Alabama going late, he pulled out his cell phone and a portable speaker system and left his Watch ESPN to play on our table. In the heart of Big10 football, he was fantastic and I would gladly watch another SEC, or any other conference, game there.

They have pretty fast wifi and a good beer selection. That is all, because if you can't say anything nice ... don't talk about their food, as they say.

I have been there three times since they opened the new location on 62nd street. The first time everyone's food was cold, not warm, cold. The second time the wrong beers were served to us three different times. The third time was carry out and they forgot 2 of the three items I ordered so I had to wait 10 min while they cooked the forgotten items, meanwhile the one item they did cook was getting cold. The staff was always for nice however there is a major lack of attention in detail. If you're looking for wings in the broad ripple area I would go to Keystone sports review or three wisemen.

I feel like this bar gets a lot of flak for things that are just par for the course at a corporate sports bar. Always sit in the bar section here? As the bartenders and back line servers are welcoming, friendly, and remember you if you're a regular. While the drink specials could use a change here and there, the beer is cold and the food is good. The staff is willing to turn a TV to the game you want to see because they have so damn many of them. If you love BW3, this location won't disappoint. If you're looking for something else "local" or "divey," go elsewhere.

Meh ... as people argue about minimum wage increases, the quality of services in most places continue to deteriorate. B'Dubs is no exception. Well who hasn't had a B'Dub regular and not had a bad experience? I just had my first bad experience with this location. It was a simple to-go order, wings and onion rings, with ranch and celery as sides. Sounds simple right? No adding extra jalapenos or light on cheese stuff! Well if you thought the order was simple, think again! B'Dubs missed the sides! Yuhoo! Plus today being Tuesday, wings were cheaper than other days. So sides are extra and come out of your pocket. Not much, just $1.20 + taxes for some ranch and celery. With HOT wings on the order, and no celery and ranch to cool off, it's needless to say that the meal could have been more enjoyable (actually that's an understatement). So there it is, yet another negative experience for BWLD stockowners. It's getting more than anecdotal now, and Sally Smith needs to get the whip cracking.
