I was dragged into Bar-B-Q Heaven for the first time about two weekends ago, and let me tell you, the food was good and gave me the Itis; however it was not the best. They may be the best in Indianapolis but they are not the best in the Midwest. The rib tips were goods and the sides were good, but a tad bit greasy if you ask me. The sauces are good, but not "slap yo mama" good! What I love about this place is the food is authentic. I get so tired of people giving places like Damon's and Applebee's credit for good ribs! Oven baked baby back ribs are for amateurs. If there ain't a fat guy in the back of the restaurant in front of an open pit grill barbecuing up some food, it ain't real Barbeque! I wanna smell and see smoke, and that's what I got at Barbeque Heaven. For fast and decent Barbeque come to Bar-B-Q Heaven. The dinners range from $7 - $10 but you get a lot of food (enough for dinner & lunch the next day). It's also black owned, so you gotta support the cause!
