First time at Buffalo Wild Wings and let me tell ya, definitely worth it. For a first timer I thought I'd be brave and get the mango haberno traditional style wings. I love love love spicy/hot foods, but my lips were not prepared for this feistiness. None the less, I demolished my 10 wings and pummeled through my basket of potato wedges. Will I be back again? Of course. Will I get something a little less hot? Most likely. Also, they've got a great bar selection! Just not many drink specials (boo :( ). This location is great though! Lots of friendly people.

The location is always busy and lots of families and teenagers. Since they are so busy the service is usually pretty slow so be warned. There are a great deal of televisions and they are good at having a variety of games on. Otherwise it is like any other BW3. Overpriced but the sauce is delicious. I got the limited edition Mac and cheese once with saucy chicken and mmmm. The wing sauce is the best part of this establishment. But really, I prefer, especially with these prices, to support local establishments when I can.

Very poor service, waiters are really bad. They don't even carry Wet Napkins on the tables. Except on Tuesdays, its just waste of money and time !!

We arrived just in time for the last fight and almost before closing. We were able to order drinks and food and our bar-server came back to announce last calls. After being ignored by EVERY other server in the bar, I was thrilled the bartender was efficient and polite. I'm sorry to say I forgot his name, but he made our late night need for a beer a good experience. Sad there's no more Rolling Rock, though. I stopped coming for that factor. I can find something else, but it's too hard to decide sometimes

Let's just start with I love this place. It's easily a default choice if me and my wife can't agree on dinner. Pros: Great selection of food - I love a place where I can make a meal out of 3 appetizers and just share with my friends Management - this place had some problems over the last year but I have been repeatedly impressed by managements desire to fix the problem when I've had one Cons: Pepsi - I don't do Pepsi and they switched earlier this year to a Pepsi place. *Blech* Servers - SOME of the servers are a bit slow but as I pointed out in the Pros just check in with a Manager they'll make sure things get back on track

Yet again they exceed at failing to meet anything that resembles good customer service. -1 star for service. I have friends that love this place so i find myself here occasionally. Take last Thursday when I ordered a bottled beer, Red Stripe, and the waiter quickly snickered and said "We don't have that". I pointed it out to him on the menu and he stared at it like a cow staring at a new fence. Baffled at the contents of the restaurant he works for's menu, he said he'd ask someone and get back with us. 20 minutes later our order was taken and alas, a bottle of Red Stripe was put before me. He did apologize but this is all too common at this store. Pathetic!!!

I stopped in at 11:35 pm on a weekday night-I got off work unexpectedly, and hadn't had dinner yet. Thought I would stop in for a beer and a quick bite before going home. Apparently they can't serve alcohol past 11:30. It was only me and two other people at the bar(who had beaten the 11:30 cut off, since they had beer). They are open until 1:00 am. You can order food, but no alcohol. That was really fine with me, but I was made to feel very unwelcome, like they were trying to close. I don't exactly know what the point of being open until 1 for food only is. Food was okay. Fast, since I was the only person there eating.

I don't have any complaints with the food, I love their parmesan garlic and honey BBQ sauces. They give me the flavor I want. I also really like their potoato wedges and their waffle fries; they are much tastier than their traditional fries. Their beer selection is good, I would like to see more local brews offered at B-dub's, but maybe they will in the future. I've begged them enough and have heard from their managers that other customers are asking for locally brewed beers. It is supposed to be a sports bar, but it is a little on the big size and lacks the sports bar atmosphere, which detracts a little when I am watching any type of game at B-dub's. My biggest issue with this location in general is the slowness of the service. Gettign seated isn't a problem, but sometimes getting waited on can be a problem and so can getting refills on my soda or when I want to order a second beer. I've been to a number of B-dub's in the Indy are with better service than this location. It is just too hit or miss for me.

BW3's. Seems like I'm only allowed to go there when the wife is out of town! However, on this fine day there was a game on TV that we both wanted to watch and we were stuck - BW3 or nothing. Oh, the humanity! Like most, this particular BW3 has the bar, the TV's and the great menu variety. What it doesn't have is a great layout. We were seated in a section that had the choice of either watching a projection screen of questionable clarity in another room or looking straight up at the TV's in our area. Think front row of a movie theater. Not the best view, and the sound wasn't much better. The food was typical BW3. . . great wings (always better than Hooters) and nachos, wife had a burger (good, but not as good as my wings) and the kids had something kid like. Can't remember, but I'm betting on chicken fingers. Not my favorite BW3, but an average BW3 is better than none at all! Of note, we lost the game. That might have taken half a star away!!

We used to be heavy regulars here...4 times a week on avg for trivia. But over the years they have become way too expensive compared to other local sports bars. The owner is a remote owner who lives in Florida and has no clue. And you can see it in the lack of business compared to what they used to have.

  • Libbie V.

This is a chain restaurant. The atmosphere and the menu are the same at every BW3's. With that said, I have never been disappointed with the food or the service at this location. Maybe I've just lucked-out. Or, maybe it's because I try to stay away when I know the place is going to be packed to the gills. We pretty much just stick with bone-in wings and baskets of potato wedges and draft beer when we eat here. Their wings are always cooked perfectly and their huge variety of sauces are all great. The only complaint I would have is that the wings seem to vary in size too often. I've yet to have bad or mediocre service here. It seems most of the waitstaff are younger but they've always been on the ball and been courteous. BW3's is close to our house and always a great place to go with our kids & family or a large group of friends.

First time back here since remodel. Not bad. Food was pretty much the same, a few new items on menu. Unfortunately the service was not good considering it was pretty slow. Drinks took too long to arrive but not as long as the food. Had to request plates; wave down a server to get another drink who didn't remove empty glasses or attempt to clear any clutter from table. Server only came to check on us one time. Not trying to b overly critical but it's not as good as it used to be. Maybe an off day for them.

I love this place, as an option, for the lunch time meals/good prices. I can't judge on dinner time or bar area, because that doesn't involve me. I like getting the "Buffalito" which is a chicken soft taco - and small side salad. You can choose one of their famous wing sauces that is coated on the chicken inside the taco, however, I found out getting a BBQ sauce makes it taste too much like a McDonalds Snack Wrap. The side salad is a small step above Subway in the quality of their lettuce/greens. I know most people don't usually order a salad at Buffalo Wild Wings, so the taste seems old and bland. The taste of the Buffalito is good, but I try to finish the salad in hopes of not wasting food. I recommend the cheesecake dessert bites (you can get a chocolate or caramel dipping sauce with it - included). Those are worth it!

This place doesn't wash their wings before cooking them. I used to work there. From the bag and right into the fryer, chicken blood and all....yummy.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. Went there for lunch before work. Ended up taking everything to-go. We waited for 30 mins for our food to arrive. We had to ask for another server to go check on our food because our server "Nikki" did not bother to check up on us or the food. Management was horrible did not do much for our inconvenience. She looked like she hated her job. Never would go back again.

    (1)

Poor service...food was wrong, took forever. Then the food came out cold. No drink refills. We spoke to manager who didn't care. We refused to pay and walked out. Never again.

When your favorite team is the Cowboys and you live in Indianapolis and they don't show the game on TV and you love wings, then you head over to b dubs and satisfy your need to see the Cowboys whoop up and eat some wonderful wings. It can be loud and you don't get to hear the sound of the game. But the wings are great, and I can drink tea all day. My favorite flavor is Caribbean Jerk. YUM!

    (4)
  • David I.

This is a sports bar. It can be loud and obnoxious, but that is what is supposed to be. I go there often for lunch. It gets 4 stars for bar food and wings, not as fine dining. If you want a place that has a good crowd and enjoys whatever game is on, this is it. They also have NTN Playmakers, I love those trivia machines! Free wireless is such a bonus. I go to the bar, have a beer, wings, and work. It doesn't get better. Don't go expecting to make phone calls though. You can't hear anything because the noise level is very high! Asian zing is my favorite sauce and the flavor is excellent.

    (4)
  • Randy B.

Food is okay, but the beer selection could use some improvement (need dark beers, and Guinness doesn't count). Nice place to watch the game with huge projection TV's.

    (3)
  • Thuy T.

Maybe it was a dead night but this location is just dreadful. The ambiance here is nothing like a sports bar. I use to love going to Bdubs with my friends, we could hang out all night. On this particular occasion I felt a little rush. The waiter kept coming back to ask if we needed anything else. He even gave us the check before I even asked for it. I paid for my check but we still hung around to chat. Again the waiter came back to asked us if we needed anything else, it's not like they were super pack and needed a table. This is a franchise, the wing taste similar at every location and I much prefer Wingstop anyways. However, I come to Bdubs because of the fun environment to hang out with friends, and I certainly did not get that here.

Used to go to B Dubs in New York all the time so if you've been to one you know what to expect. They have pretty decent food, boneless wings are good, and a pretty good selection of beer on draft. Plenty of sports on a the many TVs and projectors as well as NTN. Still haven't found a "good" bar in Greenwood area so this isn't a bad place to grab a few drinks.

    (4)
  • Conrad A.

Aside from the decent beer selection, I don't know why anyone goes to BWW's. Their food is mediocre, the atmosphere is all glaring TV's and kitsch, and the service is horrible. They are always understaffed. Hire some more waiters/waitresses, BWW, I want my food and I want a refill.
