Delicious food, my to go place when I am bored with the typical fast food junky places, I hit up Boston Market, I received my plate literally in under 1 minute, so if you're in a hurry for a quick, tasty, and kinda healthy food look no further and hit up Boston Market!

My husband loves this restaurant which is the only reason that I go here. I typically always use a giftcard through my discover card and every time I go in they can never use my gift card properly. I end up waiting for 20-30 minutes while they try and get it resolved. This is my only complaint considering this has happened at least 3 times to us... however the food is great for a homestyle comfort type on a busy day when cooking is not an option at home.

My significant other and I went here for for the first time tonight. My significant other is gluten free and the staff did an AMAZING job making sure that we knew what foods were safe and which weren't and were very apologetic that they didn't have more options (even though they had more than most places). The food was good but it was the service that really made our experience great!

I've been going to Boston Market for years and always appreciated the home style food and service. I was in the area at 86th picking up a friend from the dentist when she said she would like some mash potatoes. I pulled in the drive thru and ordered mash potatoes and a bottle of water: The drive thru clerk brought the mash potatoes to the counter opened window took my $, handed me receipt and closed window and walked away with potatoes. We sat there for 4-5 minutes and then he came back to window looked out at us and then left without saying anything to us. He returned a few minutes later handed us the food, no explanation of the long wait and WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT NO FORK OR SPOON! I go in at this point, get addressed by a man behind counter who felt like confrontation was the best way to handle my concerns. This went on for several uncomfortable moments until the assistant manager who was standing there decided to step in. The situation got diffused thankfully but he lied to me saying he needed fresh mash potatoes from the back.... The pan of potatoes in the glass case I presume are only for walk in customers or they in my opinion did something to my order. Horrible experience, I won't be back!

This Boston Market has provided a homestyle meal for my family and I many times when I didn't have time to cook. Their food tastes good enough for a chain restaurant, however, I have had better comfort food from some small mom and pop restaurants. Service is usually pretty good, however, on one occasion I was the first one in line standing in front of the sides, which is where one stands when they haven't ordered yet, and for whatever reason the manager skipped me and began helping the lady behind me. The cashier apparently saw the look on my face and quickly told the manager that I was in line first. The manager, whom barely took the time to look at me, told the cashier to take care of me; in the meantime, the manager did not apologize, but went on to wait on the customer that was behind me. This was exceptionally rude and poor customer service. I guess it is good that I normally go through the drive-thru. We now go to another location that is also not that far from my house more than we normally would if this hadn't have happened.
